Absolutely Alice iced coffee and chocolate chip cookie.
Nicole G.

Visited Revolve Hall this past Saturday around 1:15pm to meet a friend for coffee at Curioser Coffee, which is one of the many cool spots located inside this shared space. First off, the parking lot on site is a huge plus-- rare and appreciated! The venue itself is absolutely stunning. It's spacious, beautifully designed, and offering much more than I expected. There's definitely a lot going on here, which is exciting... but also a bit confusing, especially for a first-time visitor. When we arrived, we weren't quite sure how the ordering process worked. There was a self-service kiosk that didn't seem functional, and no one was stationed at the front registers. We waited about 10 minutes before I approached someone behind the coffee bar to ask for help. Eventually, someone came over to assist, but unfortunately several staff in the kitchen saw us standing there and didn't acknowledge us, which felt disappointing. Once we finally got help, we placed our order at the counter and were given a number. When the order is ready, someone brings it out to you. Now, the coffee and food were excellent, which helped redeem the experience: * I had the Absolutely Alice iced coffee and was pleasantly surprised by how well-balanced it was. I was worried the butterscotch might make it too sweet, but it was perfectly balanced and absolutely delicious. I truly tried to savor every last drop. * I also got a chocolate chip cookie, which was large, soft, chewy, and flavorful. Bonus: it was a steal price-wise. Despite the initial confusion and lack of front-end support, I'd definitely love to come back. There's so much potential here, and the space itself is gorgeous, especially the patio area which looked stunning. Suggestion: It would be super helpful to have a host or someone consistently present at the front to greet guests, answer questions, and streamline the ordering process especially for first-time visitors like me.

Okay, three stars because of service. Busy or not, we were put off from the second we arrived. We went in for the ice cream tacos. There really isn't a lot of direction. Let me say this, it wasn't the girls at the front - it was guy in the back. Okay here is the deal. We walked in and went to where the coffee and ice cream is. We stood there for quite a bit. There was a gal making an ice cream concoction and she didn't acknowledge us at all. A guy past us and we had to get his attention to ask where we order the ice cream his response " you don't have alot of choices but if you need to see them here is the menu" and pointed to the four ice cream choices. And off he went. My husband and I looked at one another thinking we would walk out and I verbally said "he is so rude" The gal making ice cream finally said "I will be with you in a minute" Finally after a bit she walked over to the coffee counter and asked what we would like. We started to order the ice cream and she said "you can build your own" Oh, so it's not only the four items on the menu. Okay so we ordered and waited in a great room in the back. It was difficult to find one clean table in the room and out in the coffee cafe area. I had to wipe one down. We ordered a coffee and two tacos / one cookies and cream and one banana split. It took so long that my husband drank his large latte. I saw that the gal making our stuff brought someone a to go order that came in way after us. We were going to cancel them when she said "I'm working on them now" I did post a picture of the ice cream on my FB and I had a friend and her family go there within the hour. The place is decorated beautifully. Really well done but if that is the type of service I would receive in the restaurant I wouldn't recommend this place. Every table being dirty was disappointing as well. No one seems happy.

Nice place in the neighborhood to go and get some food and just relax. This restaurant has a full service and self service. Self service you order your food at the counter and they bring you food. You get your own water. Weren't too hungry so we got some wings and Lechon Kawali. The wings were Smokey and moist. The Lechon Kawali was crispy and well seasoned I liked their dipping sauce. Their menu is diverse, got some Asian mixed in with American and Spanish. Great place to go and have a couple of drinks and catch up with friends and family.

I've been to this building long time ago and then heard it's now a foodhall. Located in a big commercial area, tons of parking to choose from. We entered the building and ordered at the counter, otherwise kiosk is also available. I chose the tacos from Mean Miner's. Combination comes with 2 tacos and choice of side. I chose the Al pastor and steak for meat. Chips and guacamole for side items. Meats were tasty and you get a good portion. They will give you a number to bring to your table and server will bring your food out to you. Ambiance is nice, black leather chairs and chandeliers. This restaurant is big, can accommodate large parties.

Side salad $7 - A vegetable salad with lettuce, cherry tomatoes, cucumber slices, shredded carrots, and red onion, served with a side of dressing on a white square plate.

Revolve hall is amazing!!! We went to the whiskey inferno restaurant, not the food hall part. Had amazing service!! The restaurant felt kind of like a speakeasy with the lights dimmed and intimate setting. Our food was amazing and if I could rate it higher I would!!!

This is the 3rd makeover of this space by the same collective. And everytime they try something new I love it. The space was great. We got the thin blue line burger....so yum! The blue cheese was fantastic and the burger just right! We got two bourban drinks - one was like a fig mule - 99 problems....and the other was the Pina smash. Both were super delish! Service was fantastic! Fast and friendly. Ill def go back!

Detroit style sausage and mushroom pizza - Detroit-style pizza slices with sausage, mushroom, and tomato toppings are served on a white plate, with a drink and a small plate in the background.

Poor service. The "Detroit style" pizza was about as far as you can get from Detroit style pizza.

The Super Espada was packed full of flavor and the tortilla was perfect. My wife had the Quesabirria which is her favorite. I'm glad this one is closer to me than their other location in Burnsville. This is the food spot we eat at the most hands down. At least 2-4 times a month. I love the food. Their Tinga is sooo good. I ordered a side of their rice the other day (because I love it in my burritos) and oh my gosh that was amazing. But the staff don't even fill up my cup full of rice . It was only like 80% full. Felt like I got ripped off a bit, for the cost. I also really wish they would look into adding more menu options. We need queso here, I bet they could make an amazing queso. I also wish they had a salsa specifically for chips. Their sauces/salsas are great, but only on food. Not great with chips. Overall - still great. Go eat here. Service is slower than before. Prices have gone up. Wish they had queso and a salsa for chips specifically. Wish I got a full cup of rice when I order a side of rice, considering how expensive the rice is.

The patio is super chill, and the cocktails are creative without trying too hard, tons of variety and some really fun flavor combos. Their late-night happy hour is a great deal, especially with food this good. We rolled in with a big group and ordered half the menu. The shrimp tacos were a standout, massive, perfectly-cooked shrimp with bold, punchy flavor. But the real showstopper was the flank steak chimichurri. Every single person at the table said they'd come back just for that. It was tender, juicy, perfectly seasoned, everything you want from a classic done right. Carne asada fries were super fun and flavorful, and the cod + pineapple fish tacos were fresh, bright, and balanced. Add in a killer tequila lineup and some seriously authentic flavors, and you've got one of the best modern Mexican spots in the area.

They have so many different, foods, drinks, pastries, deli items, it's definitely worth exploring before or after dinner! There is free parking but the lot is not very big. You may need to park in the street (also free). Upon walking in, we were greeted by several employees! We opted to sit out on the patio, since it was a gorgeous night! After 10 minutes no one had come to the table... 15 minutes... still no one. No water, drinks or their complimentary chips. They weren't overly busy, so this didn't make sense to us. At minute 20 I got up to talk to a manger. The waitress saw me go up to the front and tried to wave me down to say "I got you." I'm sorry but 20 minutes in a restaurant that isn't packed is ridiculous. At the very least she could have brought water and said she would be with us soon, but she never acknowledged we were there. I spoke with the manager and noted that it had been 20 minutes with no one coming to our table. I told him i understood she had other tables but that we just hadn't even been acknowledged. He said "she doesn't have that many tables! Let's go!" He took our order on the spot! He brought us complimentary guacamole and horchata with our chips! That was a very nice gesture! I assured him we weren't out for freebies, we just wanted to order our food. He was very friendly and definitely took care of us! Our food came out very quickly and we were checked on multiple times. He definitely turned what was a very negative experience around! The vibes here are really great! The patio was so nice! It was well maintained and clean! The food: I got the pulpo (octopus) tacos! They had a tropical and buttery flavor to them! I opted to take the picked onion off mine but I'm sure that's tasty as well! The chips had a nice crisp and saltiness to them and the salad was one of the best complimentary ones we have tried! My boyfriend had the chicken fajitas and noted they were tasty with a solid portion. The horchata here is also pretty solid! Overall, this place is worth the try! Tip: don't get the dessert at the restaurant, grab it to go from the bodega! It's about $4-$5 cheaper!

I really like the story that gets told about how this cookie-cutter gas station has a food counter…read morewith mind-blowing food. But that last part doesn't match my experience. I had so-so birria tacos (no consomme, single soft-corn tortilla) and so-so horchata (served in a sealed bag that looks like an IV pouch, actually kind of funny), along with a tasty and particularly juicy elote. My friend got the Asada Mulita and he quite enjoyed it. That seemed like a good deal for $9, and $4.90 per taco for what I got is okay. The ambiance absolutely does not rise above what you would expect from an unremarkable, utilitarian convenience store with a few tables that aren't routinely wiped down. You can order online (highly recommended) or from a screen near their covered-up window. Whenever a food place is clearly hiding its employees from its customers, I'm nervous that I will be ignored. But someone was constantly popping out and asking people what their names were, and telling them how many minutes they can expect to wait. (Waiting = standing next to the salty snacks shelves.) I see now that they have Al Pastor Chicken with Pineapple Pico and I definitely want to come back and try that. Maybe I'll raise my rating if I love it. Meanwhile, I'd recommend considering this at least for the experience, but order ahead and expect a 30-minute wait. Also note that they close at 7pm.
