Went to Tequila Butcher inside revolve hall and was very impressed! The restaurant is beautiful. The bar is amazing. We didn't sit out there, but the patio looks beautiful as well. They were very kind and helpful even though we had two little toddlers with us. The food was phenomenal, probably some of the best brisket I've ever had, especially in Minnesota. The food genuinely tasted like something you would get in certain parts of Mexico and even the southwestern United States. My margarita was delicious! Revolve Hall is definitely an interesting concept, but the experience feels a little confusing. When you walk in, there are three different restaurants inside one building, almost like a food hall, but the setup is mixed. Some spots require you to order at the counter while others are full tableside service. It creates this strange in-between vibe where you're not totally sure what the flow is supposed to be. The menu is all over the place. You can order pizza, burgers, steaks, Mexican food, and even ice cream... all under the same roof. It ends up feeling more random than curated. The food itself was very average, nothing memorable, and for the prices they charge, the quality just doesn't match. Drinks were fine but nothing special. Service wasn't very friendly either, which didn't help the already awkward setup. The positives: there's plenty of parking and they do have a patio, which is nice in good weather. Visited Revolve Hall this past Saturday around 1:15pm to meet a friend for coffee at Curioser Coffee, which is one of the many cool spots located inside this shared space. First off, the parking lot on site is a huge plus-- rare and appreciated! The venue itself is absolutely stunning. It's spacious, beautifully designed, and offering much more than I expected. There's definitely a lot going on here, which is exciting... but also a bit confusing, especially for a first-time visitor. When we arrived, we weren't quite sure how the ordering process worked. There was a self-service kiosk that didn't seem functional, and no one was stationed at the front registers. We waited about 10 minutes before I approached someone behind the coffee bar to ask for help. Eventually, someone came over to assist, but unfortunately several staff in the kitchen saw us standing there and didn't acknowledge us, which felt disappointing. Once we finally got help, we placed our order at the counter and were given a number. When the order is ready, someone brings it out to you. Now, the coffee and food were excellent, which helped redeem the experience: * I had the Absolutely Alice iced coffee and was pleasantly surprised by how well-balanced it was. I was worried the butterscotch might make it too sweet, but it was perfectly balanced and absolutely delicious. I truly tried to savor every last drop. * I also got a chocolate chip cookie, which was large, soft, chewy, and flavorful. Bonus: it was a steal price-wise. Despite the initial confusion and lack of front-end support, I'd definitely love to come back. There's so much potential here, and the space itself is gorgeous, especially the patio area which looked stunning. Suggestion: It would be super helpful to have a host or someone consistently present at the front to greet guests, answer questions, and streamline the ordering process especially for first-time visitors like me. read more

Okay, three stars because of service. Busy or not, we were put off from the second we arrived. We went in for the ice cream tacos. There really isn't a lot of direction. Let me say this, it wasn't the girls at the front - it was guy in the back. Okay here is the deal. We walked in and went to where the coffee and ice cream is. We stood there for quite a bit. There was a gal making an ice cream concoction and she didn't acknowledge us at all. A guy past us and we had to get his attention to ask where we order the ice cream his response " you don't have alot of choices but if you need to see them here is the menu" and pointed to the four ice cream choices. And off he went. My husband and I looked at one another thinking we would walk out and I verbally said "he is so rude" The gal making ice cream finally said "I will be with you in a minute" Finally after a bit she walked over to the coffee counter and asked what we would like. We started to order the ice cream and she said "you can build your own" Oh, so it's not only the four items on the menu. Okay so we ordered and waited in a great room in the back. It was difficult to find one clean table in the room and out in the coffee cafe area. I had to wipe one down. We ordered a coffee and two tacos / one cookies and cream and one banana split. It took so long that my husband drank his large latte. I saw that the gal making our stuff brought someone a to go order that came in way after us. We were going to cancel them when she said "I'm working on them now" I did post a picture of the ice cream on my FB and I had a friend and her family go there within the hour. The place is decorated beautifully. Really well done but if that is the type of service I would receive in the restaurant I wouldn't recommend this place. Revolve Hall is a hidden gem in the south suburbs! I was thoroughly impressed by the variety of food that was executed well. Our server, Tyler, really made the night. Tyler provided great hospitality, recommended items on the menu, and was so kind and friendly! The booth seats are comfortable and you can call ahead and make a reservation. The menu is a booklet that has mini menus from each establishment in the food hall. Beers are buy one get one free all day, and you can get sizes from 10z to 20z. You can add a bump for $3. The cinnamon-infused whiskey tasted like the better version of fireball. In the evening, the restaurant is dimly lit and moody. -- The pork and pineapple fried rice from The Wanderer was delicious and the portion was huge! Easily shareable. The smoked pork shoulder was juicy and there was a generous amount of meat. The pineapple adds a hint of sweetness, and the creaminess of the egg ties the whole dish together. There's a little mayo drizzle that tastes like kewpie mayo on top. -- I really enjoyed the Quesa Birria Tacos from The Wanderer. The tacos were stuffed with meat, but I wish there were more onions. The consomme is actually insane and I debated drinking the rest of it from the bowl. -- The Oklahoma Onion Burger from Minnesota Burger Company was juicy and flavorful. The meat patties are huge and definitely will fill you up. The fries were standard. -- The Mangiofuoco Detroit Style Pizza from Square Cut Pizza had great thick crust with the right amount of crispiness. It's pretty heavy on the cheese and the portion is generous and easily shareable. I didn't taste much of the hot honey. It's not as good as Wrecktangle but it's on par with Bricksworth. -- The Dirt & Worms ice cream taco from Ice Cold Tacos came with a generous amount of chocolate ice cream, but not many oreo crumbles. The taco shell is made out of a waffle cone that was flavorful and aromatic. -- I've been to Curiouser Coffee during the day and they have super cute Alice in Wonderland themed drinks. The Absolutely Alice is full of butterscotch flavor and is very sweet. There's a bunch of greenery around and the vibes in the garden room are super cute. read more

Nice place in the neighborhood to go and get some food and just relax. This restaurant has a full service and self service. Self service you order your food at the counter and they bring you food. You get your own water. Weren't too hungry so we got some wings and Lechon Kawali. The wings were Smokey and moist. The Lechon Kawali was crispy and well seasoned I liked their dipping sauce. Their menu is diverse, got some Asian mixed in with American and Spanish. Great place to go and have a couple of drinks and catch up with friends and family. read more

I've been to this building long time ago and then heard it's now a foodhall. Located in a big commercial area, tons of parking to choose from. We entered the building and ordered at the counter, otherwise kiosk is also available. I chose the tacos from Mean Miner's. Combination comes with 2 tacos and choice of side. I chose the Al pastor and steak for meat. Chips and guacamole for side items. Meats were tasty and you get a good portion. They will give you a number to bring to your table and server will bring your food out to you. Ambiance is nice, black leather chairs and chandeliers. This restaurant is all sorts of cool. The bar area was fun and looked awesome. My friend and I went there just for a couple drinks and an app. The drinks were good and they all seem to be very designer unless you asked for something very specific. The staff was very nice and genuinely decent. Speaking of which our waitress was amazing and quite a sweetheart. I ordered something I shouldn't and she helped me out. This is definitely a place that you'd go if you were trying to impress somebody. Keep in mind that also comes with the price tag, which would be the only thing that I would have as a down side about this place. But you do get what you pay for. read more

Went here on a Sunday night after a long weekend at work. While we were seated promptly, that was the only prompt thing of the evening. We got non alcoholic beverages, no appetizers, and entrees. We had a delightful dinner at Revolve and will be back soon. I am raving about the Crispy Honey Butter Chicken Sandwich, it is amazing! Get the hot honey on the side for an additional treat. This place is confusing as hell. Mixed options for seating and "restaurants" come and go randomly.... Can't wait to get rid of any leftover gift cards so I can be completely done with this place. We stopped in to get a beverage and snack at Curiouser, and were so impressed with the food and the atmosphere that we decided to switch to the patio and try the food for dinner. This place was awesome, and way less busy than it should be. We had a salad and a Detroit style pizza, and they were both very tasty. Add that to the excellent and speedy service. First time going here. We stopped on a whim. Very interesting concept. Four different food places under one roof. The ambiance was kind of cool, but the lighting was quite dark, even at 1:30 pm when we were there. Service was outstanding. We were given great portions for the food. We each had a different burger and homemade fries. Burgers were done exactly as ordered. Fries were excellent. We also had cheese curds as an appetizer and were very happy with what we got. Revolve Hall is a nice experience overall. I love the amount of plants for sale and used as decoration in the space. It's a very cute space with plenty of roomy seating in each part of Revolve. There are many little restaurants that are in this space, and they each have their own menu. I enjoy how I could order a cold taco, a coffee, or a breakfast pizza. I placed my order at the counter and they delivered it to my seat. I would say that the three times that I have been there that the service did run slow. Perhaps maybe the meals were more involved. I have had a couple of the waitstaff push for tips even when they've been doing the minimum for customer service, so that was a slight turn-off. All in all this is a nice restaurant for the location and what it offers overall. read more

Counter service was extremely slow. Employees ignored us standing waiting for someone to take an order. Ice cream tacos took over 30 minutes, the shells are premade it seemed like they just shoved some ice cream inside , again not sure why that took so long. The pizza was not good, very greasy, ordered a 1/2 cheese 1/2 sausage. Also looked like someone needs help in learning how to cut a square pizza. This was a Sunday night at 7:30. Worse food ever, I wouldn't ever serve their spicy chicken sandwich to my family, let alone people who were going to pay $15 for it. The sandwich as so greasy that the bun and lettuce were saturated in grease. Two chicken patties cut in half, one was ok the other piece was so over done that it had the texture of not being edible. I ate a few chips, as my appitite was ruined I had a very disappointed experience. The waitress came over and asked if everything was ok. She went and told the manager who gave me 10% off. They could have asked if I wanted something else but did not, the manager didn't even come over to say he was sorry. I would not recommend this restaurant. read more

The Square Cut pizza is incredible. I had the Dilly Dilly (dill pickle) pizza and was so impressed!! Ordered at the bar for a drink. Bartenders and servers were helpful as it was our first time there. It is modern and gorgeous inside, cozy for a date night but would be really nice for a group dinner too. read more
