Don't waste your time or money at this location. Every time we order from here our food is cold, our order is wrong, and the food is just generally bad. Their app now allows you to mark "off broiler" when customizing your burger, meaning cooked fresh. Honestly, five stars for customer service but the food/drink wasn't all that spectacular. The cashier was really friendly, attentive and helpful. I showed him the code for a deal for a $1 drink on my phone and the register was malfunctioning but he honored it regardless. He was also really patient while I tried to figure out how to use Apple Pay on my phone since I didn't have my debit card on me. Like I said, the food was meh. The chicken sandwich tasted a little off, wasn't hot, and the drink got watery fast because it had a lot of ice. But I was just grabbing a quick bite so I wasn't too offended. After a long day of work I decided to stop off at the Shakopee Burger King and enjoy what I used to think was their delicious Whooper. As im standing in line waiting I decided to wash my hands in the bathroom. I walk in and noticed the Manager literally sitting on the toilet drinking a glass of milk and an empty hamburger wrapper (he didnt close the stall). Disgusted, I washed my hands and as I was walking out. He got out of the stall and didnt wash his hands. Walked out right behind me. Needless to say.. my appetite was ruined.. After already paying and leaving I decided to try one of the burgers I ordered and almost immediately lost my bowel movements and had to pull over. Never again! read more

Passing through town and my little girl needed to use the restroom so we used that first. The women's had poop & toilet paper everywhere and the toilet was plugged. Opted for the mens bathroom which was not much better. If we could have left we would have but my little one couldn't hold it any longer. I use to like the staff however the last two times they have completely messed up my order and today I asked for no ice in my drinks gave it back to him to fix the no ice like I and he was pissed at me like I didn't ask for that in the first place and when I came home there was soap in both drinks, you showed me huh? Save yourself the time and energy and go somewhere else. Seriously. Pulled into the drive thru for a quick bite. No one was moving and there we no cars in the parking lot, so we decided to go inside to order. We were second in line. It took more than 10 min to get our order placed. The staff apologized because they were "busy". There were three employees: One at the drive thru, one filling orders, one on the register...no one in the kitchen.... Eventually they pulled the staff from the registers and put them in the kitchen. They tried to give me my order without the chicken sandwich and fries I had ordered. I caught those errors before leaving. Realized they missed the cheese on our Whoppers when we got home. Cold fries, cold chicken nuggets, no cheese on whoppers, missing fixings. 30 min. This place needs to close. I could go on about all the issues everyone else was having, but I think you get the picture. read more

Not the first time I went to the the drive thru, placed an order, have the window man give me my bag of burgers, be polite and tell me everything was in the bag, only to get home and have a burger missing. Ok enough is enough. Our boss like bk so on Saturdays we get the whole crew lunch. Which is 4 people. So today we went, drove threw drive threw and of course same old same old.
