It was delicious! Coastal Seafoods in a few doors down. I don't know if that's where they source salmon. It was silky and tasty. What really impresses me are the eggs. They are perfect! Sunnyside up with a crown of egg white cradling a perfectly runny yolk. These are so consistent. Staff are very friendly. You order at the counter and they serve you at the table. My neighborhood is a few blocks east. But Snelling and Selby Avenues are St Paul's own little Eat Street. The news that Groundswell in the Midway neighborhood was very sad. Comes with lettuce, pickles, and fries on it, with the option to add jalapeños--and I always do!
