Absolutely love Blaze Pizza!! I love how it is set up that you can build your own pizza! I ordered a chicken, basil, spicy marinara, with spices and ranch on top. I love how it comes out of a wood fired oven. The workers are very friendly and parting and give great recommendations! Very clean inside and love that they provide parmesan shakers and more! Highly recommend!!

I love Blaza Pizza because of the VEGAN cheese....and the service! I love getting BBQ Chicken, and added some artichoke, basil, roasted garlic and two pieces of tomato. Don't forget the drizzle of BBQ sauce. Love it! I know the workers are doing their best, and I appreciate all their hard work.

BYO chicken, goat cheese, mozzarella, spicy sauce, tomatoes and arugula on 11 inch

I'm on a crave to crave basis with pizza so it's not always on my regular diet but when it's good I'm all in :) I had a a crave pizza moment last Friday and decided to get some blaze which I've had couple of times before but the space between pizzas can be so long that I couldn't remember how I liked it last time lol. Anyways I ordered a byo with the spicy red sauce which I love because if I can get it hot why not! I did online order and it was ready in 10! Picked it up and also got their house made blood orange lemonade which was tasty but a bit on the sweet end. Driving home to eat was hard because the whole car smelled so good and I was already starving! I opened the box and for some reason I was expecting a bit more stuff on my pizza so wasn't sure how I'll like it. I decided to warm it up a bit in the oven and thought I'd try a slice and boy was it good!!! I could have downed the whole thing warm but I wanted the next level hot pizza experience with the spicy sauce and I ate the whole box you guys! :) Next time you crave or just feeling like a pizza Friday give blaze a try 8/10 would recommend

    Byo pie!!!!!! So good!!!!!

Many times we have order blaze to go, and not been able to eat at blaze pizza. Today we had that opportunity. They are great food for take, and even better at the actual restaurants. It is a fast fired pizza place that has excellent quality in there ingredients, and their original pizza sauce can go on anything, whether it is the pizza or if it is the cheese bread that is a fantastic use of crust they use. Another great thing is you can do a byo for a good price. I love a variety of toppings, and this place has it. Once pizza goes in oven, the service is fast and takes 5 minutes to complete. It was fantastic, and I will keep coming here for the great pizza.

Proof of the order. A place I used to go to fairly regularly. Just not happening anymore.

I ordered two pizzas. Two chocolate chip cookies and two smores. For Madison I got a sausage, pepperoni and turkey meatball. For my Dad I got a byo. Vegetarian. They kept moving my two pizzas apart in line. So while I tried to watch my daughter I would need to run back and forth from front to back. Multiple times. No one was smart enough this day to move it over to my other order. When it was done the guy cut and boxed the first one. Then proceeded to box three others while my daughters pizza was just sitting being on the cooling rack. She is saying Dad I'm hungry you can't get anyone to use any common sense. When I picked up my order to go.... No smores. No cookies. So I called the store. Just give it a try for fun right now. They discourage you. Tell u to go to the website for everything. Well I tried speaking to a human. She couldn't hear me.... It was too loud. Went to the website. No place to enter that my order was incomplete or wrong or anything. I have my daughter this weekend. Im not wasting anymore time here. It's BS. I don't mind spending the money. It's my time. And zero access to fix a problem. Blaze you get a zero and I'm never coming back.

Tasty, quick, fresh. Gotta love blaze - personal pizzas are always fantastic. Environment inside is family friendly. I'm partial to the bbq chicken - never disappoints. Have had some issues with order accuracy but will forever be a loyal fan!

BYO- gf cauliflower crust, red sauce, arugula, sausage and some veggies! So good!
    Erica O.

Great pizza spot! I have been on the hunt for a good gluten free pizza place in the twin cities and have found plenty of ok places but nothing great until Blaze. They have TWO gf crust options (both are great and very thin, the way I like it!) and they have very affordable "build your own" prices to customize your perfect pizza! I personally like as many toppings as possible, and they allow up 9 to toppings! They also have a great selection of veggies, meats, sauces, and cheeses to choose from to mix it up! Most places I go to either have a terrible gf crust or minimal toppings options/customizations. I also got a great side Cobb salad! I ordered delivery through Doordash once and the pizza unfortunately got to my house cold. I tried pickup today and that was way better! I think they are extremely fast with making the pizzas- so Doordash won't be able to time it right- I would suggest pickup (err on arriving at the beginning of the given window) or dine in! Gf options. Toppings options galore. Reasonable prices. Fast. Delicious! Ticks all my boxes!

    Build Your Own Pizza (11-inch)

Super friendly staff kept us laughing throughout! The build your own unlimited topping is such a good deal. $10.95 for all you want toppings, even meats! They have a wide variety of topping choices and even gluten free options. Quick, yummy and fresh! The pizza oven keeps the crust nice and crisp!

    Jessica G.

Love the "create your own" pizza! We had the pepperoni pizza, cheesy bread, Caesar salad, and brownie.

    Pizza with keto crust.
    Joy S.

This was our first visit to this pizza chain. I appreciated the fact that they offered a keto crust option. I need to watch my carb intake and many places don't offer options for that. I asked for the toppings that sounded good to me and they baked it. They were pretty busy, so it took longer than I expected. Mine came out before the others in my group got theirs, so by the time we got it home it had cooled considerably. It was still tasty, although I wasn't over-the-top thrilled with the taste of the crust. Three slices and I was full. My blood sugar didn't spike, so I would probably order it again. It's a great idea to have this type of pizza place to get the toppings you really like.

    Build your own pizzas
    Jordana M.

I built my own pizza and I wasn't overly impressed with it. Granted I built it myself so I have myself to blame. I will say I added too much "sauce" on top but I think the dough and ingredients themselves were not great. I think I could have made this at home with premade dough and ingredients from the store.

Probably the most beautiful cheese pizza I've ever seen (Simple Pie)
    Elise D.

I like my pizzas pretty simple: just plain cheese, maybe a veggie or two if I'm feeling it. My boyfriend likes his pizzas with a bare minimum of 5 toppings and has a much more diverse palate than I do. This is what makes Blaze Pizza great for us. Their 10-inch pizzas are a perfect way for us to each get what we want without having to confuse anyone with a "half-this, half-that" on a large pizza. Blaze is great for offering affordable price points as well. I can get my basic cheese pizza for under $6 (the Simple Pie) and my boyfriend can load his up with as much as he wants for under $10 (he always goes for a build your own). We both love it because at most pizza places, even a plain cheese can be a little pricey, and once the toppings start going on it REALLY adds up (since most places charge extra per topping). Blaze also offers tons of ways to customize (different crusts, sauces, cheeses, toppings and finishers) so there's literally something for everyone. They also have vegan, low-carb, and gluten-free options for those with dietary restrictions or lifestyle preferences. Flavor-wise, Blaze is far better quality than any other pizza chain I've been to. The fire oven cooks the pizzas up just right and their ingredients are always fresh and delicious! This is the only location I've been to and for the most part service is good. When I started going a couple years ago a lot of the employees seemed disinterested, disengaged, and bothered when you went up to order, but I think service has greatly improved. Employees have been a lot friendlier and responsive. I haven't been inside to place an order since COVID-19 so I can't say how things are at the present moment but curbside and delivery have been great (delivery is through Doordash so that is separate from Blaze itself). Overall my favorite thing about Blaze is the fact that they offer personal sized pizzas and customizing what you want is very easy and affordable. Great for both picky and adventurous eaters and great quality!

I am not sure why it took me so long to visit, but now that I have, I can see it becoming a frequent rotator on my list of pizza joints. There are no reservations and wait times can be long, but there is a small space with a counter where you can order drinks in the meantime. The bar, situated to the left, and the booths and tables to the right make for an intimate dining space. With one or two TVs, it feels a little more casual, but you can easily choose to not pay attention to the screens. Pear and gorgonzola salad: Would be too small for a meal in my opinion, but a nice starter to share if everyone wants some leafy greens. A light, pear vinaigrette coats mixed greens with equal amounts of walnuts, gorgonzola cheese and mixed root vegetables. If you're looking for a salad with some creativity, try it. Garlic knots: MUST get. It's like the savory version of the inside of a cinnamon roll. So doughy with a cheese crust and doused in butter and garlic, these knots sit on top of a light red sauce that can be used to enhance their flavor even further. They are rich and having one and a half was more plenty. Emma: Crust is so important to me in pizza, along with quality ingredients, and I think Mothership nailed it. The thin, buttery white sauce is not overpowering, and with a blend of cheeses, mushrooms and artichokes making up the bulk of the pizza, the hints of truffle honey, pistachio and basil can still peak through. The base of the pizza is thin with a Rosalia style crust - almost like naan bread - so doughy and soft. I think if you are prepared to wait for a table, it really is worth it. I can't forget the chocolate chip cookies and milk at the end too - I recognize a chocolate chip cookie is a chocolate chip cookie is a chocolate chip cookie - and these are just like the ones your mom makes! Not too thin or thick, packed with chocolate, slightly crisp on the outside with a soft interior and best dunked in whole milk! Highly recommend this spot in Edina.
