She helped us choose dishes we'd love, and her recommendations were spot‑on. We were seated at a cozy little table by the window, which made the whole evening feel even more special. They both came with large ice cubes. (No surprise there.) What WAS the surprise was that the bill came with a $1 upcharge for the large cube in the Negroni, BUT NOT THE OLD FASHIONED! We've never seen an upcharge for a large ice cube! Ever! My wife emailed the GM after the fact, and the manager explained that the Old Fashioned is traditionally served with a large ice cube. The server should have asked my wife if she wanted a large ice cube with her Negroni. Hazelwood isn't a particularly cheap outing. They do appear to be nickel-and-diming in this situation.

We ordered 2 XL Pizzas on thin crust and 2 orders of boneless wings! When they delivered the food it was steaming hot! They were cut into very small pieces so we did think it was kind of strange, but nothing to be upset over! The two pizzas we got were the White and the Valeo's Special! Wow can you say topped with toppings! It was amazing, more times then not you order pizza and it hardly has any toppings, but not Valeo's the pizzas are loaded with toppings and the flavors are amazing! The BBQ boneless wings were very good and the sauce that they use was delicious! They also have good ranch with is always a plus!
