    Lunch size BYO pizza

This place is living proof that you don't have to be fancy to deliver a 5 star experience. Came at lunch on a Friday, was sat promptly, water, menu, & place setting shortly thereafter, and food was out within 10 mins of ordering - piping hot, fresh, and to order. Prices are fair, server Bree was attentive without being annoying, and easy parking. If I lived here, would definitely be back! Bonus points for the cute little train that runs around the track

I want to love this location because it's the most convenient one to get to for me. I've been here a few times for dining in but taking out during busy times is ROUGH. Taking out experience: I know Friday night is a staple for pizza takeout. I was really in no rush especially since the website said it was about a 45 min wait. I placed my order went about 1hr later to pick it up, when I checked in the cashier told me they were running 15-30 min behind. There seemed to be a bit of drama with someone moving orders ahead of others on top of the delays. They were busy for dine in and takeout so it was a bit of a mess. I ended up waiting maybe an extra 20 mins for my order. I just wish the online estimate was a bit better as there's not much waiting space and not idea to keep leaving and coming back to check. Dining in experience: For the most part dining in has been fine. It's usually almost always decently busy. Kind of loud always. The restaurant is clean. The food in general: I always do byo pizza - just plain cheese with jalapenos & banana peppers. The toppings are a bit pricey but the same price for any size pizza you order almost. I love the thin crust. We usually almost always get the deep dish cookie dessert as well - so good. Staff are usually nice and attentive. They have a smaller parking lot but almost always never had issues with parking.

Pleasantly surprised on how good the food was here. The root beer was delicious! The sampler appetizer is a must. The blue cheese they brought was so good. The Hubby usually doesn't like it but this complimented the wings really well. The vegetarian pizza lacked flavor but the pepperoni pizza made up for it. Overall this pizza is a good choice. The staff was nice but the food did take awhile to arrive. The atmosphere was good for a family. The trains are pretty cool. Everyone seemed to be having a good time.

What an adorably retro place! It reminds me of some of the old pizza joints in Milwaukee I used to frequent! A friend recommended the pizza so on a long weekend in the Cities we decided to give it a try. We ordered the cheese bread with Broadway Sauce and the Classic Deluxe. We were very pleased with everything! The pizza is a great thin crust, fresh ingredients with a rich sauce. Couldn't ask for anything more. We left stuffed! It was nice to see how busy they were also. Clearly an area staple!

This is my go-to pizza spot. Their buffalo chicken pizza is spot on. If you order on a Friday or Saturday night, expect it to take an hour or a little more, but the wait is worth it. Just ask this turkey!

Dinner salad to-go. Browned lettuce and wilted veggies. We didn't eat this at all.

5 stars for the pizza and would definitely come back for it. I don't recommend ordering a salad to-go. A friend moved to Bloomington so I swung by Broadway to bring over dinner and to help unpack. Inside is old-school. All wood, a cute train that moves around the whole restaurant. A throwback to a 90s-esque family pizza joint. I could imagine my whole t-ball team coming here after a game. My order was ready on time and the pizza was hot and fresh. The pizza was actually the best pizza I've had in the twin cities. I regretted ordering the salad because it all got composted... the lettuce was brown and everything was wilted and looked like the veggies had been cut up and stored/were sitting out for a while. The pizza is thin crust. I always order extra sauce and light cheese. The pizza sauce was very good. And they were generous with the toppings. It was all so affordable. Just a solid pizza joint!

Yes. We had them deliver to us at Great Wolf. It was pretty slick. They call the room when they get there and you meet them in the lobby. Best delivery pizza option. Very good pizza.

We enjoyed every bite of this dreamy pie: pickles, ranch, and potato chips make this pizza addicting! We also had the Korean BBQ pizza, a well-known special of Lola's, which had a lovely blend of arugula, marinated pork, and BBQ spices. I am not sure why it took me so long to visit, but now that I have, I can see it becoming a frequent rotator on my list of pizza joints. There are no reservations and wait times can be long, but there is a small space with a counter where you can order drinks in the meantime. The bar, situated to the left, and the booths and tables to the right make for an intimate dining space. With one or two TVs, it feels a little more casual, but you can easily choose to not pay attention to the screens. Pear and gorgonzola salad: Would be too small for a meal in my opinion, but a nice starter to share if everyone wants some leafy greens. A light, pear vinaigrette coats mixed greens with equal amounts of walnuts, gorgonzola cheese and mixed root vegetables. If you're looking for a salad with some creativity, try it. Garlic knots: MUST get. It's like the savory version of the inside of a cinnamon roll. So doughy with a cheese crust and doused in butter and garlic, these knots sit on top of a light red sauce that can be used to enhance their flavor even further. They are rich and having one and a half was more plenty. Emma: Crust is so important to me in pizza, along with quality ingredients, and I think Mothership nailed it. The thin, buttery white sauce is not overpowering, and with a blend of cheeses, mushrooms and artichokes making up the bulk of the pizza, the hints of truffle honey, pistachio and basil can still peak through. The base of the pizza is thin with a Rosalia style crust - almost like naan bread - so doughy and soft. I think if you are prepared to wait for a table, it really is worth it. I can't forget the chocolate chip cookies and milk at the end too - I recognize a chocolate chip cookie is a chocolate chip cookie is a chocolate chip cookie - and these are just like the ones your mom makes! Not too thin or thick, packed with chocolate, slightly crisp on the outside with a soft interior and best dunked in whole milk! Highly recommend this spot in Edina.

As first-time visitors, it was very unclear whether we were supposed to seat ourselves or order at the counter, and we didn't receive much direction when we asked.
