I only came here because there is a bar next door that charges outrageous prices for its food. So I came here because of their McChickens are at a fair price. The service here was absolutely rude! I walk up to the front counter and there's a man and a pair of headphones yelling at me to use the kiosk. I was paying with cash and the kiosk does not accept cash. That did not sit with the wall and the employee that took my order was on cloud nine as he looked like he was really high. He went to give me my change and almost forgot about my money. Inside, this place is full of parents and it gets a good amount of attention too the drive-thru is usually busy. The employees here are mostly teenagers that just lollygag and I dined in for about a few minutes so I can eat my food. Overall , if this place was not clean at all I would have gave this place one Star. I would pass on this place but only recommend for it's cheap food. read more

I stood in line for over 10 min (timed it so not to exaggerate ) waiting to be acknowledged or helped so that I could pick up a delivery order . Drive through on a Sunday afternoon about 2 to get ice cream for my kids. Luckily the ice cream was working but the speed of the drive through was super slow. It seemed that they weren't actually making orders until you got to the pick up window. After 15 min wait I pulled up and they gave me my drink but then had to ask someone to make a shake. Then that was delivered but they had to ask again for a sundae. What the heck! Also the order ahead of me was wrong as I saw the person had to go into store. For fast food this was anything but fast. Food was fine, customer service was fine other than speed. This spot likely has a lot of traffic based on location but probably worth driving another few miles for better quality and speed. read more

Worst service but at this location I'm Not surprised, they also don't sell the full menu after 10pm, so some so called manager named Makela, was taking breaks as she took orders in the drive thru while the other line of cars kept going thru before us in our line where we had been sitting waiting, I called her out on it she got mad and said I can leave, so I politely asked for her name so I can report her to her manager and she sat there and did not respond. So I pulled up to the window and asked for her she let the drive thru pile up for 10 minutes because she would not come to the window to speak to me. Waited 19 minutes for a mobile order that consisted of a 6 piece nugget and large fries. In all 19 minutes only one order was brought out but saw atleast 5-6 people in the kitchen some weren't even wearing uniforms or name tags to hard to say if the were employees or friends. It seems when the order takers were taken away a while back and every became self serve, things really went down hill. No one monitors the lobby/restaurant at all, I even witnessed 3 teens eating French fries out of another groups order while it sat on the counter waiting to be picked up. I reached out to corporate to explain how horrible and inappropriate this experience was - they said they passed it on the this store but I never heard a word from them so felt the need to warn folks that unless you have lots of time to kill and/or want to play front end quality control and store monitor while you wait for your order, I would skip this location all together. read more

Went to the Shakopee, MN. McDonald's on Marshall Rd. & ordered the big breakfast w/ hot cakes, 2 sausage McMuffins, & medium OJ, so when got to the drive through window they informed me they were out of OJ so I has to get a soda which is about $2 less (no refund on difference) & than after getting my order I pull up to quickly check my bag with out pulling everything out & thought everything was there that I ordered, but when I got home found out they shorted me on my Big breakfast w/ hot cakes & found out I only got the hot cakes no eggs, sausage or toast plus I got Canadian bacon McMuffin when I ordered sausage McMuffins & was charged for everything I ordered, so If I would of been charged for want they gave me should of been $7 cheaper, what a crook of shit.... read more

This place is laughable. I've worked in the fast food industry for years so I know how it goes, but these guys straight up don't even pretend to care. I could tell a story or two, but I wont get into specifics. Just know that if you're going to order from this McDonalds, make sure you have everything you check to see if you have everything and check the receipt. Also, be prepared for sticky floors unlike any you've ever seen. It's as if they mop with maple syrup. Lastly, don't make any plans for the next few hours, because it doesn't matter how small the order is, or how simple, it will take anywhere from 15mins to an hour. Best service I've ever had. Went through the drive-through and got a chicken sandwich. The guys at the window were friendly, energetic, and funny. When they asked me to take a survey in order to potentially get one of them a raise, I knew I'd do it without a doubt. I knew I would be their guy. In conclusion, the food was great and the environment was friendly. It's also right next to Canterbury Park. Come get a burger and head over to watch a horse race. I have always had good service here. I have not experienced any cleanliness issues. McD's in general no longer serves food hot enough anymore. Restaurant was slow with many employees so you'd think the place would be picked up better. Empty tables were disgusting and not cleaned. After i was done with my meal, two trash receptacles had no garbage cans present so if I wanted to, I could have chosen to just dump my food into the hole and have garbage pile up on the ground like other patrons did but I chose to use the only remaining receptacle that had a garbage can. Before walking out, I used the restroom. Toilet paper was all over the floor in the men's room and after I washed my hands, no paper towels were left to dry my hands off.
