This is one of our favorites for a fast quick meal! My son loves all of the options here. They definitely have one of the best kids meals around and make it a kid friendly establishment with the play area, kids books, and table covers. It's always clean and they are friendly. You can't go wrong with the fresh wraps, nuggets, or sandwiches. We also love the breakfast here. read more

They need a better system badly & they need to improve their customer service skills badly. It's a few cool ladies in there with good skills but most of their workers NEED to get it tg. 3 days in a row dashing I've watched them put bags of food ready to go on the counter. Let it sit there & get cold under no heating. Let it sit there and make door dashes stand there waiting until somebody else comes and folds the bag down, puts a sticker and hands it out. So when it's just sitting there hot and fresh, it should be getting handed out then and there. Not okay read more

We got chick fil a catered for a retirement party at work and we were quite surprised about it since chick fil a is always a treat! The sandwiches were individually wrapped and the filets were large and tasty. Nuggets and salad were delicious, they gave us a whole bag of condiments and dressings for it. We loved the Mac & cheese, everyone was super excited about that. It was a hit so I hope to get more catered in the future! read more

Went there ordered a egg white sandwich meal! Food was NOT hot! Not sauce or salt! I had to throw away 1/2 of my meal!! It was disgraceful!!

I've been enjoying Chick-fil-A's for a long time in different states. My goto meal is a Deluxe Chicken Sandwich with a side of Chick-fil-A sauce, fries and a Diet Coke. The customer service is amazing. The friendly staff make you feel they want you to be there and that you are their priority . I always get welcomed and talked to with so much respect. It makes the dining experience so memorable and enjoyable. This stores decor is what you expect at updated stores. read more

Ordered the chicken nugget meal with fries and vanilla shake for my son. He drank the shake down to half and had something go into his mouth other than the shake. He spit it out to find a bug. Great Service and great Food Everyone that works there was nice and it also was very clean too. read more

Chick-Fil-A is an incredible company that I will always respect and love. Great food, great values, great service. Having been to several Chick-Fil-A's around the nation, their quality is something that is consistent across state lines. Except for this Chick-Fil-A. Literally. Just this one. I will avoid going to this Chick-Fil-A as much as I can because of how unreasonably slow they are. Every time I visit either the dining room or the drive-thru, no one seems to be in charge. General manager is rarely around, and if he is he seems to lead from behind. Every employee seems like it's their first day. They're extremely nice, but extremely incompetent and slow. No one works with a sense of urgency. Only thing going for this location is that it's centrally located in the Burnsville area. Other than that, this is consistently the worst Chick-Fil-A to visit in the Twin Cities area. read more

Yesterday I tried the fish sandwich. It is actually 2 small pieces of cod with pickles on bottom. Two packets of tartar sauce are on the side. There is a 7 minute wait and you are instructed to park by the two cows. I liked this sandwich much better than Arbys fish sandwich. They forgot the chick fila sauce I asked for my son's chicken sandwich. Still a "3" rating. read more

A lot of space, great for an after event bite to eat. Play area is clean and attractive. Local charm all around the establishment, along side the history of the chicken franchise. Centrally located around many attractions in the area. Easy to access and see from the major road it sits off of. Fun atmosphere, staff are quick, food is standard. A great choice! read more

Shiny new venue with premium chicken, what is not to love?!? The staff is and manager, Andrew, are super excited to be operating in Burnsville. I was surprised that more people were not in line for the first 100 giveaway. With every new opening, the first 100 guests are given free Chick-fil-a for a year. Which equates to 52 free meals (#1 value meal) on a digital card. read more

We visited on a Tuesday during dinner rush hour. I recommend taking the time to stop inside to get your food to-go instead of taking the drive-thru. The drive-thru was backed up and obviously had a long wait as we watched from our table. We had no wait, as the line inside was minimal, and the food served quickly. It was pleasantly quiet indoors, and the service was exceptional. Staff were kind and helpful. The food was good as usual. read more

We normally love Chick-fil-A but today our order was wrong. I was given deep fried chicken when I ordered grilled and I can't eat high fat foods. My husband ordered the spicy chicken sandwich and it was cold. We were both disappointed but in a hurry to get to an appt so couldn't go back into the long line of cars and get our order fixed. read more

I've had breakfast sandwiches from chick-fil-a before and thought they were pretty good and for the most part they are, however, this time around the sandwich was made pretty sloppy and it seemed from the taste and cook of the egg that the egg was being made on the same griddle as the chicken. The egg had a slight chicken taste to it and a little dark coloring on the edges. The hash browns were pretty good, they come in a little carton and are kind of like flattened tatter tots. read more

The worst service i have ever received at a chicfila. We had to wait over 15 minutes for a salad.... they had multiple cars waiting and cars that arrived after us were coming and going. They also just didn't have normal friendliness you normally come across at a chicfila. Very disappointed read more

Very clean! Consistent food. Attentive staff! Almost overly attentive - it wasn't busy while I was there so I got asked about every 5 minutes if I wanted a refill. My kids love it here and we will be regulars! read more

Ordered a large fries with extra ketchup from drive thru. Came home and no ketchup and fries are under cooked and with a bunch of tiny pieces. Thankfully I had my own ketchup at home. IT'S my pleasure to type a raving review about MY CHICK-FIL-A. I can say since the day they opened the staff has always been pleasant and never look miserable. There is always something going on event-wise at this location. If they are backed up they will always accommodate you or acknowledge the situation and that it's being handled. Thank you Chick-Fil-A for always being awesome! I usually order: -Spicy Chicken Deluxe meal with a lemonade -Spicy Southwest Salad with avocado ranch dressing -Spicy Chicken Hash Brown Scrabble Bowl with a Frozen Coffee read more

Ordered the "fruit parfait" (look at pictures on their site!) It had 2 strawberries - that was the only fruit, but was covered with some sort of chocolate (Oreo?) sprinkles - yuck! Not as pictured and gross read more

This place is great. They have been hit hard with COVID (like they are super busy) but they have constantly made great food. The food is always hot and fresh here and occasionally larger than normal portions. They are phenomenal. I only had a complaint once at this location and they were so fast, accommodating, and helpful. Highly recommend!! read more

Always something missing from my order, Whether it's chic fil a sauce, to any customizations you make to the food. it always is a 8/10 chance that they completely forget it or just completely disregard either way it's unacceptable. read more

Wow. What an experience. I don't usually go to fast food places and if I do I surely don't spend time inside. This place is different. From the moment you walk in and see a sign that warmly welcomed you to the cashier saying that's it's her pleasure to serve me, the atmosphere is amazing. Not only did the food taste amazing, it came within minutes and I was greeted by a server who offered to refill and drink and take care of any other issues I had. I ordered the chicken strips and chicken burger- both were fresh, crunchy and delicious. You couldn't imagine the chicken to be fast food! Well done Chick-Fil-A, well done. read more

Great Chik-fil-A location, this is probably my favorite in the metro area. Nice big seating area with a kids play area included. Staff are super friendly and fast and the food is always great. They also do a lot of fun events at this location with free gifts, food, etc. Another fun little thing, free mouth wash in the bathrooms, ha! That is hospitality :) read more

My order was incorrect and this is a 5 star review. I had two kids under 3 in the car, my oldest loves him some chick-fil-a. We ordered the grilled nuggets like usual because it counters the amount of fries he eats. That was a joke. We got our order after a long line wait, maybe 12 min. Personally, I believe long lines are attributed to both busy/inexperienced workers and slow people in line who act like they've never ordered fast food before. But I digress... We got the food, the order was wrong. The drink was fine. The fries were the wrong size. And we got a fried chicken sandwich with cheese. Not ideal. Instead of complaining online and criticizing the entire organization for one 16 yr olds minor mistake, I called to hash it out. Immediately greeted me with empathy, asked if I had the transaction info on the bag, and was quick to refund my entire order. Then...my man Tyler goes above and beyond to offer me to come back and get the meal I ordered. With the kids bedtime coming up, I couldn't make it back so instead he offered me a compensatory meal for later. This is customer service at its finest. This is how you retain a customer base, regardless of the product you're offering. read more

Asked specifically for 6 Chick-fil-A sauces. Got 1. In drive-thru. I can't even eat my nuggets now, thanks. Usually I'd give this location a 4 or even a 5 star, but today's service was terrible and after a difficult day, 'twas the straw the broke the camel's back. read more

Messed up a mobile order. Forgot the 8oz Chic Fil A sauce and didnt include some requested sauces and a specialty bun. Dissatisfied.

Got a Grilled Chicken sandwich and the bread was so stale that I couldn't eat it. My chicken and fries were cold when I got home which is less than 5 minutes away. I took the old sandwich in and asked to speak to a manager. The young lady looked like a high school student. All of the workers looked to be high school kids with no adult supervision. She did nothing but make the situation worse which I can't blame a kid for not knowing how to handle a complaint. So I called the corporate office after calling the franchise owner who wasn't available and filed a complaint. If I don't hear from the store owner tomorrow I will call until I reach him. If I can't reach him I will file a complaint with the health department. The bread was just that bad. If you get bad food from the Burnsville Mn. Chick fil Call their corporate office and file a complaint. Please do not allow these fast food businesses to get away with bad service and horrible food. read more

This is my favorite Chick-fil-A! The staff is always extremely friendly and helpful. The food is great and the place is spotless. I go to Costco almost weekly and end up stopping here almost every time. I always have my baby with me and they will go out of the way to help me. From opening the door, to carrying my food to my table, they are fantastic. The bathroom actually has a little cart of diapers and wipes just Incase you need one for your little. I have used a couple and when my little outgrew her size and I had a few left over I brought them in for the cart. The food is always made fresh to order, I have never had anything I didn't like at Chick-fil-A, but my favorite thing ever is their cookies and cream milkshake. Totally check this place out! If you have kids they have an awesome little playground. My husband and I usually order food and let the kids tire themselves out. They usually eat after they play and can actually sit still. They beg to go here. read more

The service of this location, as most every Chick-fil-A location, is unbeatable. The cashiers having the soda fountain next to them is a great way to avoid turning their back to the customer while ordering. We had our tray delivered to our booth within thirty seconds of sitting. An employee came up to us to offer a refill on our lemonades towards the end of our meal. I always feel better leaving this chain than when I enter. Pros: -fresh food -excellent, prompt customer service -great atmosphere (including the Chip & Joanna Gaines-inspired interior) Cons: None P.S. Even as I'm finishing this review, another employee is giving us a free vanilla shake. Ha! read more

There is a real feeling of love and a heart of service in the store. You walk in and you feel happy :-) and it doesn't hurt that the food is delicious as well :-) I loved that Bobby took the time to visit with us as well. He is super attentive and sweet! read more

Absolutely the sweetest, most accommodating people work here! Of course you get the world-class chick fil-a food, then they top it off by opening doors as you enter, helping you find an outlet for your laptop, fabulous service with great smiles, and even table service refills. This is the second time I've been here. The first was around 10. I got my usual chicken sandwich and sweet tea. Nobody bothered me while I read my book except to ask if I wanted a refill. You can tell the owners and managers have seen the decline in food and service in the major pioneer fast food and wasn't having any of it. I enjoyed hanging out here over noisy coffee shops. This location is my favorite. As you walk in there's a lovely waiting area. Then the bathroom is just down the aisle, very conveniently located, before the counter not after. The bathroom actually has a fresh bouquet of flowers and 2 selections of soap. I always stop if I go to my favorite Costco. read more

Deliciously greasy breakfast that comes with a whole lot of flavor. I ordered the #1 breakfast meal: plain chicken biscuit sandwich with coffee. Coffee is mediocre, yet better than not having any and I have yet to try my tots. Four of us arrived at 12:05 PM on Wednesday and of course it was busy. My husband had never been in one and was unfamiliar with the menu and ordering process. Among other things he wanted. #1 meal with 2 original chicken sandwiches, but ordered 2 meals. Long story short, the line was held up while the associate redid the order, but she could not have been kinder. When our order arrived at the table, it was exactly correct, even the sandwiches minus pickle. The hot foods were all piping hot as well. We didn't know we'd get an offer of refills on our beverages before we left. Also watched as staff cleaned ed tables, chairs, floors and offered to take trash! read more
