I had Sidel assisting with my order today who when he realized I hadn't had a good day and the app was struggling to work properly, he promo'd my fries. Although it wasn't his fault that the app didn't work, he made sure my meal did. Also, the manager stopped by at the second window to collect my payment, he did let me know that they had a rush inside, which I did see nearly 30 children at the cashier. The manager helped me to understand that due to the rush they would have me wait for my food at the drive-through parking spot. Next I met, which I did not get his name, a black guy that brought me my food and then continued to say "thankyou for waiting, have a great night" even though I could tell they were very busy.
