The Pizza Hut in Sebring is carry out or delivery only, used to be dine in, but never reopened the dining area after Covid! We order every couple of months for pickup, just around the corner. Have never been disappointed. Medium meat lovers thin crust with black olives on half. One of the better pizzas around. Cinnabons for afters. Order for pick up at a certain time, always ready when we get there. Occasionally it is busy and a slight wait, but nothing to sing them about. It is not a 5 star restaurant, it is Pizza Hut and they do a very good job. read more

I don't know what these guys are on about. The standards are way too monumentally high for fast food pizza. It's gosh darn good fast food pizza. The only true downside is that you can't eat indoors. The employees are always sweeter than sugar and the food is always ready when we get there to pick it up. Shut up and enjoy pizza. read more

What a joke this establishment is. Second time ordering from them and just like the first time. Half my order didn't arrive ( delivery). Called to make it be known. Put on hold and eventually they tell me they are delivering the missing items.. well never arrived. Liars. And it was the same items missing the first time. Managers there are a complete p.o.s. It's been awhile since we have had a Pizza Hut pizza. While staying in a hotel in Sebring during hurricane Milton, (10/2024) we decided to order pizza. Don't worry we arrived a few days before the hurricane hit. Haha. We didn't order while the hurricane was upon us. Wink. We ordered whatever is their 5 ingredient deluxe or supreme; I just forget what it was called. But I cannot eat bell peppers. They cannot be on the pizza and picked-off, either. So we asked to substitute banana peppers. When the pizza arrived it had bell peppers on it.... And banana peppers. Heavy sigh. When I called to let them know they asked if I still wanted a pizza. I said well yes I really would like to eat dinner! So they remade the pizza without bell peppers/ correctly with banana peppers. They said we could give the other pizza away, which we did. My sister was staying at the hotel and took a few pieces to their room for her husband. The rest went to the front desk ladies who seemed very happy about getting to have pizza. So my critiques on the pizza ... visually I would like to give it five stars. Both pizzas actually looked great. arrived fresh & warm. Flavor was very good too. Wish we had thought to ask for red pepper flakes but we forgot. Over all it was tasty and it hit the spot. The main thing that was a big turn off was the crust. I don't know what the real issue was, I can only guess. It seemed to me to be like the dough was too freshly made, had not had time to rise properly or developed gluten. It was like eating a cross between crispy bread and biscuits. Since we don't order from Pizza Hut in our home town for years, I have no way to know if that was a fluke, or if they now have weird crust at Pizza Hut! I would order from here again if I found myself in Sebring again. Mainly because it was good- even if not perfect- And I could find out if the crust issue was not their norm. read more

Pizza was awful. It was dry no taste how disappointing. No wonder the dining room was empty

Staying at a nearby hotel and walked to this Pizza Hut to sit down and eat. Much to my surprise there is no dine in service. Take out only. The dining area is shuttered. I asked if could just sit down and eat the pie so I didn't have to walk a mile with the pizza in the rain. I received a flat out "NO." There were tables and chairs available but no flexibility from these customer service hero's. No wonder Pizza Hut is a dying franchise. read more

The PH manager or assistant manager in Okeechobee has a horrible attitude toward customers, at least with me. I have been going to this location in Okeechobee for at least 3 months once per week. I paid with my card the first time and ever since then they would ask if I wanted it on my card, "of course" I would say. Some 20 minutes later I would pull up to the curb and call to let them know I arrived in 5 or 10 minutes I was on my way home with my hot Pizza Hut pizza... until last night! I work late on Fridays and since I'm Catholic I tried to avoid eating meat on Fridays (I'm an old traditional Catholic), I decided to call PH on my way home the food had been satisfactory to me & they do have a vegetarian pizza that I enjoy. I called them, as usual, and they asked if I wanted on my card I told him yes he said ok, and pizza would be ready in 20 minutes, I told him I would call when I got to the curb. He thanked me & I him. the problem starts here: I get to the curb I called in and a young lady tells me they have no record of any order...I explained the procedure. She came out and told me that there was no record of a CC processed. I explained what had transpired, and she told me if I wanted to pay again, I objected and she offered to bring out the asst. manager. I waited another 10 minutes more or less. A young, pleasant-looking lady came out with what appeared to be a CC receipt in her hand and said that my CC was not accepted... I reminded her that I was told that my pizza would be ready in 20 minutes, how could the CC not be accepted? She retorted," if you shut up, I'll explain it to you." I very unemotionally told her, "No, thank you I'll go elsewhere and you can stick the nonexistent pizza up your ass! As I very carefully backed out of what is a difficult parking lot to get in & out. By the way, a few miles east of PH is PAPA JOHN PIZZA, Margarita is the Mgr. or Assistant Manager there. They took my order; while I sat in my car outside by the curb and took the same CC that I offered PH was accepted by PAPA JOHNS and the pizza was ready and brought out to my car in 15 minutes or so...guess where I'll be buying my Pizzas from now on...PAPA JOHNS OF COURSE! read more

This Pizza Hut is TERRIBLE! We just moved to Sebring and ordered some pizzas online. We asked for light sauce on everything (due to health issues). First of all the pizza was COLD and it was loaded with sauce. There was barely any cheese nor pepperoni, pure sauce. All my kids had stomach aches throughout the night. Very unhappy with the service. Ordered 3 pizzas online plus sticks , Cinnabons and cheese sticks. When we picked up the order, one pizza was not correct, the cheese sticks were missing and the staff did nothing but argue over who's fault it was. After getting home realized they had not included included the sauce for the cheese sticks which had been requested. Not even an apology or discount offer. read more

Never waited so long to be greeted and have my drink order for the buffet. On lunch break so my time is limited. Thought this would be a quick option apparently not. Had to leave after waiting for 8-10 minutes. Not the first time this has happened and this will be the last time I'll be stepping foot in there. read more

It is hit and miss with Pizza Hut as far as food goes. kinda depends on who is working. Karen is hands down the best waitress I have seen at any restaurant. She is sweet, attentive and really gets to know her customers and goes above and beyond. I've been going to this location since I was 5 (I'm 31 now) and Karen has always been the highlight of every visit. I absolutely love her. Lorian (one of the managers) is also amazing. Worst pizza I have ever had. The place was overrun with a childs birthday party, so it was busy and noisy. We decided to get the pizza on the buffet to avoid the long wait from the kitchen. Forget drive up pickup for Covid , I sat in my car for 20 minutes, and nobody every came out. Grabbed my mask, went in , and they were just oh, here's your food . No apologies , or nothing . Well I have mixed Review of this Location. Standard Pizza Hut fare not great not awful, just ok. Service Horrible Managment Extreamly Rude. Unwilling ot take a 100$ bill on a 30$ tab. Told Us to send one of us to break the 100 and then return and pay the bill mind you the managment was aware I was on a time limit due to work. Not a pleasent experiance. Ive ordered only three times from this Pizza Hut. And each three times service was extremley horrible. The first time I dined in with my family. We ordered pizza, once it came out it looked burned and overly greasy. Staff and management is extremly rude. I went to this location. Generally like pizza hut for about 35 years or so. I ordered 2 large 2 toppings. I veg and 1 pepperoni and onion. She gave me both pepperoni and onion. Had to wait 12 more minutes while my one pepperoni and onion sat there and then she just gave me my original order with one old pizza and one fresh pizza. Didn't offer me the extra one. Very questionable business practices. read more

The place is filthy and the restrooms are worst than filthy. If you heck out the restrooms before you eat you will turn around and walk out the door. I cannot believe this placed passed their health inspection. Nothing else to say except where is the board of health and what rating did they get on their most recent inspection. read more

They are constantly advertising for managers and it shows when you eat there. There is no consistency to the food or service. Guess these chains need to invest some money into training and retaining their staff. Sometimes a better hourly wage cost you less in the long run than staff turnover. I love Pizza Hut pizza, but this place stinks! I would've not given any stars if that was an option. I called in a carry out order. When I wet to pick it up I stood a the desk and waited for acknowledgement. While I was waiting one girl stated to the other receiving the pizzas out of the oven that one pizza was wrong it should of been hand tossed. The one girl stated "Oh well" Then looked at me laughed stated that "I don't care. I work too hard and don't get paid enough". Flabbergasted, I took my pizzas and left without checking them. When I got home I regretted it. My pizza was also wrong. I asked for a Meat Lovers with no ham. It had ham and I couldn't eat it. Lesson learned. No more Pizza Hut from Sebring for me! read more

We can only wish that we have a second (better) Pizza Hut here in Sebring Fl. Tonight in order to save time we ordered our pizza on-line and planned to pick it up and dine in the restaurant. We placed our order around 6:30 p.m. on line. We were told it would be ready in 30+ minutes. At 6:48 p.m. as we drove to the location Pizza Hut an employee called to tell us they were "out" of mushrooms and black olives - what else did we want to put on instead... The only additional topping that apparently they still had was onions. So we told him to cancel our order and we headed to a different restaurant. At 8:54 p.m. and again at 8:57 p.m. Pizza Hut called, finally leaving a voice message to call them. We called and the Manager said they were "out" of mushrooms and black olives - what else did we want to put on in place... I was stunned; it was already very sad that they don't stock more of their needed products but then to call 2 more times - 2 hours later. I laughed and told her we had cancelled the order 2 hours earlier and that apparently not only did they have a supply problem but also lack of communications. She apologized, I accepted and we hung up. Note this is not the first time they have been out of product and it's definitely not the cleanest location but to find a Sebring pizza parlor is slim pickings so it is what it is. Just beware - you may place an order and be called later by a staffer saying they can't make our pizza. read more
