I was honored to be the 1st to review these fine folks way back in 2019. Now, it's time to review their cheesesteaks. After years of devouring hundreds of cheesesteaks from dozens of different shops all over the country, I am proud to announce that I have been awarded the coveted CCC designation. That's right, I am now A Certified Cheesesteak Connoisseur! What's a CCC you ask? We sneak into sandwich shops without announcing ourselves and deliver unbiased cheesesteak reviews on Yelp! That was my assignment today at this location. Of course, I was in disguise. Arriving- From US Route 27, just look for the Lowes signage. They kind of share a parking lot. Parking is usually easy peasy. The App- It's solid and I have two comments. 1.- It doesn't have a "Dine In" option which drives me crazy as other chains have it. 2.- The "Customization" section allows for special requests, which is a much-appreciated feature! Wi-Fi- There doesn't appear to be customer Wi-Fi, but Xfinity folks will be happy that there is a hotspot nearby. Ambience- They have a couple of tiny tables outside which are basically in The Lowe's parking lot with tiny umbrellas. I'd rather have a root canal with no pain meds that eat outside here! Inside there is a line of 2-tops against a wall and you'll find yourself uncomfortably close to the folks waiting in line to order. It's clear that this is a mostly take-out place. As expected, everything is spotless. Customer Service- I've been here many times, and everyone has always been extremely friendly and courteous, so 5 stars. Cheesesteaks- They have tons of different hot & cold subs, but this is a BEEF cheesesteak only review. I used the app and there are four varieties available all with the standard 8" at about $11. You can customize quite a bit but if you go into the shop to order you can do just about anything! For this visit I ordered the Big Kahuna. Beef and extra white American cheese (not Cheez Whiz) along with red & green peppers, onions, mushrooms and jalapenos. It was ready on the pickup shelf when I arrived. OMG, see my picture! This was a monstrous, 5-napkin sammich. Hard to eat because of the amount of fillings but true cheesesteak connoisseurs will drool! If you are a cheesesteak aficionado, the elephant in the room is the roll. This is not an Amoroso roll (Philly readers know what I mean), but it is very good and baked fresh several times a day. The beef was grilled nicely, juicy & tasty, with no fatty chewy pieces and the taste and amount of cheese was spot on. The veges were fresh and an appropriate amount. This was definitely a top-shelf sandwich. I had a food orgasm with every bite! Value- This is one of the most satisfying cheesesteaks you can get from a chain shop! Sometimes you can get a bigger sandwich from a private shop, but the quality and customer service can be hit or miss. Conclusion- If you desire to be a CCC like me, tough, I made it up! This is at least a 4.0-star cheesesteak and probably 4.5. If you're not in Philly, it's among the best you can devour! When you add in the service, cleanliness and value, I'm going 5 stars for the beef cheesesteaks! read more

Clean establishment always! Service staff are always helpful in explaining this menu and helping with substitutions. I prefer this place to ANY OTHER SUB SHOP! Meat toppings are always more plentiful than other chains and toppings are great! Prices are on par with other businesses off the same products You will always get more for your $$ here! 5 starts given bc of comparison to other sub shops and for quality of food, staff quality and attitude, and cleanliness of shop. But negative reviews need consideration! Negatives: highly recommend they marinate their onions Italian seasons dressing with garlic and herbs. This makes them a true delicatessen! Introduce a true Russian dressing that's home made Open up more locations in Sebring and expand... hate driving around Lake SOB (Lake Jackson) to get to them! read more

Sub was good. The attitude was bad. Short man with beard pony tail talked down to me while i was trying to order. I asked if i could get swiss on a sandwich and that was met with " i can't tell you what to eat SIR! Every time this runt addressed me , he said SIR like it was a slur. The venom dripped of him. Just order on the app. Asked if I wanted lettuce and all the condiments and I did not click them because I didn't want them. Get to work with my order and there is lettuce. Call and talk to the manager and he said we had to bring it back. (I can't leave I'm at work!) tell him I'll bring it after work. The manager Floyd calls me back and starts to argue saying it automatically comes with lettuce. No it doesn't!!! Dude insisted on arguing and telling me I'm wrong. Publix didn't have their meatball sub so I went to Jersey Mike's. Arriving I find out They don't have a meatball sub they said it was discontinued. Starving, I ended up getting the philly cheese steak sandwich and a regular sandwich. Overall the subs are good. I believe a bit too high in price. After paying about 20+ on two of the small subs and one of them a combo, I asked for a cup for water separate from the cup for my paid drink; they told me there is a charge for the cup. Imagine I just spent 20+ dollars on sandwiches and you couldn't throw in a cup of water. SMH. read more

This Jersey Mike's has the worst customer service I have ever seen in my entire life and I am 60 years old. I only gave it 1 star because in order to post my review, i had to put something. Not only did they make my sandwich wrong after I phoned in the order and the order was correct on the slip of paper they used, but when I told them about it they said I had to bring the sandwich back, fully intact, to get another sandwich. And then when I called the corporate office about their rudeness, the Sebring owner Chrissy, had the nerve to call me and tell me I was on video watching them make the sandwich - which in fact is not true, because I was on the pickup line not even in front of the people making the sandwiches and the sandwich was already made when I got there. I would not suggest this Jersey Mike's to anyone, anywhere, ever!!! I didn't care about the sandwich or the $8 for goodness sake. I care about customer service - I always have! And this woman Chrissy and this Jersey Mike's is one of the many reasons why customer service in this country is going down the drain! Shame on this particular Jersey Mike's! Just so you know the corporate office offered me a coupon for a free sandwich or any Jersey Mike's - LOL - I didn't want it!! Customer service means more to me than any meal I eat! Food is good but the music is too loud. There is a speaker right above where you order blaring music. When I complained, the manager said its company policy to have the music loud to liven up the atmosphere. Note to corporate, you won't have any atmosphere if you run off all the customers. read more

We love Jersey Mike's! They by far have a better sandwich than most places. What my husband and I love most is that the ingredients are fresh and all of their sandwiches are made-to-order. It might take a few minutes more but well worth it! My favorite is their roast beef, and I learned that they make in-house every other day so it's very fresh and perfectly cooked, never dry. read more

On Feb. 9th I ordered 3 giant subs then cancelled within a few minutes. I was charged $50.25. I visited the store in Sebring Florida that I had ordered from. Was told I'd receive a refund, to wait a few days. I've since called, gone to the store (was dismissed) and called corporate office. Was told the owner would be contacted. (I'm on social security, $50 is a lot of money for me.) Am STILL WAITING!!!! Am from New Jersey, so it was a taste of home. Have they done this to other people? read more

After giving a great review yesterday, I had a horrible one yesterday. I ordered a giant #3 . This older guy was waiting on a customer in front of me . It was not busy, but he insisted on asking me what I wanted on the sub. I told him and he had to keep asking what I wanted on it. What made me really upset he gave me two halfs of bread, instead of a whole and when I questioned him , he said he made a mistake. Needless to say it was a disaster. He wasn't finished with my order and started asking the guy behind me what he wanted and proceeded to cut his cold cuts . This started about 3:35pm. some employees were on break, but he was very disorganized. I will never have him wait on me again. I didn't see the manager. their customer service is the worst. Every time I order they still manage to mess up my order. The owner doesn't know how to run a business it seems as well as the cleanliness of the store. Do not get your sandwich cut the knife is wiped with a rag that is used to clean the counter myself and others have witness it while waiting for our subs. read more

Wow just don't forget to pick up an order the owner will will threaten to call the police yes over food that was never received never stepped foot inside I simply placed an order and forgot to pick it up i was in from out of town for one day I had more pressing matters at hand at the time ie my grandparents being in the hospital completely forgot I placed the order next day the owner is calling my phone asking to resolve the matter before the police are involved come on that's not how you do Business I'm in the hospitality industry myself Never in my life have I had such a bad experience with an establishment I am extremely displeased and will be contacting the bbb and the franchise to make a complaint I was forced to pay under duress of police being called I will also be contacting the local sheriff to see if that's even legal under Florida law. never have I had a sub from here and now I definitely never will all due to this franchise owner. read more
