I ordered the Cuban without a side, but the Mexican Street Corn will be calling my name when I'm a little hungrier. It cost me $10.22. It was out quickly, pressed nicely, but it wasn't quite hot enough. It had all the required, tasty ingredients. It was great but I've had a greater amount of filings for that price so I would say the value was just average. Conclusion- The brewery is a great place and the food menu from these folks has some interesting selections, so I'll definitely try them again. For now, I'm going three stars.

Note that the counter has a couple of power outlets for a quick phone charge. Nice! Pro Tip- They have their own Wi-Fi, but I didn't bother asking for the password as I connected to the nearby Xfinity Hot Spot. Customer Service- You order and pay at the counter. The drinks are serve-yourself. If you are eating in, someone will drop off your food at your table but there really isn't table service. All the folks that have touched me over several visits have been just fine. Food- I'm addicted to the Rachel! It's like a pastrami Reuben but with Cole slaw instead of sauerkraut. I guess sauerkraut was a little too strong for Rachel! I added fries and a small fountain drink, and the pre-tip tab was about $16. My family has been in South Florida for generations, so to be treated like I'm some outsider was insulting. As for the food? Absolutely terrible. The chicken was dry, salty, and clearly frozen definitely not fresh. For the prices they charge, you'd expect way better quality. Meanwhile, the family seated next to us was treated like royalty: their food was brought out to them, they were asked if they needed anything else, while we were shouted at across the deli like farm animals. And to top it all off there was mold in the ice machine. That alone is enough reason to never go back. This place was a total disappointment, and I'll never eat here again.

I registered myself and received a deal for 50% off my 1st visit. Sweet! You can choose Pickup or Delivery but not Dine In and that annoys me. Brand Positioning- Firehouse Subs is known for its premium meats and cheeses, on toasted private-recipe sub rolls. They are also known for a custom mural inside each location. Finally, their subs are heftier than most competitors. You should expect the ambience, customer service and the food to all be significantly above average. Arriving- They are seconds off US Route 27 Northbound and a snap to find with a small parking lot. Ambiance- Who the hell cares in most sub shops but not here! All the décor is firehouse related and is very impressive! The mural is the actual Sebring Fire Station and beyond impressive! The place was spotless! Wi-Fi- Free with no password needed. Also, power outlets are much more numerous and available here than in most sandwich shops. Much appreciated! Customer Service- Ten stars! I was greeted immediately and mentioned that my Pickup was actually Eat In. An employee jumped to it, asked me where I wanted to sit and brought my order to me on a tray. Beats unpacking a pickup order! Pro Tip- Their fountain beverages are Coke (Freestyle machine) products, and they offer the Layes line of chips. Food- I ordered the 8" New York Steamer combo with chips and a small drink at about $14. This sandwich had corned beef, pastrami, provolone and assorted condiments. It was available instantly as I ordered ahead. As advertised the bread was toasted and a bit denser than some competitors. The meats and cheese are steamed and that makes a significant difference in the flavor. I added caramelized onions, and they were delicious. The meats tasted premium. The overall sandwich was definitely superior to many chain competitors! Conclusion- So this no longer virgin definitely had an orgasmic 5-star experience!

This review is all about the often-ignored hotdog. So, what do you need to know about this bad boy? 1. It's all beef and made by Hebrew National. The dog is Kosher, but the meal is not because it is grilled on the same grill as bacon and other stuff. Bottom line, they start with a great dog. 2. The dog is split lengthwise before it is grilled. Because of this it needs a slighter bigger bun. More about this later. 3. All the burger toppings are available for the dog. Pro Tip #1- If you are insane, you can order cheese on your dog here. If you do, they will use a Kraft Single! Crazy right! I would rather have a root canal with no pain meds than do that! Pricing- 5Gs is infamous for being spendy! I call it the "Gasp!" factor. I ordered a dog, small Cajun Fries and a small drink and it set me back $14.49. This is much better than a burger meal so the gasping is much less. Presentation- You know the deal. The dog is wrapped in foil and at the bottom of a brown paper bag. On top are about a bazillion delicious fries. Pro Tip #2- Many folks think the fries should be crisper. Just ask and they will be happy to accommodate you and make them extra crispy! Unwrap the foil and you'll immediately see what I mean about the slighter bigger bun. I don't normally cut my dog in half but I did for this review so you can see a cross-section of the split dog. Taste- This is one seriously good dog! You get a nice snap when you bite into it. You can really taste the beef and it is very nicely grilled and caramelized. Among the big chains, most reviews place this dog in the top 3 and sometimes #1 in the country! I would agree. To me, a dog, fries and a drink here is a five star meal!

At first, I was told, "no" they would not delivered to me. Because I am 1 mile outside of their radius. The young guy I spoke with recommended instead that I called Lake Placid Papa John's which is ridiculous because I'm exactly 30 seconds south of Highway 98. I think the guy was just trying to pass the buck. However, I called Lake Placid and they also said I was outside their delivery radius and that made a lot more sense to me because it would be like calling Denver, Colorado and asking for a pizza to be delivered to Florida. So what do you do? I ended up calling the Sebring location back and asked for the manager. I got Lexi on the phone. That was the manager's name. She was a young lady, but she seemed intelligent and open minded, because when I explain the circumstances to her she said, "yeah that is ridiculous" I also explain to Lexi about how much money they were losing out on because they were not willing to extend their delivery radius to the entire Sebring area. They were missing out on business from all of the people south of HCA hospital now if you think about it that's a lot of people and a lot of money to be missing out on. The radius gap between the Sebring delivery area and the Lake Placid delivery area does not touch. This means there is a huge gap where they are missing all of the Spring Lake and all of the people who live just off Highway 66. Ridiculous! I mean, if I'm a business owner and I have a pizza business, I'm gonna make sure that I cover the entire Sebring area because I'm not about to miss out on money from people because of a 1 mile extra driving radius. Lexi went on to explain to me that she was going to go ahead and allow the delivery, but she also told me that she could not guarantee that every manager would make the same choice at Papa John's. I agreed that that was likely to happen and I understood. Now the pizza: there are a lot of pizzas in this town and a lot of these guys who make them are from New York City so you're not missing out on good quality pizza here in Sebring. I will say that most of the time the sauce is very acidic no matter where you go. Papa John's sauce, which I have not had in sometime, at least 20 years has a definite sweetness. It had a good aroma, and while not punched with herbs it did satisfy the palate in a balanced way. I enjoy the sweetness that they have in their sauce whether they slow cook the onions or just added a little sweetener to the sauce. both are fine it's a matter of taste. Italians will choose one or the other. They all typically use their onions to gain this type of exposure in the flavor by a quick sear and sauté of the onions to gain a bolder aroma, or a slow cook of the onions in order to sweeten them. We ordered the new New York style pizza, and while there is not a consistency in the two pizzas we received the first one was more New York style in the crust. Well, the second one was denser and the crust endings were not equal in size, thickness, or make, but for a commercial pizza, it filled the stomach. In this review, I am complementing the manager more than anything for her ability to deliver to us. You often do not see this in commercial businesses. They are usually very stoic and black-and-white on their terms. For Lexi to think outside the box and be willing to make a personal judgment was appreciated. She was a good manager, and she is being recognized for that purpose. You hardly see this ever so kudos to you Lexi, and thank you for being a good manager!

They are awful not consistent whoever cooks , can't cook the dough is uneven and just a mess wish I could post pictures! They don't do refunds so you have to get another nasty pie and I'm done with this nasty pizza place.. Even when ordered specialty pies, all wrong and missing Ingredients.. Someone please bring a real pizza place to Sebring!! This place sucks everytime!everything!! Ordered here!! Don't waste your money and time...

I have eaten at Blue Lagoon Saloon only twice before. I don't know why I haven't eaten here more…read moreoften but I will now add this place to one of my top go to restaurants in Sebring. This particular time was most enjoyable with good tunes, and delicious food. It was a very relaxing experience. My parter and I had a wonderful time! Our server, Shaena, was friendly and attentive with a great sense of humor. We stopped in for lunch after a morning of running errands & a lengthy dentist appointment. We sat ourselves at a high top. The place was relatively busy. There are many tv's for your entertainment and plenty of free parking in the lot. We started with a full order of raw oysters. They were very fresh and reasonably priced. I highly recommend Blue Lagoon Saloon!
