The restaurant folks call this type of restaurant fast casual instead of fast food. They definitely are a step up in ambience, quality, and price. I was blowing by and wanted a quick breakfast so boom, I was there! Arriving- They are in front of a Lowes and adjacent to a Starbucks. You need to wind your way around and it's a little weird. Parking is no problem. Ambience- Worlds away from fast food. Genuinely pleasant with nice tables and booths that were spotlessly clean. Pro Tip- This location does not have its own Wi-Fi but there is a Xfinity Hot Spot nearby. The App- I fired up my well-designed app, chose dine-in and placed and paid for my order. Within seconds my order status appeared on a screen near the pick-up window. Nice! It was ready in less than five minutes. Customer Service- Two folks touched me at the pick-up window, and they were very pleasant. Not much else to say. Food- I ordered a Sausage, Egg & Cheese on Ciabatta. I paired it with an Iced Latte. The tab was $11.80. My sandwich was hot and bursting with flavor. OMG, it was actually served on a plate instead of wrapped. My Latte was spot on. The only thing this place has his real bread, and you can take it home and do the same damn thing or you can sit there at lunch with their delightfully boring menu. Honestly, I hate places like this that have a simple choice menu and you get to choose how you want to put your sandwich together. Terrible first experience ordering Uber eats from this Panera. It's no surprise that the sandwich had little to no toppings. There was one very large piece of avocado just stuffed in the middle. All the roasted red peppers were stuffed in the middle bread doesn't feel like it was cooked at all soup was cold. Early morning breakfast before the sun has risen and there are already two people here with laptops. Dude, it's 6:30 in the morning! Anyway, I got their steak and egg breakfast sandwich to go. On a seeded roll that was kinda like a bagel, a few slices of roast beef, a slice of cheese and an egg. Pretty tasty, this. I travel every week. but for the last 20 plus weeks it has involved this resturant at least once a week. more like three. the staff is friendly and proficient. They are some of the fastest folks in Panera locations. The location is always clean and stocked. truly has been a great place for dinner and the early morning snack at times. We aren't able to dine out these days, but order and pick up is our current method. We ordered Margarita Flatbread and Squash Autumn Soup. The squash soup is Devine and dipping the pizza into the soup is heavenly, the flatbread is not a pizza per se, but it's a crispy crusted amalgam of tomato, basil, and mozzarella. The food is ok...not great, but ok. Anyone who's ever been to Panera knows what's on the menu. My review is based on what we had to do when we got our food. We ordered our food about 7pm on a Friday night. It wasn't really busy and about half the tables were empty so finding a table was no problem. However, finding a CLEAN table was an issue. EVERY SINGLE TIME I've been in Panera it's the same deal. Busy or not, there is never a clean table and having to ask someone to wipe the previous patrons mess off the table has become just another step in the ordering process at Panera. It's disgusting. Management, please address this issue. There's other soup and sandwich shops in the area that are looking more palatable than eating my food around someone else's mess. read more

Most of the food ordered was good. I was there last night right at closing with a to go order. When I got home I realized they forgot to put the soup I ordered in the bag. Since it was after closing when I got home I didn't worry about it much. Everything was good except my daughters Mac-n-Cheese. As she was eating she found pieces of plastic in it. Very coronavirus savvy with its effort to maintain a healthy atmosphere. Friendly staff. Breads were fresh and worth it and the coffee was decent. I have a difficult time with the muffin and danish prices - yes, but they looked like the same ones from the day before. Very clean place. We always eat at Panera when we travel. Decent prices, usually clean places, food is great and the neighborhoods are usually very decent. That is why I eat a Panera otherwise I would not. This place is great and this has been our stop since it opened in this strip mall. We come to this Panera every time we visit family members in Sebring. It's your average Panera Bread chain. I'm not sure what they did to Brian K's food order but out of the handful of times we've been here - this Panera hasn't disappointed us yet. Other 'eats' in this area are Hungry Howie's , The Olive Garden, and Outback. Most of the time we choose Panera because we rather not dine in and buy take out so we can spend more time with family. I always get the Chicken Frontega with Creamy Tomato soup and the hubby gets Med Veggie sandwich with chips. It's Panera! What's not to like except maybe the sandwiches are a little overpriced? If you're insisting on chains Panera, in most places, is an excellent bet. For some reason, however, this one is consistently dirty with food that is oddly bad. For example, I know that Panera prides itself on not having its food frozen but I ordered a hot chicken sandwich here and the interior was literally icy cold and rock hard. They stuck it in the microwave for 2 minutes to rectify it when I brought it back and it was still frozen in the middle. They also seem to use a different, inferior recipe for some of the desserts and breads, most notably the orange scones. That being said, as with all Paneras the bagels and cream cheese are always good and mark a happy deviation from your only other Sebring alternative: donuts. I was standing in-line with a family in front (Grandma, Daughter, granddaughter), as they ordered more and more people starting coming in, enough to open another register, but "they did not open one up", As I'm waiting to place my order, I notice a group of 6 more people walking up to order with the family in front of me, yup that's right now I have 6 more orders to wait for.. Always love the Panera bread chain but this local store has great staff from cashier to food service. I was not happy with my order of wonton soup since it was so salty and sent it back. The cashier was so nice and offered another and made sure that I got the same amount that I paid for since I didn't ask for refund. She brought the food to my table and really have great customer service. I asked for the manager to inquire about if they do donations and he gave me the info and his card.
