Wow this place is horrible. I preordered my food. It was supposed to be ready at 8. I didn't get my food till 8:27. I was at the window for at least 10 min without being acknowledged. After waiting all that time I was given my food which was just sitting on the counter. I drive off and lo and behold my order was completely wrong got a bowl instead of a burrito. I do not usually give low scores but here it is. I will not be back and I'd recommend others to go elsewhere. read more

Ever watched snails ? This place gives you the same show. Everyone working at snails pace . Line building up and only one person serving the customers. One person cooking and one at the register. I've been at other Chipotles and this one by far was understaffed but that didn't seem to mind those working there whatsoever . They all maintained that non urgency as the customers kept coming in. Walked up to the register, the manager with ear buds walked over to the register I was in front of to do something at the register. She made zero eye contact, after about 30 sec, she just walked away and never came back. I waited a few. The young lady who was mopping the floor noticed she walked away and asked if I was there for a online order. I told her, no, just 4 bags of chips. She was nice and she should actually be tue manager. Management is the face and energy and she did not want to do anything. With a manager like that, the place would seem like a toxic place to work to me and is probably why its dead. The manager looks mad and I def will not be dealing with that again. I tried to pick up a mobile order. The place was a little busy, but the chaos was compounded by the staff running around, pretending not to see half a dozen people crowded around the mobile order shelf. Cashier shrugged her shoulders and said "that's not me" then pointed to a young lady at a prep table in back when I finally got her to acknowledge me, but the other lady, while perfectly able to see and talk to her coworkers, also pretended not to see any of the customers. When I tried to get someone's attention to ask for manager, a young man snapped at me to "just be quiet and wait or go somewhere else" because they were "backed up" and not filling mobile orders. When I asked for the manager, he smeared and said it was him, while reiterating his preference that we all "go away" because they were not doing mobile orders. He seemed entirely unconcerned with whether or not we were hungry, or more importantly, had already paid. He just needed us to know that he was in charge and was not in the mood to help anyone. First week at a new restaurant can be busy, but the service should never be this bad. Not one person in the store cared whether or not the customers were fed, but Chipotle should. If they took customer feedback at corporate, they'd know to replace the entire staff or close the place now, because there is no way it will survive with service this poor. read more

Stopped for first time today. Had the chicken salad bowl that was very good. Husband had brisket tacos that he enjoyed. [[HIGHLIGHT]]When we went into the dining area it was dirty. None of the tables had been wiped off, there was food all over the floor and all of the windows and doors were quite dirty[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]. I've been dying to try this Chipotle since it opened. The restaurant is relatively new, so I have waited to avoid the crowds. That, and when it's locust (snowbird) season the locusts are here in hordes, they're typically rude, obnoxious, and demanding so I try to avoid them at all costs. Today I finally got to try our new Chipotle restaurant. Honestly, it was okay initially. The staff were okay, better than the early reviews of this place describe. The food was, in my opinion, pretty tasty. I truly enjoyed it. The rice was a bit underdone as many describe, but I did enjoy it. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The tables could have been a bit cleaner, but I understand that the staff are busy[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]], and that by and large, many Americans simply live like entitled pigs. They have no shame in making a huge mess and just walking away from it for someone else to deal with, locals as well as locusts. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The deal breaker for me came at about 1:30 when a 40-ish woman came in carrying her long-haired dog through the line and the entire restaurant.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The service line has open food containers and this woman just totes her dog through like everyone is okay with dog hair in their food. The staff says nothing, and the entitled woman is oblivious to everything else in the world except for her own desires. She should have been asked to take her dog to her vehicle, or to order at the drive-thru; not permitted to carry her dog through the service line and the entire restaurant. Granted, I had already gotten my food prior to this woman coming through the line, but it made me realize, if the staff is okay with it, this is not the only dog/pet that has been brought through this place. How many may have been brought through before I ordered today, or later in the day. How many people placed an order, unaware of pets brought in, and received hair in their food? Don't get me wrong. My wife and I have three pets. They are definitely a part of our family. There is however a time and place for them, and pets do not belong in food service areas. For the record, this was not a certified service animal, this was a pet, a small, long-haired dog, carried in the woman's arms. I'm not sure I'll go back to this restaurant. That's a shame, because the really did enjoy the food. read more

Ordered online got a notice. They're running a little late when I got there. The line was 25 minutes behind. They put my order on the shelf. Notified me it was done. It took 22 minutes to get the food. Closing hours are 11pm. Should've known it wasn't gonna be good when I walk in at 9:35 and the guy by the grill is already cleaning everything. It's also Friday night and they will be getting customers til closing. Multiple people walking out before ordering because "we don't have that for the rest of the night". This place has been open for right around a year and I can't believe how bad it is. Sad. Everyone was so excited to get a Chipotle, but now we have to deal with things like this for overpriced food. [[HIGHLIGHT]]This Chipotle although decorated nicely and having a drive through was a nightmare.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The employee at the counter was INCREDIBLY rude--she didn't say a word or even acknowledge me. When I ordered a burrito and a bowl, she just stared at me like I was a bother. She slid my bowl onto the register area with such hostility. She got hostile at the time of charging asking what it was I got since my dad walked to a table and she also charged me for two sides of queso when I only got one, and I didn't even bother pointing it out because her attitude was unbearable. I had to grab my own receipt from the register because she couldn't be bothered to hand it to me. The portion wasn't great the food wasn't as tasty as Chipotle usually is, and I ate quickly just to get out of there. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I felt on edge inside from how upset I was over the encounter.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] If the employee on my receipt is the one who was working the counter since she also charged me named Zoe, she needs serious customer service training. It took 35 minutes past the order time for me to get my food but I think the biggest issue was customer service I know it gets busy but the workers just seemed miserable. Worst chipotle on the planet! The Sebring chipotle always starts closing down around 8 PM even though they close at 11 so they are always out of most of the meats and most of the toppings since they shut the grill down and start cleaning it around 7:30. This happens over and over and over every time I go there. Tonight I was there at 8:07 PM and they were out of steaks and pork. They were also out of pinto beans, tomatoes, salsa, onions, cilantro, sautéed vegetables, brown rice, sour cream, and cheese. They had corn & black beans plus (guacamole for extra). That was it. There is no excuse for this restaurant to constantly be shutting down at 8 PM when they're open till 11. The management and employees are running the Sebring chipotle into the ground. The owner of this restaurant needs to desperately get involved in cleaning up the sloppy management and employees who care nothing about the business succeeding. Read your own reviews. There are no happy customers. It's unbelievable that the employees have been able to get away with this for so long. Clean up your act guys this is ridiculous. read more

Awful service, poor customer service from employees and even worse customer support with their 1-800 number. Go to a local small business instead of this big Corporation that messes up on your order and tells you that there's no manager on site so you have to call the 1-800 number to speak to someone and they give you a coupon that expires so you're out of money over disgusting cold food. read more

every time I get chipotle delivered to me the stuff I request to be put on my bowl/bowls are missing . I ordered 3 bowls and two of them had 4-5 pieces of lettuce on it what kind of mess is that? the other bowl was missing tomatoes and veggies for a bowl to be $14 I expect to have the things I request on my bowls. so disappointed because I love chipotle but my orders are always messed up read more
