I waited almost 20 minutes at the drive-thru before they took my order and then I was told they did not have the Shamrock Shake which is why I wanted to have lunch there today. Then they had me wait out in front of the building for another 5 minutes before they delivered the food I really didn't want. Burger King is across the street and I will go to them next. read more

The workers who work the late night shift are rude and lazy! I went there with a friend delivering Uber Eats, we asked to add on a couple burgers for a separate order for ourselves. It was late so we were the only ones in the drive through, she told us we had to drive around to the window again to add the two burgers, made no sense since, as I said, there was no one else there! We drove around again and then added the two burgers. it was like we were on a Saturday Night Live skit or something just insane! Then the women said she said no ice cream, but then I asked if they had the iced coffee drinks like a frappe, she then proceeded to argue with me saying no because they have espresso in them! I said ok I mean the frozen coffee drink, which finally she said she did have but only because informed her I saw her give the customer in front of us one! This was a clear case of racism not because I am African American but because I am a white women she was horrible to us but smiling and laughing to the African American lady in front of us, of course after even added whipped cream to her iced coffee drink, she told me they did not have! She was flat out rude! If you don't line your job with the public then get another one, sure there are 10 people waiting to replace you that actually want to work. Hey it was late, I get it, but we were also out working, smiling at customers while we deliver the food made from the restaurant you work at! My friend said she won't accept any more deliveries from that McDonald's. The one in North Sebring, totally different, class acts there where race does not seem to matter, and should not ever! The manager who is in his 40s, white, kinda tall male, kept looking at me weird in a sexual way(I'm a minor), I could also hear/ see him being rude only towards his female colleagues for things that he should be teaching them how to do and also for things that the men colleagues were doing but he ignored. But the other workers there were super sweet! And patient. read more

The staff are very rude and unwelcoming. They always get my order wrong, for instance, i ordered a 6pc nugget and what i got (pictured) was just unbelievable. The area is just overall negative. NOTE: THE YELP HAMSTERS HAVE FALLEN OFF THE WHEEL AGAIN! There are two McDonald's in Sebring. 3115 US Highway 27 South and 3000 US Highway 27 North. The other McDonald's in Sebring, I was up this way looking for something else that I didn't find and so it became McD's for breakfast. The parking lot has an odd shape and it doesn't take much to back up the drive through so that you can't get in to park. I managed to get stuck waiting five minutes so that I could move forward and park the car to go inside. The crew working was pretty good, taking and filling orders swiftly. One note is that the gal neglected to ask me what type of salsa I wanted with my breakfast burrito and then they neglected to put the hash browns in my Number Three special but I noticed before I left. 4 out of 5 orders in a row incorrectly filled. ALWAYS check your order because more than likely it will be wrong. Also, slow service and food is always cold and sloppy (looks it is just thrown in the wrapper or packaging and all over the place in the bag, just a mess). I go to McDonald's on a rare occasion and am disappointed with the quality of service and food prep in Sebring. Go to Avon Park. It may be out of your way, but what you lose in time and/or convenience you'll get back ten fold in service and quality and no frustration. Yeah, I know it's McDonald's, not a typical restaurant and lack of quality is somewhat expected, but this place takes the cake. read more

Very poor service. Is always slow in the drive thru even at 3PM I sat there and saw the cars at the speakers were still sitting there forever, just left. Today went, thought I lucked out because nobody was in the drive thru! Nope! There was a paper sign all blowing and curled, completely unreadable. I proceeded to order and was asked what I wanted to drink. Asked if they had coke, and the lady said "if you'd read the sign, you'd know we don't have soda!" Yeah, well I can't read it lady. Don't stop under any conditions! Even if your bladder is bursting and you've haven't eaten in 27 days, just keep on driving. I was so stunned by how bad this place is that I visited twice because I couldn't believe it. This is a 3 nightmare review. NIGHTMARE #1- The parking lot is a non-standard joke. It's too small, weirdly shaped, and conflicts with the drive-thru. All you see is folks driving away in frustration. Assuming you can park, read on. NIGHTMARE #2- On both visits, watching management interact with their employees, I would swear they all have the IQ of Styrofoam packing peanuts! This would be the perfect place to make videos of what not to do. A customer service consulting firm could make a fortune with them! NIGHTMARE #3- On both visits, my simple one person order was filled WRONG! What are the odds of that! On the second visit the place was half empty and I waited forever. Usually when that happens you are rewarded with hot and fresh food. I was delivered cold shiny fries and a cold, dry burger that I wouldn't feed to my dog. I should have left zero Stars! This McDonald's in South Sebring is the worst! They have the rudest people. I went in and I left my card at home so I only have cash on me which I know is crazy. The guy at the counter who was taking somebody's order told me and another person use the kiosk and I asked him I said I don't have my card on me I only have cash can I use cash at the kiosk. I get this response our point system is down. Ok that's not what I'm asking I proceeded to ask him again he again looked at me and said I told you our point system is down. At that time I chose to leave. What about people who can't see oh don't have the dexterity or are in a wheelchair how are they supposed to use the kiosk? This McDonald's is actually pretty good. They have this new menu ordering system using a touchscreen. It's kind of fun because you can put whatever you want on your burger. In our case we wanted a triple quarter pounder with nothing on it and it was so easy to order. So I highly recommend this place. The quality of the food was good and it was 10 at night when usually the quality starts to fall off but it was still pretty good . The orange drink had a perfect syrup to carbonation ratio which is always very important. This is the first McDonalds I've ever yelped. read more

A few thanks to spread around. So,.......today I pick up my daughter a about 430. She wants a happy meal. Head to McDonald's order on the nifty phone app, wait in the parking lot for the order a couple minutes. It's actually quite nice. Order, head out, and the App notifies the restaurant when you have arrived.... I digress. I reach my home safely, Happily, I've worked quite a few hours today and just can't wait for my couch! I'm sure you know the feeling. I set my daughter up her happy meal and she's mowin down faster that hillary could sell uranium. I settle in. Finally in shorts, shoes off, ahhhhhhhh....... I reach in the bag, pull out my artisan grilled chicken sandwich, noticing the obviously placed receipt attached to the box I think to myself, "nice, must help accuracy". Salivating at this point I open the box containing what should be a grilled chicken no vinaigrette. To my dismay, hidden. not! Beneath the tomato. Not! Beneath the lettuce. Under. That's right under the chicken. (No McDonald's condiment ever goes there) I gasp in shear fear and disappointment. My daughter begins to consummate her endeavor to challenge the world record for eating a happy meal and we pack back up and head back to..... you guessed it. McDonald's. Fwd-----fwd I arrive. With that all too familiar walk and gaze I saunter through the doors I cleverly avoided the first time, Insert----irony. Hand hand the obvious 15$ an hour employee produced product, in as it were a core charge. Without a word from me, the fine young lady reads the obviously places receipt and says "it has vinaigrette on it?........ The following steps occur from the front to back....... loudly I've walked away by this point my daughter spotting the crayons, we all know what happens there. Front: Customer service Back: what F: he made it all the way home an it had v on it B: ok We've know been a few minutes engaged in the most impressive attempt to ignore coloring book lines as a bellowing "grilled chicken no vinegar" is yelled across the gallery, followed by "remake!" I raise my hand, the "food" is delivered accompanied by "I'm sorry about that, did you get any coupons?" I, forcing a smile, answer, "no" and receive a few, buy a Mack of some kind and get a free drink coupons. Again, So.......... This place isn't worth going to after 4pm! The only thing more annoying than the kiosk is waiting for 25 minutes at the front register because every employee will fail to acknowledge you! They see you. They will not acknowledge you! Do us all a favor and just close the dining room and have drive thru only because it's all you care about. I used the kiosk thing bc I know they prefer it. And I wanted a happy meal. It asked me what different options I wanted. Visited this McDonald's last night. We were hungry and tired from traveling and figured we couldn't go wrong. Afterall, it's McDonalds!!..WRONG!!!..The parking lot is the worst! Had to wait until drive up line moved in order for us to park because you can't get through...With our order I got a med. sized frappe. Gave her my phone to scan from my phone their offer of buy 5, get one free. Scanner doesn't work and has been like that for quite awhile!! Didn't just happen tecently!..So much for McDonald offers!.. Hamburgers were cool but fries hot. There was garbage on floor by garbage receptacle and workers just kept walking by it. Finally manager leaving for the day saw it and told them to pick up. By the way, there were only 4 customers in there. On the bright side, staff was friendly...We won't return! read more

My husband and I live here. We used to go to this McDonald's every day since there's very little fast food to eat around here. However, the last two weeks of experiences have caused me to never return. The fries are ALWAYS either cold and undercooked, overcooked, or so salty you can't eat them. They have turned my love for their fries into hatred. If I ask for sweet tea, half of the time, I get unsweetened. The buns are hard a lot of the times. Last but not least, the last four days, I've gone there, I've asked for ice cream. They NEVER have it anymore!!! The only thing that's good there is the southwest salad cuz it's premade and they don't make it themselves. To the owner of this franchise-- you have lost our business to Burger King, whose fries are ALWAYS perfect, whose buns aren't hard and they have ice cream! I think they appreciate my $20 a day more than you do. read more

Overall good restaurant for what it is, but why does McDonald's push those stupid kiosks so hard? Everybody hates having to order at a kiosk. I use cash, so I have to wait thru two separate lines. It is maddening to have two or three people bossing you around to order for you at a kiosk, but nobody willing to let you order from a cashier. And then they belittle you by saying how its not their fault, like you are a jerk. If you argue, a manager will help gang up on you. I bet the employees hate kiosks, and having to fake apologize all day, as much as the customers do. I go to McDonalds much less now, so I guess that is good. At least we should get a big employee discount if we have to become cashiers to buy a meal. Have it your way. read more

This McDonals was a bad expetience ALL AROUND. We went through the drive thru, CASH ONLY. Placed our order, we ordered a large orange soda, large coke, 2 mc doubles with big mac sauce (I order this every time no matter which mc donalds I go to and have NEVER been charged) we also ordered large fries, nuggets WITH hot mustard sauce and a double cheese burger. We drove around and paid, THEN we were notified that they have no orange soda AND havent had it in a while, I was charged 30 cents each burger for big mac sauce, EVERY french fry was soggy and mush, we looked in the bag and did not see the hot mustard, so we asked for hot mustard, the lady said "you want more? They are in the bag" we said we didnt see it, so she handed us 2. The coke was out and was seltza water. We get home and the only sauces that were in the bag were the 2 she handed us when we asked for the hot mustard sauce at the window. This McDonalds was HORRIBLE. Do not lie and say there is sauce in the bag when it is not! I would have came back PISSED OFF BIG TIME If I got home with no sauce. People GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER! read more

it is without a shadow of the doubt the worst McDonald's I have ever been to. Both McDonald's in Sebring are probably owned by the same person and the service is horrible. I've been going to these McDonald's for 10 years minimum since I've lived in Sebring and they never get orders right. they shortchange you on the french fries and they do that on purpose. I've talked to the cashiers to ask them and they told me they were instructed not to fill them up completely. I have to ask for a large Diet Coke with light ice because of not all they give you as I said no soda. I could keep going. read more
