We spent our 4th anniversary here! Ambiance is incomparable. We made reservations and sat literally on the beach under a mangrove tree that was surrounded by other tables but still felt incredibly intimate. Service was attentive but allowed us time to really enjoy dinner and the night itself. We started with the snapper collar which was crispy on the outside flaky on the inside, only gripe is that I was cautious of eating bone so I'm sure I left good meat behind. The ceviche was fresh and tangy but would've been nice with a chip or something crispy. For an entree we shared the butterflied snapper which was served tableside. It was a massive portion and was absolutely delicious. Highly, highly recommend. We had a couple of drinks at the bar prior to dinner as well and received similar friendly service, great drinks (tad expensive).

My husband and I dropped into Tillies on a whim, and although we did not have a reservation the host was able to seat us immediately. It was raining, so we were not able to sit on the beautiful patio but the inside was just a cute! We had a fabulous time with Giuseppe who gave us excellent recommendations and has us giggling right off the bat. The bread rolls came out hot, fluffy and fresh with a delightful coconut garnish. We had to stop ourselves to save room for the rest of the meal. We also ordered the Ceviche, which was very fresh and nice light starter. The we ordered the goat curry and fish milanese. Both dishes were excellent and not too heavy, which we appreciated. The fish milenses came with cucumber, avocado, yuzu koshō with delectible citrus flavors. Giuseppe also had excellent wine recommendations, and I ended up an incredible glass of Italian red that I savored throughout the meal. We finished our dinner off with the vanilla mango gelato with pineapple. It was not overly sweet, light and perfectly prepared. The perfect end to a lovely meal!

Tallies is AMAZING! Great ambiance, great waiters, great everything! We sat outside which was right on the beach. You could heat the waves crashing in. This may be the fanciest and tastiest beach date I have ever had. The salad and steak were amazing! This place is sooo good we are trying to go back again today! A must visit in Grand Cayman. Make sure you get a reservation .

Best ambiance on the island! When in cayman, I visit tillie often and always love it. The service has always been very polite but don't expect a meal at tillies to be quick. However the experience is one to enjoy and not rush! For breakfast the burrito is a must try! The avocado toast, scrambled eggs and croissant are also some of my favorites. The French toast is also super delicious for a sweet treat breakfast. For lunch/dinner my go to is the grill bowl with chicken. I've tried the fish sandwich which was pretty great. However the burger is one of the best burgers I've ever had! It's another must try item! The fries are equally delicious too! Both ceviches on the menu are incredible and fresh. When i come for dinner i usually i get the market fish. Which is usually a whole fish and enough for two people to share. It comes a a yummy sauce on the side with just the right amount of spice. I've also had the scallops Thermidor which had a beautiful presentation and is yummy but more of a rich dish.

If I could give Tille's 10 Stars I would. From start to finish, the entire experience is magical. * the setting - perfect. Toes in the sand and watch the sunset. - they do have indoor patio dining if you're allergic to fluffy, white & soft, as powder sand * the staff - the entire staff was so welcoming and friendly, attentive but not obtrusive. * the food- from the clump crab Louie salad to the duck la'orange to the baked Alaska was fantastic. The best dining experience in the 10 days we had in our stay in the Cayman Islands!

I do not usually leave bad reviews but this one I must so no one else needs to make this mistake. We have dined here the last 4 years while visiting Cayman. This is the last time. The Louie salad and fried okra was good but nothing else. Two couples ordered the grilled snapper that was incredibly dry and no seasoning. They served it with a cold turmeric sauce which was cold and not good at all. This was $85 CI with no sides. The octopus was like chewing rubber. Little to no service at all. We had to catch someone passing by to refill our wine that was across the room. Some of the others wanted to order another cocktail but we did not see the server until we were done with the dinner. The last mistake was ordering the baked Alaska dessert. It was completely burnt on the outside and had sorbet in the middle.

We heard good things about this place and decided to try it. We decided to walk, it wasn't too far from our hotel. The place was very busy. We made reservations ahead of time. I would highly recommend to make reservations. We ordered a salad and a burger. They were both really good. The fries were crispy. The salad was fresh. They provided excellent service. We had a great time.

This is the only restaurant that we visited twice. Wish we had not. The first time the food, service and setting were excellent. I had a white Negroni that was incredible. I had the duck curry Roti and it was truly delicious. The last night we went was the day after Hurricane Beryl left and I think everyone was just tired, the service was the opposite, drinks were average and the wait time was much longer. I have to say we had the fried lobster as an appetizer and it was terrific. I don't think I will be going back to the island anytime soon but if you are trying to decide between the duck curry and the octopus get the curry you will be happy that you did.

The food is awesome and the service as well. Wanted to be more of cultural cuisine and more of the tropical ambience... They have a twist on their menu but they should change it once in a while.

Heard a lot of good things about this restaurant. I made reservations for dinner on a Sunday. It was a short walk down from my hotel. It is set in the back along the beach. The place is so pretty and very big. We were lead to our table and it was in the middle of the place. I liked the setup. It was very pretty looking. I asked our waiter what he recommended. One of the things was their burger. I ordered that. It came by itself so I got the fries too. The burger was so flavorful and cooked perfectly. I really liked the taste. The fries were thin and cooked crispy which i enjoyed. I also got the oysters on the half shell and they were fresh. The small ones which I love. My wife got the Caesar salad with shrimp. It was also good. We enjoyed our visit to this place and I would recommend it and come here again. The servers were always checking on us which was nice. I forgot to mention the bread. Wow the rolls were really fresh and soft. Loved them. We didn't order any desserts but the chef gave us some little treat . Just something sweet. So thoughtful.

Worth the wait!! The vibes are fire, service is excellent, and the food is very good. Located right on the beach, you can have dinner outdoors under the palm trees or even on the beach. The lighting and music at this place give me tropical vibes. The octopus was exceptional! The local snapper was very good. I would recommend this spot for a good night out.

The place was busy with guests dining in AND constant to-go orders were being fulfilled. Despite how busy things clearly were, the service was awesome and so was our breakdown. My husband and I shared the breakfast skillet with NY strip. He also ordered a pancake on the side. It was very fresh and really good. It is a really large portion so sharing it was not a problem. They have large TV's above the bar seating so that was nice. We went back for dinner and sat in the legendz bar seating area. This area is set up like a traditional bar with bar seating, high top tables, etc. There are TV's everywhere which is really nice for sports fans. It was very busy but again, the staff were very attentive and provided great service. I ordered the stir-fry with steak and my husband ordered wings. Although the portion sizes were great, we didn't find these dishes to be as wrap done as the breakfast. It seemed to be more of a fast casual style - so the meat seemed more chewy like perhaps it was reheated. It was still a great experience and I would recommend you checking them out!

But this was worth the cab fare. My family agreed that grand cayman has the best bread baskets and cracked conch was no exception. It was a big basket that disappeared pretty quickly. We started our meal with cracked conch , which we figured had to be good here. I loved conch when visiting the Bahamas and Caribbean growing up but it was the last thing I ate in my teens before getting super seasick on a boat and then my conch days were over. I decided I could give it another shot 30 years later and it was delicious. We also shared a delicious Cesar salad to start - the only type of salad my kids eat so we had a lot of them during our vacay. For my entree I went with the conch chowder and octopus. I ate all the octopus (delish) but that filled me so had just a little bit of the conch chowder which was pretty good. My husband also raved about his mahi mahi. My kids ordered off the "big kids" menu and went with the wagyu beef and frites which they seemed to like. They had been eating seafood all week so this was a nice change for them. Our waiter was very on top of his game and great with the kids- probably because he has 5 of his own. We thought the service was great everywhere in grand cayman and this was no exception.
