This was our first stop after a LONG 12 hours up and travel to Cayman Island. I ordered the lunch Jerk chicken, crispy veggies and cayman garden salad. Everything was amazing, fresh and a good amount of jerk species. My honey ordered the jerk chicken wrap with Jimaca coleslaw, and piece of Caribbean cornbread. He ate it all too fast to snap a photo. I tasted the cole slaw, none better. These ladies can cook up a Jamaican Jerk meal. The service was courteous. The restaurant is very clean and air conditioned well!

There's chicken. Then more chicken, and when you get tired of chicken... MORE CHICKEN! Chicken Chicken is a locally owned restaurant that serves, well you guessed it... chicken of every kind under the sun! Since I decided to give my wallet a break from dying, I decided to go to Chicken Chicken and get takeout. When you come in, you will notice the bright walls, the giant mirror, and most notably the rotisserie positioned near the window, where all the chickens outside can watch their brethren die in horror. (Brilliant move there, Chicken Chicken.). Chicken Chicken is not a sit down thing, but there are some tables, but otherwise, it's a takeaway place. The service is very fast and kind. We got the whole wood roasted chicken, which was like a rotisserie, but more flavorful than one; it was pretty good but not exactly economical, for take out. It was tasty but not the best chicken I've gorged upon, but still good. I also got some some Jamaican jerk chicken, which was too spicy and just okay, but overall, I was satisfied with Chicken Chicken. Tl;dr: Chicken Chicken is a locally operated restaurant serving all kinds of tasty chicken, but not the greatest chicken I've ever had. (Try the cookies!)

Great customer service! Cute little restaurant. Very large portions on the dinners. Several choices of sides. The chicken was VERY good! The spicy veggies are so good, but pretty hot!

We eat here every time we visit the island which is once every year and sometimes twice. The fire roasted chicken is fantastic and the jerk chicken is also good. It's always hot, juicy and tasty. We were the only customers in the restaurant when we walked in last week. The staff was busy doing things behind the counter that were more important than us because we had to wait several minutes for them to finish before they acknowledged us and took our order. The space dining area is really small but efficient. We will continue to always stop in when we are on the island.

Great place for a quick meal in Georgetown. The chicken is fantastic and the sides are pretty good. We got two of their plates and ate in the restaurant. Service was fantastic, everyone was so nice. Love that you can see the chicken cooking in the oven. The side dishes were a little hit or miss. We really liked some and some were ok or a little cold. The carrots were great but the rice was a little on the colder side. Very reasonable for the price point. This will be a place we will visit each time we visit Grand Cayman.

The chicken and corn bread was worth the trip in the taxi to check it out. A lot of food.

The food is definitely the highlight here. The drinks were just okay and didn't really stand out, so it's probably best to stick with wine or beer if you're ordering beverages. That said, the atmosphere makes up for it. The location is very cool and relaxed, and it's an easy walk from Camana Bay, which is a big plus. All in all, a very nice spot with solid food and a convenient, enjoyable location.

It lacked the richness, spice, and depth that define it. Instead, it felt diluted and unfinished, as if the key elements never made it into the pan. The "curry goat" was even more disappointing. The sauce was thin to the point of being soupy, with little to no curry presence. The dish had no body, no warmth, no layering of flavor just water where there should have been depth. Even the rice was off, adding nothing to salvage the plate. These are foundational dishes in Caribbean cuisine. To miss the mark on both so completely is not a small oversight it's a fundamental failure in execution. I've included photos for context, because the presentation reflects the experience.

Ms. Piper's is right next to the Hampton Inn. The taxi driver recommended it when she dropped me off, and the front desk helped me secure a reservation. I was seated quickly after a pleasant greeting. Even though there were empty tables, the ones that were occupied had smiles and joy on people's faces. The place definitely lives up to its slogan, "share the love" -- I felt it. I started with a cocktail called La Vie en Rose, which was especially fitting since it's one of my favorite songs to sing. My server, Juanjo, was friendly, always smiling, and gave me great recommendations. It was a very relaxing experience. Watching him move around his tables, I noticed he was smiling even while clearing dishes. He moves with vitality and lifts the energy of the whole place. I told him so. The butterfly snapper was beautifully done -- both taste and presentation. The croquettes were tasty with the sauce, and the pepper had just enough spice to remind you it's still a pepper. A good combination. I ended the meal with a cup of rooibos tea. Highly recommended. There are so many dishes to choose from -- and the meal I had was definitely too much for one person!

I hadn't made any reservations for the first night since I didn't know if we would be up for going out. Or at least I thought so until ms pipers called to confirm our reservation. Our family of 5 agreed that everyone was up for dinner out. Ms pipers was a short cab ride from where we were staying on 7 mile beach. The atmosphere itself is super fun and the live music really added to it. We started with drinks (glass of Reisling for me) and a few appetizers. We shared Mediterranean plate and hamachi (yum) appetizers. For our main entrees 2 of my kids ordered the Smashburger and my son and I both ordered the shrimp with sourdough bread. And my husband went with the Korean bbq ribs which were quite delicious from the few bites I enjoyed. The shrimp was also one of my favorite meals in grand cayman. Everyone wanted dessert, but my son was begging to get home for the bears game so we got the dessert crepes to go which were SO good. Highly recommend if visiting grand cayman!

I was worried it may not be good if they had availability over the busy winter break, but the reviews were positive. And my youngest loves nothing more than lobster. We were seating on their lovely outdoor area overlooking the water. The service was a little on the slow side and it took our waitress awhile to take our order, but we found that Caribbean time moves a little slower than what we are used to...and that's fine by me while on vacation. While waiting for our entrees they did do a call for kids to wash them feed the fish which my kids seemed to enjoy. They couldn't get over how big the fish were. We started with the coconut shrimp and escargot (kids first time trying escargot and not fans). For the main entrees all 3 kids got the junior lobster from the kids menu, which was a great deal. I was jealous of it myself! I ordered the seafood penne which was quite large so my kids polished it off after their Junior lobsters. My husband got the Cayman trio (lobster, shrimp and mahi mahi). I ate half of his lobster which was sooo good. Dessert was 2 key lime pies for our party of 5- the perfect ending to a delicious meal!

Not sure why they were hesitant. There are tarpons that they feed in the water which was cool. The food was good, probably 4/5 stars. The ceviche was delicious but perhaps a little too sweet for me. I enjoyed the conch soup but it honestly just tasted like a beef soup I did not get conch flavor. The lobster bisque was only okay. The mains were the star, with the fresh catch of the day being perfectly prepared and the sides being on point. Where they really lost me was the service. We got water initially and did not get more until after we got the check. We would have ordered more cocktails or dessert but it just took way too long. Food came out quickly so I don't think it was the kitchen. We had to flag down someone to get the check and then we ended up paying in cash as it took over 15 min for them to come back to let us pay. I would not come back. The food was good but did not make up for the service unfortunately.

But this was worth the cab fare. My family agreed that grand cayman has the best bread baskets and cracked conch was no exception. It was a big basket that disappeared pretty quickly. We started our meal with cracked conch , which we figured had to be good here. I loved conch when visiting the Bahamas and Caribbean growing up but it was the last thing I ate in my teens before getting super seasick on a boat and then my conch days were over. I decided I could give it another shot 30 years later and it was delicious. We also shared a delicious Cesar salad to start - the only type of salad my kids eat so we had a lot of them during our vacay. For my entree I went with the conch chowder and octopus. I ate all the octopus (delish) but that filled me so had just a little bit of the conch chowder which was pretty good. My husband also raved about his mahi mahi. My kids ordered off the "big kids" menu and went with the wagyu beef and frites which they seemed to like. They had been eating seafood all week so this was a nice change for them. Our waiter was very on top of his game and great with the kids- probably because he has 5 of his own. We thought the service was great everywhere in grand cayman and this was no exception.
