The menu is gorgeous and immediately gets you excited to order. There are so many creative, tempting options that choosing wasn't easy. We started with the tuna crudo, and wow...lights out. One of the best I've had anywhere. For my entrée, I followed Taj's recommendation and ordered the tiger shrimp with the chili oil on the side. Great call. I could add just the right amount of heat without overpowering the incredible red miso sauce. The sourdough served alongside deserves its own shoutout, it was fantastic. My husband had the snapper and loved every bite. The accompanying salad was fresh, bright, and tossed in an outstanding citrus vinaigrette. By the end we were completely stuffed and couldn't squeeze in dessert, which may have been the biggest disappointment of the night. Guess we'll just have to come back. The sauce was thin to the point of being soupy, with little to no curry presence. The dish had no body, no warmth, no layering of flavor just water where there should have been depth. Even the rice was off, adding nothing to salvage the plate. These are foundational dishes in Caribbean cuisine. I said well after I mixed it was a little better. I don't think a waiter should contradict what a customer says if there is a problem; he should help to alleviate the issue. Obviously, somebody didn't stir the cocktail sauce well, still the pepper was a bit heavy. What's troubling is I specifically asked the waiter if the sauce would be hot , as in spicy. My friend said the duck was very nice. As I recall, they served some complementary bread and it was good. I hope to go back to Palm Heights, where this restaurant is located, and I am sure to go back to Tillies.

Our food choices roamed the entire menu and everyone loved their meals so feel free to take a suggestion or go your own route. I had a perfectly cooked burger that left me stuffed and satisfied.
