Wonderful location right in the water. We enjoyed our lunch and had excellent service. Affordable for the area.

Everyone was nice and the restaurant was cute and view was gorgeous! The food was ok. I got the fruit platter with cottage cheese and it had nice fresh fruit , I also got the breakfast quesadilla and it was good. My husband got the waffle and did not finish it, which is very unusual for him. He said it was tasteless and mushy. He wanted to order avocado toast but they were out of avocado! lol. As we were leaving another group was just being served their lunches and they looked and smelled amazing, so, maybe we just ordered wrong and or hit it at an off time. It's definitely still worth the stop for the cute little place and beautiful view!

There was no wait and the staff were prompt and very friendly. Drinks appeared quickly and when it came time for food everything was perfect. We started with conch fritters, not too crispy, not soft, just golden delicious balls of conch goodness. I had the curry grouper and found it perfectly cooked and seasoned. My son had a wahoo steak and it also was perfectly cooked and spectacularly seasoned. The plantain sides were not too starchy, slightly sweet and a good compliment to the meals.

My husband and I dined here twice during our stay at The Kimpton and loved being right on the beach listening to stellar live music. We ate an assortment of tacos in addition to churros, elote and ordered margs to wash it all down. We thought overall, the tacos were mediocre to good. My husband loved the elote, and I thought it was fair. If you check this place out, I recommend coming on a Tuesday when you're allowed to order the tacos a la carte so that you can try a variety versus having to order three of the same type. My favorites were the tuna and chicken tacos. The churros are tasty and don't even need the chocolate sauce!

We went specifically for the pina coladas, and they did not disappoint! They were strong and creamy! It was frozen so it was perfect for the warm weather! The staff was great, they were happy, but didn't come by too much. There is a parking lot close by if you do not stay at the hotel, so no problems parking. My only concern, and the reason for giving it 4 stars was the food portion. We did order food for dinner one day, and the portions were extremely tiny. Especially for the price. I would say come here for the drinks, and go elsewhere for the food. If I ever come back to Cayman Island. I will come back here for sure!

The food is definitely the highlight here. The drinks were just okay and didn't really stand out, so it's probably best to stick with wine or beer if you're ordering beverages. That said, the atmosphere makes up for it. The location is very cool and relaxed, and it's an easy walk from Camana Bay, which is a big plus. All in all, a very nice spot with solid food and a convenient, enjoyable location.

It lacked the richness, spice, and depth that define it. Instead, it felt diluted and unfinished, as if the key elements never made it into the pan. The "curry goat" was even more disappointing. The sauce was thin to the point of being soupy, with little to no curry presence. The dish had no body, no warmth, no layering of flavor just water where there should have been depth. Even the rice was off, adding nothing to salvage the plate. These are foundational dishes in Caribbean cuisine. To miss the mark on both so completely is not a small oversight it's a fundamental failure in execution. I've included photos for context, because the presentation reflects the experience.
