Chill bar right in the circle of Sebring! I was visiting a friend who lives in town, and she brought me here as part of our bar hopping night. I tried the pineapple cider, which was super refreshing, and we shared the pesto flatbread--perfect size for two and really tasty. It wasn't very busy for a Saturday night, but that's not too surprising for a small town. The staff was very friendly, and the live music added a great vibe. I'd definitely come back next time I'm in Sebring!

A pleasant afternoon was whiled away sitting in the 301 with two beers, a big plate of Buffalo Cauliflower, some internet and my laptop. Not completely busy but enough so to be a good crowd of people. The last couple of seats never filled so I felt no guilt sitting here with my laptop and plotting out what else I needed to see in Sebring while I'm here for an Unofficial Yelp Event and meetup. The 301 is a comfortable spot and I'd recommend it for bar food and drinks on the Sebring Circle. [Review 460 of 2025 - 2103 in Florida - 24022 overall]

Relocated to Frostproof FL from Melbourne for the rest of the winter. Stopped into 301 after some local shopping and needed a bite to eat and a good local craft beer. We were the only ones at the bar and our bartender was AMAZING(1 of 3 sisters employed here.) order a flight of their current on tap brews. Very cold and very delicious. Their IPA was great. Also their stout was lighter than most and very tasty. Relatively new seating area and bar. They have sidewalk seating and a new outside bar area with seating . The kitchen is ordered separately but easy to do. We got a flat bread and amazing burger that had onion jam and PB. Tater tots were hot and good. The owner stopped in for a chat and was very pleasant. He offered me a taste of their Moonshine. They have a distillery down the street. They have music evenings as well. We will definitely be back next time we are in Sebring! Cheers

This place is pretty cool. We came on Thursday night when they had trivia but we opted to sit outside. It was easy to scan the menu and order food but you had to constantly self serve your own drinks inside at the bar even for water and lemonade. This is a major downside and there should be servers that take drink orders. The other negative is there's no staff to explain how the process works since you're technically ordering food from one staff and drinks from another. If you're not tech savvy you'd probably have a hard time figuring everything out. All in all we'd go back because the food is delicious! Everything we had was phenomenal.

    Chicken salad

Great good! Nice outdoor seating area. Had live music outside occasionally (we got there at the take end of it on a Sunday!) my husband said it was a " damn good burger" my chicken buffalo was good. The drink menu was great!

First time trying the 301. They just opened for the day, very pleasant staff and attentive. Got drinks right away and ordered our food from the window. The app was ok but i had a bit of trouble with it. Our food was delivered to the table, piping hot and delicious. Had a burger and ravioli bites. Very good. My wife loved the bites and my burger was thick and full of flavour. Having two checkouts was not any problem, but a single checkout would be easier. A few tables inside and out and the large counter seating took up most of the space. Feels more like a bar, which it is! Worth a stop!!!!

I was hesitant but the food was very good and so was the beer. It's 2 businesses in one. The brewery and the food.

    Philly cheesesteak

Really really good!!! If you're visiting town this is a great spot on a Friday night. It's a combination brewery and restaurant, with the occasional live music/DJ. My boyfriend got a Philly cheesesteak and tots. I got a BBQ sandwich and tots. Both were $16-18, the total came to a little over $40. Drinks, including non-alcoholic drinks, are handled by the brewery. The drink total was ~$10 for a sprite and a beer. Because they're two businesses under one roof they operate a little differently. We scanned a QR code to order online and it was brought to our seat at the bar. We honestly loved this. No waiting for a check at the end or waiting to order. Great place! We'll definitely be back.

Tasting on a Funday Sunday. Carlos made it very enjoyable and he knew his stuff. Will return.

Nice local place Stopped by for lunch. Waitress explained 2 businesses in one concept brewery and restaurant operating under same umbrella. Since we were not drinking brewery waitress became unnecessary. Food was good, I thought side salad was a deal @ $5. Flatbread a little overpriced @ $15 but decent quality. Tipping is awkward as drink waitress was. Primary contact point. Would like to see this business consolidate both businesses to reduce the cumbersome process. Overall, I want to support locals and would go back. Four stars because food took more than 30+minutes to come out

Wanted to get out and do something cool and stumbled on the 301, located in Downtown Sebring. Accompanied by my parents and boyfriend, we were able to find parking on the street and seating was limited on a Saturday night. We were pleasantly surprised at both the menu options and entertainment, the live band He Said She Said was awesome! The beer was excellent too!! Definitely a cool spot for a fun night out :)

Katie and Ashley were so attentive and personable. 10/10 recommend and we will be back specifically for these 2.

    Fabulous food

I enjoy their red sangria (they have white as well, haven't tried it.) which is pretty delicious. They have a food truck every evening they are open generally from 3 until 8. We have tried a lot of them and most are very tasty. Our favorite so far was a Hawaiian lumpia (like spring rolls) food truck. They are very dog friendly. People not only bring their own fur kids but will take a dog out of the shelter for a few hours and bring them out. It's very heartwarming. Inside is clean. It's really chilly for us so if it's not raining we tend to go outside. There is frequent live music as well. You can find lineups on their Facebook page. Bartenders are very knowledgeable and nice!

My husband got a barrel aged beer...something called Driving my nuts. It was rested in Buffalo trace bourbon barrels, and while the buffalo trace is not very pronounced, you still get the flavor, especially after it warmed a little bit. I opted for the Irish red ale, which was incredibly good had the super sweetness when you first take a sip, very caramel tones and notes, but then mellow is very quick.

I don't usually read the reviews for breweries because I want to give an honest review based on my experience. But what drew me in is all the pictures of the draft board seemed out of focus and weirdly lit. I chalked that up to maybe not cleaning off the camera lense before taking the pictures, but what I found was quite the opposite. When I took my picure I also couldn't get a good shot. A little blurry and maybe slightly out if focus. And what I found is the place is fairly dark inside until your eyes get acclaimatted. And the way they have the menu board lit, there is a glare which makes all the photos of the beer menu board come out weird. I took multiple photos and finally settle on the best one, but it also wasn't great. So onto the review. It is small inside and has outiside seating. But what they lack in size, they make up in personality. Pareidolia is a little brewery with a big personality to match the name. Got to connect with the beertenders on duty Les and Kelly. Sorry guys if I misspelled your names, but you guys were awesome. I kept calling them Mel and Stacy, no reason why, but I did finally learn their names about the same time as I really started loving their wonderful beer. And another fun fact is their brewer is a lady. I am very partial to women who brew beer, because I feel like they do something a little extra that men don't. But that is a feeling or my own personal bias. So there is that. They have food here, but the food seemed more like an afterthought or a remnant of Covid where you had to have food at your brewery just to survive. We tried the Hawaiian flat bread. It was closer to frozen pizza with some extra toppings. But didn't come here to eat, and the beer was so great it over ruled any issues I might have had with the food. Light, smooth, a touch of pineapple, and dangerously easy to drink. After that I grabbed an Unruly Amber Ale. That one hit me with toasted malt, a little caramel, and enough bite to wake up my taste buds. Solid beer. No notes. For food I went with the Smokey Black Bean panini and wow it surprised me. Smokey, a little spicy, and packed with flavor. The chipotle ranch ties the whole thing together. Plus they give you hummus and chips on the side, so you feel like you're snacking and eating a whole meal at the same time. Win. The vibe here is great. Indoor seating, outdoor seating, people just chilling, dogs hanging out, locals talking like everyone knows everyone. Super easy to relax here. Overall, Pareidolia just gets it.
