Chill bar right in the circle of Sebring! I was visiting a friend who lives in town, and she brought me here as part of our bar hopping night. I tried the pineapple cider, which was super refreshing, and we shared the pesto flatbread--perfect size for two and really tasty. It wasn't very busy for a Saturday night, but that's not too surprising for a small town. The staff was very friendly, and the live music added a great vibe. I'd definitely come back next time I'm in Sebring!

A pleasant afternoon was whiled away sitting in the 301 with two beers, a big plate of Buffalo Cauliflower, some internet and my laptop. Not completely busy but enough so to be a good crowd of people. The last couple of seats never filled so I felt no guilt sitting here with my laptop and plotting out what else I needed to see in Sebring while I'm here for an Unofficial Yelp Event and meetup. The 301 is a comfortable spot and I'd recommend it for bar food and drinks on the Sebring Circle. [Review 460 of 2025 - 2103 in Florida - 24022 overall]

Relocated to Frostproof FL from Melbourne for the rest of the winter. Stopped into 301 after some local shopping and needed a bite to eat and a good local craft beer. We were the only ones at the bar and our bartender was AMAZING(1 of 3 sisters employed here.) order a flight of their current on tap brews. Very cold and very delicious. Their IPA was great. Also their stout was lighter than most and very tasty. Relatively new seating area and bar. They have sidewalk seating and a new outside bar area with seating . The kitchen is ordered separately but easy to do. We got a flat bread and amazing burger that had onion jam and PB. Tater tots were hot and good. The owner stopped in for a chat and was very pleasant. He offered me a taste of their Moonshine. They have a distillery down the street. They have music evenings as well. We will definitely be back next time we are in Sebring! Cheers

Great good! Nice outdoor seating area. Had live music outside occasionally (we got there at the take end of it on a Sunday!) my husband said it was a " damn good burger" my chicken buffalo was good. The drink menu was great!

This place is pretty cool. We came on Thursday night when they had trivia but we opted to sit outside. It was easy to scan the menu and order food but you had to constantly self serve your own drinks inside at the bar even for water and lemonade. This is a major downside and there should be servers that take drink orders. The other negative is there's no staff to explain how the process works since you're technically ordering food from one staff and drinks from another. If you're not tech savvy you'd probably have a hard time figuring everything out. All in all we'd go back because the food is delicious! Everything we had was phenomenal.

First time trying the 301. They just opened for the day, very pleasant staff and attentive. Got drinks right away and ordered our food from the window. The app was ok but i had a bit of trouble with it. Our food was delivered to the table, piping hot and delicious. Had a burger and ravioli bites. Very good. My wife loved the bites and my burger was thick and full of flavour. Having two checkouts was not any problem, but a single checkout would be easier. A few tables inside and out and the large counter seating took up most of the space. Feels more like a bar, which it is! Worth a stop!!!!

I was hesitant but the food was very good and so was the beer. It's 2 businesses in one. The brewery and the food.

    Philly cheesesteak

Really really good!!! If you're visiting town this is a great spot on a Friday night. It's a combination brewery and restaurant, with the occasional live music/DJ. My boyfriend got a Philly cheesesteak and tots. I got a BBQ sandwich and tots. Both were $16-18, the total came to a little over $40. Drinks, including non-alcoholic drinks, are handled by the brewery. The drink total was ~$10 for a sprite and a beer. Because they're two businesses under one roof they operate a little differently. We scanned a QR code to order online and it was brought to our seat at the bar. We honestly loved this. No waiting for a check at the end or waiting to order. Great place! We'll definitely be back.

Tasting on a Funday Sunday. Carlos made it very enjoyable and he knew his stuff. Will return.

Nice local place Stopped by for lunch. Waitress explained 2 businesses in one concept brewery and restaurant operating under same umbrella. Since we were not drinking brewery waitress became unnecessary. Food was good, I thought side salad was a deal @ $5. Flatbread a little overpriced @ $15 but decent quality. Tipping is awkward as drink waitress was. Primary contact point. Would like to see this business consolidate both businesses to reduce the cumbersome process. Overall, I want to support locals and would go back. Four stars because food took more than 30+minutes to come out

Katie and Ashley were so attentive and personable. 10/10 recommend and we will be back specifically for these 2.

Wanted to get out and do something cool and stumbled on the 301, located in Downtown Sebring. Accompanied by my parents and boyfriend, we were able to find parking on the street and seating was limited on a Saturday night. We were pleasantly surprised at both the menu options and entertainment, the live band He Said She Said was awesome! The beer was excellent too!! Definitely a cool spot for a fun night out :)

The pop it like it's hot burger on a pretzel bun with tri-blend beef, Cajun tots and zucchini fries are all amazing!

There's a laid back vibe, set back from the road and we're out in the middle of nowhere, a dozen miles from Sebring and/or Lake Placid. But don't fret! I let the bartender make a recommendation and I ended up with a big cup of their "electric lemonade" which was a mix of their lemon-flavored vodka and lemonade. The venue is chic and in my opinion elegant. It was tight and a little cloistered, you can squeeze about 50 or so people in there. Even so, there is a limited bar area and lounge type seating with couches, etc. I came on a Thursday evening and got to meet a few of the refulars. Really like this place. So imagine classic craft cocktails like an old fashion or a martini, but with RUM. That blows my mind. I had a smoked old fashion and it was smoother with the rum and tasted just as good. A few things you need to know. There are no menus except for a QR code. You can set up an account and order that way. If they are not too busy, you can also order the old fashioned way by talking to a human. The humans on this visit were Chad the bartender and Alex who I think was the manager. Alex was both knowledgeable, friendly and I think the creator of many of these genius cocktails. I really need to go back because on this trip we were on a budget. The drinks are on average between $14 - $18 and well worth the price, but as you can imagine the bill can get "bigly" pretty quick if you lose track enjoying the fantastic ligation.

**INITIAL REVIEW**…read more 21st Amendement Distillery is one of two distilleries operating in Vero Beach, and the "younger" of the two, too. Located within the heart of Historic Downtown Vero Beach, it is a fine place to visit if you want to enjoy a cocktail on the rocks. My good friend Patrick and I hit this place up, and I will say, it is defintely a distillery I would love to come back to. Maybe enjoy a nice cigar with my scotch bourbon. Though an address is provided, 21st Amendment Distillery (which I will shorthand to 21st for the remainder of this review) is located on a "minor road" that seems to run one end at the Indian River Chamber of Commerce all the way to American Icon Brewery. The parking situation includes street parking along 13th Avenue. Take note only the west side of the street has angled pull-in parking, while the east side of the street are parallel parking spots. There are some dedicated parking lots and even a parking garage but they are a couple of blocks away. Decor-wise, the outdoor seating arangement fits with the modern style Downtown Vero Beach is aiming for, but inside is an amazing mix of today's modern aesthetic without being overly modern and throwback to the 1920s and 1930s. Why? Because between 1920 to 1933, the United States had prohibition. It wasn't until 1933 the 21st Amendment repelled prohibition thus legalizing alcohol. And now you know why 21st is known as it is. Back to decor, 21st uses a lot of mahogany and wood (or at least it looks like it) furniture along with leather seating. There is a small outcrop of a stage for performers to entertain guests who come in and enjoy a glass of spirits. The bar looks like something out of a old Chicago mystery flick, and there is an area of lounge chairs reminiscent of a smoking room. Remember I said I would smoke a cigar here with my drink? Apparently, 21st has a fine selection of cigars. I did not see any of the patrons smoking any there, but I am sure if they provide it, it would be an option. As for my drink, I was suggested by our beautiful waitress, Brittany, to get the Night Shift as an hommage to the fact I've been working night shift for way too long and need to go back on days. It is an agave spirit with bourbon cream and vanilla. Needless to say, it was delicious... and STRONG! Got Patrick a latte in which they decored the foam in the classic leaf often seen as coffee art. We also split their version of a charcuterie board. Now pricewise, the food and spirits were a little high, but I consider that more of a testament on the standing 21st has over the other alcoholic places within the area or even the city. Side notes: the men's restroom was clean and stocked, but it is a single-server. Take that into account if 21st happens to be full to the gills with patrons. Also, 21st is one of the businesses featured in the Treasure Coast Wine, Ale, and Spirits Trail. If you want to partake on an adventure seeking out the Treasure Coast's best breweries, distilleries, and other alcohol-related locations, check this trail out. Ultimately, 21st was an excellent place to enjoy a mixed drink with or without a cigar, by yourself or with friends, while listening to local acts perfect their craft. And to be fair, this is a local distillery and not an extension or branch, ergo, 21st gets my highest rating for an initial review, four out of five stars. If 21st remains consistent with their service, their drinks, their food, and the atmosphere they provide, I will then grant them their fifth star for consistency.

**INITIAL REVIEW**…read more Initially, I found Frazier Creek Brewing and Distilling (which I will shorthand simply to Frazier Creek for the remainder of this review) through my adventuring, specifically the Treasure Coast Wine, Ale & Spirits Trail. Though not the first brewery in Martin County, it is the first "brewstillery" in which it serves as both a brewery and distillery. Wanting to check in at another location on the aforementioned trail, I have to say this place is pretty good, but since I went early afternoon (I work 3rd shift at the time), it isn't exactly the most active place to be at. And to be fair, the same goes for the other brewery I went to at this time (Ocean Republic). Ergo, this initial review will be based on a visit between noontime and 3 p.m. In short, too early to be at a brewery, but the only time I could go because of my working shift. Though an address is provided, Frazier Creek is located in Mayfair Plaza on US-1 (Federal Hwy.). If it helps, it is the business that seems to have a "watchtower" rising up from its entrance like a sentinal. Upon entering, you're greeted to a nice open space that hints this place was probably an extreme sporting goods vendor or business in its past. Why I say that? Because of all the decks on the wall used to highlight Frazier Creek's drink menu. I sat at the bar which was optimally observed by the cute bartender, and I understand why it was minimal as it was, as aforementioned, "too early to be in a brewery" and there were like only one or two more patrons inside besides me. Nevertheless, the bartender was attentive and gave me drinks based on how I was feeling at the time as well as the fact it was still early afternoon. So for me, lighter beers. I would not drink a heavy stout or IPA this "early" in the day. What I did have were three drinks they always have on tap, two alcoholic so I had them in 4 oz. tasters and one that was non-alcoholic so I had a regular 8 oz. glass. Must stress I was hitting up the locales in the Treasure Coast Wine, Spirit & Ale trail in Martin County so I can't get all happy at ONE location, right? I had the Stuart Shandy and Zero Gravity Sour in the 4 oz. tasters. The former had more of the grapefruit flavor over the lemonade flavor, but it was delightfully sour. As for the latter, I enjoyed that one more because I prefer oranges as my citrus of choice. And to "fill in the gap" without having too much alcohol since I would be drinking mead next (Hani Honey Co.), I had their root beer, too. That was good too, but I am more of a cream soda kind of guy, and since sugar is in everything, I have a thing for Olipop, Virgil's, and Poppi flavors. So far, not one brewery has made a sugar free root beer (yet). As for the last part of food and drink, there was no formal food menu I saw, but they did have either a collaboration or something "in house" outside of the actual brewery and distillery was served for food: fish dip. There were two versions I got, and I ate one with Ritz crackers at the bar. Fantastic. Definitely home made and independent given the price point, but I am more than willing to pay to help support it. As for the other dip, it was good too once I opened and finished it back home. On a sidenote, the restrooms - at least the men's restroom - was decently clean and stocked. Nothing out of the norm. Given the fact I showed up during a time I don't expect the full service and experience Frazier Creek has to offer, I can only rate my visit(s) for what they offer at the time I went which is three out of five stars. Now I must stress that is actually not bad as they hit all the main points on serving a customer during a time when they are "down" and "slow." I don't expect them, or any brewery/distillery/meadery/etc. to bend over backwards for me when I show up at 1 p.m. on a weekday. But I will also say that for many places, doing just the basics is a chore during that time, so the fact Frazier Creek did, I applaud you all. Now that I am working a normal schedule, I can truly come by during your peak hours and see what Frazier Creek has to offer. I did see they were preparing for a cornhole tournament when I left, and I would have loved to stay to smash the competition, but a las, responsibilities over pleasure when in the midst of a workweek. If Frazier Creek is consistent with what they provided during the early afternoon, plus whatever they do during their peak hours, I'll definitely update this review.
