Drink was the rum punch with the spiced rum. Reminded me of my home land bottled rum punch glorious and light on the rum so it wasn't overpowering. We ordered the fish and chips with their own template sauce, and the Cajun coleslaw was just a little too heavy in the Cajun dusting on top. Service was great and food hit a spot. Chill bar right in the circle of Sebring! I was visiting a friend who lives in town, and she brought me here as part of our bar hopping night. I tried the pineapple cider, which was super refreshing, and we shared the pesto flatbread--perfect size for two and really tasty. It wasn't very busy for a Saturday night, but that's not too surprising for a small town. The staff was very friendly, and the live music added a great vibe. A pleasant afternoon was whiled away sitting in the 301 with two beers, a big plate of Buffalo Cauliflower, some internet and my laptop. Not completely busy but enough so to be a good crowd of people. The last couple of seats never filled so I felt no guilt sitting here with my laptop and plotting out what else I needed to see in Sebring while I'm here for an Unofficial Yelp Event and meetup. Relocated to Frostproof FL from Melbourne for the rest of the winter. Stopped into 301 after some local shopping and needed a bite to eat and a good local craft beer. We were the only ones at the bar and our bartender was AMAZING(1 of 3 sisters employed here.) order a flight of their current on tap brews. Very cold and very delicious. Their IPA was great. Also their stout was lighter than most and very tasty. Relatively new seating area and bar. They have sidewalk seating and a new outside bar area with seating . The kitchen is ordered separately but easy to do. We got a flat bread and amazing burger that had onion jam and PB. Tater tots were hot and good. The owner stopped in for a chat and was very pleasant. He offered me a taste of their Moonshine. They have a distillery down the street. They have music evenings as well. This place is pretty cool. We came on Thursday night when they had trivia but we opted to sit outside. It was easy to scan the menu and order food but you had to constantly self serve your own drinks inside at the bar even for water and lemonade. This is a major downside and there should be servers that take drink orders. The other negative is there's no staff to explain how the process works since you're technically ordering food from one staff and drinks from another. If you're not tech savvy you'd probably have a hard time figuring everything out. All in all we'd go back because the food is delicious! Everything we had was phenomenal. read more

First time trying the 301. They just opened for the day, very pleasant staff and attentive. Got drinks right away and ordered our food from the window. The app was ok but i had a bit of trouble with it. Our food was delivered to the table, piping hot and delicious. Had a burger and ravioli bites. Very good. My wife loved the bites and my burger was thick and full of flavour. Having two checkouts was not any problem, but a single checkout would be easier. A few tables inside and out and the large counter seating took up most of the space. Feels more like a bar, which it is! Worth a stop!!!! read more

Really really good!!! If you're visiting town this is a great spot on a Friday night. It's a combination brewery and restaurant, with the occasional live music/DJ. My boyfriend got a Philly cheesesteak and tots. I got a BBQ sandwich and tots. Both were $16-18, the total came to a little over $40. Drinks, including non-alcoholic drinks, are handled by the brewery. The drink total was ~$10 for a sprite and a beer. Because they're two businesses under one roof they operate a little differently. We scanned a QR code to order online and it was brought to our seat at the bar. We honestly loved this. No waiting for a check at the end or waiting to order. Great place! Every thing was great. Nicole the chef was awesome and friendly. Christina the bartender is also super friendly and helpful, explaining the ordering system and brewery. Really cute place, kinda small inside but they are adding a large outdoor patio with entertainment soon. I had a delicious wedge salad and hubby had a flatbread that he said was good. And he is very picky, having cooked in the navy over 20 +years. I wish we had taken pictures! Also the whole microbrewery is in the room so you can see how it all works. Accompanied by my parents and boyfriend, we were able to find parking on the street and seating was limited on a Saturday night. The distillery/brewery gets five stars, however brew ha ha's is the food venue and I would not give them any stars if possible the food was good however the service was terrible. You have to order through a QR code. OK fine you order through the QR code and then you sit there for 30 minutes 45 minutes while the cook is sitting at the bar having a beverage or having a snack and Nobody is fixing your food. So we sat there and waited and waited and waited until our bartender asked us if we had ordered food and I said yes quite a while ago. Well then the gentleman who had been sitting there having his beverage and food said oh well sometimes the queue doesn't work correctly. OK maybe that's true But it still doesn't negate the fact that he got a tip they got their full fair and we got aggravation. read more

We were staying next door at The Roanoke Hotel and had heard about this brewery. Katie the bartender immediately greeted us with a smile and explained the concept as she seated us. Order drinks from her and place food orders thru scan bar or at the window, and it would be delivered to your seat. They offered their brewed beers and alcohol as well as wine and bottled beer. She helped us with food & drink selections and said she loved everything there. We ordered The Average Joe burger (cooked perfectly) and the Breuban (Reuben on pretzel bun), along with beer & wine! Everything was absolutely delicious and each came with a large order of tots (cooked in beef tallow! YUM!) We were stuffed and even took a to go box . We had such an enjoyable experience with Katie and the restaurant. We will definitely be back when we are back in town. read more

For those with food allergies, the waitstaff and kitchen staff know nothing about allergens in the food so you probably would want to skip this place. Also there are no vegetarian or vegan entrees, I understand that it's a burger place but the menu is very prohibitive. The positives for me were that the drinks were good and well priced. They also were served quickly. The food portions are very sufficient, you won't leave hungry. The food prices are also very fair. However, it's a strange system at this restaurant. You have to order your own food and pay the tip on an app prior to receiving the food. Separately , you have to order and pay for drinks from a server. The drink menu has no prices. We had a party of 8, it took us a while to enter our order on the app. The app needs some work as not all options are available and you have to leave notes. A waitstaff person would have been far more efficient. The food took a long time (about 40 minutes for the first items to come out) and it came out luke warm and some cold. They served a few things at a time so we didn't actually "eat" together. It was also served out of order. We almost didn't get our appetizers and had to ask for our appetizers after we finished our entrees. We ended up taking the appetizers to go because we had been there for about 2 hours at this point. Oddly, the person serving the food walks around the restaurant yelling out the food she is serving, so you constantly have to stop and listen for her yelling and hope you get your correct order. With such a limited menu it is confusing. The food was mostly good except for the temperature, but the fried fish was dry and tough to cut. A customer from another party came to our table to ask for our ketchup halfway through our meal because the she said waitstaff told her to walk around and find a bottle from another table. It was awkward. The tables are uncomfortably close, you can't back up your chair or get in and out of the middle area without disturbing others to asking them to pull in their chairs. The service, ambiance and food all need some attention. I heard that the restaurant opened recently so I hope with honest feedback they can improve their business. read more

We stopped in here on our way home from an out of town job and were really impressed. The beer was fabulous and our burgers were great! Service was attentive and informative, and we were even able to sample their vodka which was also exceptionally good and bought a bottle. Ambiance needs help. Felt like we were in a night club during the day time. The coordination of the restaurant is off. We sat at the bar and got drink service right away. The bar menu is hard to understand what they make at the distillery and what they dont. The bartender said three names of their drafts but I couldn't find them on the menu and was confused so I just went with whatever she suggested which wasnt bad. to order food they have a QR code on the table. It's technically a separate service from the back kitchen. That's not affiliated with the bar which makes the overall experience and service poor. The menu had a lot of options and they all looked good. We were excited to try their hot chicken sandwich and burgers. We place an order and waited and waited and waited. 45 minutes. I've gone by and the place is half empty. The bartenders are just standing in front of us and not helping because that's technically not part of their job even though they have nothing to do eventually, we saw Em leave the kitchen and go to a couple nearby and we asked for an update for our meal and we were told that the ticket machine was down for the past hour and they only just received our order. That was really unfortunate that we sat there for an hour with no guidance. Since no Kitchen staff is on the floor, no one knew we placed an order until we had to complain. The food then came within the next 10 minutes, which was great. It was tasty but we needed a larger plate. It was very messy on a tiny platter. Overall, there is good potential here with the bar and restaurant both being tasty but the overall service needs work. Seems silly to have bartenders standing around with nothing to do when they could be taking our orders and giving them to the kitchen and coordinating them to make sure they don't get lost like ours. read more

My wife had the haus burger and she literally commented that it might be the best burger she's ever eaten and she Loves burgers. we came with friends after a weekend of camping and had flights, burgers, and tots. Smoked mango wings are a pass flavors just do not go well together. 8 piece wings and 4 left on plate after 4 different people tried them all 4 said pass. Burger was solid. Horrible service! We sat outside and had to order food thru the website. Strange to pay and tip when placing order. No drinks on the website, so it was very confusing how to order drinks. Finally a server came out. We ordered two sodas. The food came out in two trips 5 minutes apart. We ordered a wedge salad and burger. The food runner was a hag. We said Hello and thanked her. She just looked at us with a mean stare and said nothing. We were waiting for a server to come bring us soda refills, but nobody ever came.
