9 times out of 10 this location messes up the order. It's consistently bad. We've complained so many times and nothing ever changes. They are careless, close when they want (supposed to be 1am or later as advertised) we've gone at 8pm and they are closed and the food is always messed up. Something needs to be done about this location. This time our Mexican pizza was smashed, we were missing items and some of the items were completely wrong. When we've complained in the past the managers have acted like it was our fault that they screwed up. Friday night and they closed at 11pm? What happened to 1am or later? Update: We went back (less than 30 Minutes from when we ordered) because our order was messed up... they were closed at 11pm... they were unable to fix our food because they already cleaned up for the night. Spoke to the new manager and she said she would replace our order... tomorrow. I didn't get my dinner tonight. We have a large family and two of us didn't get our food. Hopefully they will fix this... Hopefully this new staff will fix things but we will see . read more

WHY does no one from corporate take the negative reviews of the Sebring Taco Bell seriously??? This one has to be the worst my family has ordered food from, and a few times we got ill afterwards. I have to say, it doesn't have to be like this! The Taco Bell in Bradenton is excellent and the food tastes......FRESH! When we opened our power meal with chicken, they looked like it was half eaten! If you combined the two you still would not have a full dish. Could not return them due to the fact that we had driven far. No reaction to my complaints or emails. I don't feel safe ordering from them at all. read more

I really can't complain. I hit the drive through, placed an order with someone who understood what I was saying, my order was accurate and the burritos were assembled properly. Nothing fantastic, but it was what it was supposed to be. I find TB to be a good thing to eat when you're driving. Burritos - if they're rolled properly - don't leak and go everywhere like burgers. My husband put an order online, and we literally waited for an hr for our food in line because the inside was closed. I get your short-handed, but this is absolutely ridiculous. We got up to the window, and nothing was ready, not even the drinks. Gas is not cheap. Where is the manager? The lady not sure her name has a nasty attitude at that. Ok so.. I decided to try out the new Taco Bell in Sebring. It has only been open about 2 weeks so I figured.. "Sure why not? It will be months before they get lazy and goes to crap." WRONG!! The meat in my Gordita crunch was cold and dry. My fiery taco was the same. They forgot the cheese on both of them. I took one bite of each and had to throw it all away. Unacceptable. What will this place offer in a few months? Salmonella? Ecoli? Dog chow? The Taco Bell down the highway that was shut down was never THIS BAD. What a waste of space they have created. read more

The newly built Taco Bell in Sebring is horrible. Rough wood and corrugated metal does not make for a nice place to eat. The cash register line was very cramped and there was no where for a line of people except into the eating area. Certain food items were removed from the menu. TB really built a blooper here. Won't go there again. read more

So disappointing! Husband drove through, ordered 5 taco supremes, 2 chicken chalupas and hot and mild sauce. Food was cold, (live 1 mile away) no sauces,the tacos combined couldn't have had 2 Tbl. of meet in all total. Only one was a actual taco supreme. First and last time to go there. I rarely dine in at a Taco Bell, but on this occasion I did. This is the new location in Sebring and the decor is what I'd call "industrial", polished cement floors, heavy metal chairs, wooden tables. The whole place was clean and the first table we came to was without crumbs above and below. So they're on top of that; keeping tables clean between diners. The girl at the register was very sweet but a bit soft spoken. Regardless, we were able to make our order and get our drinks. When our food came, the girl at the register brought it to us although I noticed most of the time names were shouted. If you want authentic Mexican food, you're probably not going to find it in Sebring anyway, so don't be disappointed with the tacos and nachos. Ours were crispy and chock full of fresh ingredients. For the price point it was a nice little meal. Many obvious regulars of all ages at this place, greeting each other and just a generally friendly environment. read more

I agree with one reviewer about the previous location. Food was good. The place needed a definite overhaul, but they were friendly, and seniors always got free drinks and on Tuesday free cinnamon crisps. We have yet to get anything even remotely good at this new one. No free drinks. They charge u a dollar for this little sip of beverage. McDonald's charges dollar for a large drink. I got a burrito supreme today and I swear it maybe had a tablespoon of meat. No meat in the middle at all. I opened it and there was cheese tomatoes and bit of lettuce. Where's the beef? Not funny, but appropriate. I know what it cost to make this. I make them at home. I would prefer never to come here, but I relent for my husband occasionally. I hv never came out of there feeling satisfied. The people are extremely friendly, though. Don Jose is real close to there and yeah a little more expensive, but definitely worth it. My fast food vote is for BK or McDonald's. Cheaper, better. read more
