I believe, that's what they focus on anyway, but I write this review mostly because they've slowly digressed their quality from decent to not bad to "maybe, we should try elsewhere?" Could just be this location though. The Hartwell location I find to be a lot better with nicer staff. I actually haven't had the food in awhile, but a salad I'd gotten today--granted I'm not going here to eat healthy by far-- had some of the driest, burnt chicken I'd ever had.. Felt like they probably just gave us the throw away bits to cut cost. To top it off, the staff here has never been very friendly, in general, and rather dry themselves or just a "go die in a hole" attitude, but I guess who can blame them with being trapped in a deep fried box all day. It just wouldn't hurt to actually seem like you give a damn. We've been pretty frequent customers to this blazers due to my mother being a die hard for chicken and for the most part it wasn't half bad. Wait time on food is decent. I definitely don't expect fast food fast and have never ever minded the wait time. They give discounts to military I.D. holders and students. I also generally ignore the attitude of the staff, though some of the other places around this town could probably do for a lesson in friendliness or general customer service. It makes me wonder if it's just some weird misunderstanding from customer to employee over the years that makes them so yuck to deal with. Though then again... there are some really nice people at some of these restaurants too. Customers are the pits, definitely, I get it, but not all of us are bad, no? Anyways, I give them a three since I still think their chicken sandwich is pretty good. But if it ever comes back as dry as the catfish and the chicken on the salad, then oh well. P.S. I do really like their tea! A++ Store bought or not, still good. Edit: Owner says the tea is homemade! Big win for me! :)

We sat at the communal table in the middle, but the rest of the restaurant is primarily cozy booths big enough for six people. Not a bad thing when you want to grab a few margaritas. The table was already set with large baskets of chips across the table settings. The salsa was really good, too. I don't necessarily judge a restaurant based on their chips and salsa, but these were pretty telltale of a good meal. For my entree, I ordered the California Burrito with chicken. It was full of flavorful and spiced chicken, rice, beans, guac, and the rest of the the typical fixings. It was a massive burrito, too. It took up the length of the lengthy plate it was served upon. I really enjoyed it all. Though, next time I would ask to have all of the queso on the side instead of atop my burrito. It was really nice to see how caring the staff was, too. My wife and ordered the chile relleno and they came out with beef within and on top. We mentioned to the server that we didn't know theirs would be served with beef, so he took the plate back and brought back a version without beef. Had he.....he likley would have realized the family he was talking to. He didn't know who he was talking to as we are a very big family in the area and have a long history with his place. He has likely lost about 50 family members in one fatal swoop, Hes lost our families businesses ever ordering from him again. There's a lot of interesting looking items on the menu, but I come here for the wings. I usually order a 10 wing combo with fries and a drink. At ~$15, it's not particularly cheap, but it's roughly in line with the current market. Choose from ~29 flavors. I honestly don't necessarily have a go to. I also would like to recommend Fireball consider adding a spicy barbecue sauce as one of the flavor options. The wings and fries have been perfect every single visit. It's honestly remarkable that they haven't missed yet considering how many times I've visited. As with anything, this is of course a matter of personal preference. I'm sure some may prefer extra crispy. They'll, of course, happily oblige any customer who requests it. Among the many great things about this restaurant is the fact that they don't nickel-and-dime you. All flats or all drums often carries a surcharge, but not at this restaurant. Some places (I'm looking at you Zaxby's) are very stingy with sauces. I'm sure there are hard limits to how much they will give for free, but I once saw the owner give a regular customer a few ramekins of yum yum sauce for no charge, even though the customer was prepared to pay. I usually choose to dine in, and the dining room is pretty comfortable. There are a ton of condiments available, including lemon pepper and Cajun seasoning. The drink options are standard in some ways but unique in others, with the option for Fruit Punch. and this Peach Drink, along with the usual soda favorites. I agree with Denise. I'd say this is probably the best restaurant between Atlanta and Charlotte.
