I love the slaw dogs and crinkle cut fries. I go probably 2 a month. Their slaw is perfect with mayo salt and pepper only. William ate something. I don't remember. LOL my go to place for hotdog cravings.

Love the food here. And doesn't really take long to get your order. But honestly.....the deserts are delicious

They have the most delicious cheeseburgers (made fresh) and the best tasting homemade coleslaw I've had in awhile.

Booty's Fish House - Everyone gets two plates because of the long line. Fried whole fish have gotten too tiny to enjoy. Everything else was great as usual.

The food is served buffet-style and the offerings are Southern home cooking. The star of the show is the fried catfish, which on my recent visit felt like it melted in my mouth. Chicken, country ham tilapia, and Brunswick stew are among other offerings. There are also desserts. My only complaint on our recent visit was that the Brunswick stew was only lukewarm. On the night we visited, there was a bluegrass band for entertainment, but ambiance is sparse. This is a place that you come to eat, not to stare at the walls. Service is friendly, but being a buffet place, there isn't a lot of interaction aside from drinks and refills.

It's a buffet, of mostly fried food, seafood. They had some really great green beans, fried okra, fried shrimp, fried fish, Brunswick stew, and biscuits. There were some other things to try, including a couple of cobblers for dessert. there were some nice young ladies, cleaning off the tables and being active in the dining room, which was nice. They were watching to make sure our drinks were filled. The food was hot and good. I'm not sure if they redid the decorations inside, but they have some old Timey things on the walls, kinda like a country place! You do have to wait in line and go through the buffet, but everybody was courteous. It's definitely worth the money.

Friendly professional service, our server was very nice and helpful. She went out of her way to make sure we had a nice dining experience. Great food options, with a lowcountry inspiration. The menu is lowcountry focused and the food is executed beautifully. We started with a dozen of the local oysters, they were fresh, sweet and delicious, a solid start. After giving the menu a good perusal, my dinner companion went for the evenings special. The evening special was, shrimp and crab ravioli. This is a generous portion of nicely prepared ravioli's filled with a sweet succulent crab and then whole shrimp in a rich cream sauce. Presented simple and clean, she said it was delicious, and my sampling of it was just that. Pan seared red fish over etufee was my choice, again a very good meal. A nice serving of perfectly cooked Red fish mixed over a generous portion of etufee. Spicy, succulent, full flavored. It was a really solid selection and very good. A couple sides to go with our entrees, the mashed potato and brocolli, both were done well, simple and tasted good as you would expect. The biscuits, oh those biscuits. The biscuits were a great addition. All in all a solid dining experience and well worth the effort, good lowcountry food done well. As well reservations are recommended especially on the weekends. 4 Stars - recommended 01075
