    Flies! Dead ones....everywhere.

Food was actually good. Workers had the personality of a rock. (Although I probably would too if I had to work at this place, lol.) The worst thing was the flies. EVERYWHERE. Alive on the ceiling and windows. Dead on the window sill. Where you sit to eat. Gross. Will definitely skip this location on our travels from now on.

So this is the chunks of lettuce they hid under my salad.

The people at this place obviously don't want to be there. The food more often than not is old. If you don't want to work there then don't.

Great hamburgers!! Sloooow service! They only take 3 orders at a time in the drive thru. If you go inside it's not any faster.

It's an average fast food place. The food is a step up from McDonald's. The wait can be long.

Outdoor seating on a beautiful day with good service were big pluses…read more But the Italian beef was not an authentic version that I had hoped for. Yes, one may put cheese on the Italian beef, but then it automatically is not "authentic" because it becomes a crossover then. This is not to be a French dip sandwich or a Philly cheesesteak. It's the Chicago Italian beef which is supposed to have four components that must all work together: thin sliced roast beef, the au jus, hard roll/bun, giardiniera. That's it. I thought the sandwich was good, but just not authentic. The beef was a little thicker cut but ample quantity. The giardiniera was plenty hot but scant, so they did promptly bring a side portion for me, the au Jus didn't have the same spice mixture and was more of a French dip than the spicier Italian beef and usually I get mine dunked, so this was just a side dip, but off the flavor of IB. I think the cheese used was Havarti, which is interesting, even though it's not supposed to be there, one would have expected provolone or mozzarella. I also had a couple of onion rings, very heavily breaded, cooked to perfection but tasted like fried chicken more than onion ring. This is not a negative review since the food was good and price/value was also good, it's just that neither item was "authentic" to the original target. I would eat here again in a heartbeat and most definitely order a burger because that is their thing.

Great experience all around. From the moment we sat down, the service was outstanding -- friendly,…read moreattentive, and genuinely welcoming without being overbearing. That kind of hospitality always elevates a meal. The onion rings were the absolute star. Perfectly crisp and golden on the outside, tender on the inside, and seasoned just right. Easily some of the best I've had and worth ordering every time. The burgers were solid and cooked as ordered, and the buns deserve special mention -- super soft, fresh, and a great complement to the patties without falling apart. The pimento cheese, however, was a bit underwhelming and didn't quite deliver the flavor punch I was expecting. Overall, excellent service, standout onion rings, and good burgers make this a place I'd happily return to.

OK this is a tough review. I was going between three and four stars so you need to know that from…read morethe beginning. Hangry's is a local burger place that looks pretty busy most of the time. However don't worry about that, the two times that we went the line was quick and so was the service. You walk in and you will see the counter where you order, and attached to that is a venue. It is mostly burgers, hot dogs, and chicken strips with combinations of those available depending on your hunger (or hanger I guess). Place your order, go to a table, and a short time later your food arrives. On this visit I had a burger and cheese fries. Megan had a bacon cheeseburger and onion rings. My burger was well grilled and seasoned and was a smash burger, The bun was one of those dense brioche buns some people like. I don't but that's ok, it is a style. However you should get a double patty to get a better meat to cheese ratio. The fries are the kind with some skin on them and look like they are cut in house. The downside of that is that they are served less crispy than I like. The cheese sauce was good, it was better than what some places offer that is straight out of the can. Megan said there was plenty of bacon on her burger so she was less concerned about the meat to bun ratio. Her onion rings were tasty and uniform enough that they seemed out of a bag. With drinks we were right at $30 cash which is kinda high but tariffs are killing us. If you are in the area give Hangry's a try, but get the double patty! I have some photos Yelp won't upload right now so I will try again later.

Gotta leave a review to counter my last one! They were open…read moretoday! We decided to try it! It's small and quaint inside! Employees were all friendly! I got the small phillyzilla which is Philly meat and cheese pudding on house cut fries. I added grilled onions which were diced. It was good but they came and asked me about what cheese I wanted and it was very confusing. I said American, because I didn't hear provolone or anything that was used on phillys except cheese pudding. I expected sliced American since nacho cheese was an option. I got the cheese pudding, not slices. Just FYI! The hubs got a burger and enjoyed it! MIL got the strawberry cheesecake milkshake and loved it. Other than the cheese debacle, it was great!
