Several times I've placed a takeout order and been given an estimated pickup time of about 20-25 minutes. When I arrive at the quoted time, the order is still not ready, and I generally end up waiting another 15-25 minutes. I understand that restaurants get busy and occasional delays happen, but when this happens repeatedly, the quoted pickup time becomes meaningless. A 20-25 minute takeout estimate regularly turning into a 40-50 minute wait is simply too much. I've continued coming back because I enjoy the food, but at this point I'm going to have to stop visiting Be Mai Thai. I'd reconsider if they can improve their takeout timing or at least provide more realistic pickup estimates.
