Absolutely the slowest location in the country. Ordered a dine in meal, waited 38 minutes for it to be ready. All staff casually dinkin around like sloths, not caring at all. Pretty ridiculous, get it together or hire some kids who can. read more

Well these guys have been amazing to work with. The lady that runs the lunch shift is always a pleasure to work with. We place multiple big orders (30-40) whoppers with fries and drinks. They have our orders down to a science now. Every whopper meal is bagged individually, with multiple boxes set up for easy hand out. I have had no issues with any of our orders and trust me, the guys/gals would complain if anything was wrong with their meal. Thanks for the continued great service. I'll update the name of the shift manager when I head back again in 3 weeks. read more

Swing and grave shift will let you sit at the order board for minutes before even acknowledging you. They don't know the specials they advertise, and treat you like aren't literally reading it off the menu board. Food is always cold, and napkins are always bunched up like they took the extra special time to wad them up for you. I get that this is a first job for a lot of people, but in these times of inflation- businesses should think twice before tolerating workers that turn out bad product. The only thing worse than the Quincy Burger King is the fact that Yelp doesn't provide a 1/4 star. I go to the drive thru (roughly 11:43pm) and I wait there for a good minute or two. When someone finally addresses the fact there is a customer, I am told "I'm sorry for inconvenience, we close at 11:00. (Paraphrased) It's on our site". I know for a fact that the Burger King site, Google and even Yelp has closing time at 12:00am. To make matters even more comical than the staff they hire, I called at 11:19pm to confirm their closing time, to which no one answered. IF they close at 11:00pm, why are they still there at 11:43pm? Either it is false advertising that they are open until 12:00am or their staff is lazy and should be let go. So who is failing? Is it the staff with an unparalleled, award winning amount of laziness or is it a franchisee that fails to properly represent themselves to the public? Quincy has had minimal restaurants for YEARS.. we don't mind losing one. read more

If I could give negative stars I would. I live locally so... EVERY SINGLE TIME WE GO THE ORDER IF SCREWED UP. Apparently 5 and 1 sound exactly alike. Was never asked if if we wanted cheese on our burgers.he never read out order back to us. we pulled up and the kid Alex at the window is hanging out the window is SUPER RUDE. I correct him when he says 2 number 1s. No.. a 5 and a 1. . Now he has to go get a manager that takes 10 min. AND we wait 15 min after that to cook the correct burger. My soda tasted like mold. I ordered the new plant-based impossible whopper on the way to a show in the gorge. I've had an allergy to beef for the last 10+ years. They served me a regular beef whopper that made me very sick part way through. I paid more & was deceived. read more

Yeah ! Finally McDs has competition in this small town. This BK has better food & Much better employee attitudes. And their wi-fi completely blows away that of the local McDs, which is often so slow it is unusable. They've only been open for a few weeks, so the crew is still learning. You may need to have some patience with order mistakes. The best rating I give to the few fast food chain outlets I may visit is 3 stars. (After all, it's just chainstore fast food.) This place earns that top rating. When in this town it's unlikely that I'll ever go to the McDs now that this place has opened. read more

You WILL wait 10+ minutes in this drive thru. Doesn't matter if there's 20 cars in the parking lot, or if it's empty, and/or if you've ordered fries and a drink. It's been in business for about a year and they still haven't figured it out. Every. Single. Time. Luckily I've had a 10 minute wait period in their drive thru only about 3 times. read more
