Disappointing! $38 for two subs. When I got home my sandwich was missing tomatoes, Mayo, onions, and the vinaigrette. I understand making a mistake and forgetting one thing but come on. Three of those things were pre selected with the sub I got. There were like 5 olives in the whole sub and like three banana peppers. After reading other reviews on here corporate definitely needs to be contacted it's ridiculous. read more

People need training bad at this place. It's the closest restaurant near my job so I've tried it out a few times and every time the order gets messed up my last order was so bad I took 2 bites and trashed it. I ordered online and seems like they made it way to early the bread was soaking wet that it feel apart on my hands they confused all the ingredients with my other sandwich. No cheddar cheese (except shredded)??!! How weird is that? Also no tomatoes or meatballs available. Seemed like slim pickins for the price. While the gluten free bread was tasty, wirh the added fee it made a 6 inch sandwich almost $9 (and no tomatoes on it to boot!). I'm sorry, not worth it. One of the counter girls changed her gloves to handle the gluten free bread, the other didn't change gloves between regular and gluten free bread. Fortunately my husband isn't so sensitive that he will get sick from it, but I know lots of people are. Maybe she needs more training on how important that step could be for someone. I had called ahead of time to ensure that subway was open. The person on the phone stated they were open till 10 pm. My co-worker arrived in the Quincy, WA subway around 9 pm . She was met by Ashley who was rude and acted annoyed at the order. We ordered a chopped salad to which Ashley retorted we are transitioning out the chopped salad, the salad she made was very small hardly any spinach was in the salad. As much as you pay for their salads, she could have given us the full serving. She acted annoyed when we asked for the tuna to be placed on top of the salad. Lady if you don't like getting customers before closing don't take it out on us! We not be in a hurry to order form them in the future and will spread the news. Our family loves Subway and we eat there quite a bit. The Quincy Subway has a few sandwich artist that make wonderful sandwiches but a majority are so incredibly sloppy, they are impossible to eat sometimes. We won't stop going to your establishment but this might not be the case for someone else. Please coach all your employees to create and sell a great product that is always the same no matter who makes it. Please also follow the less, normal and more rule also. This particular Subway, has set their prices at 20% above any other Subway I have been to in Washington. Their greed and willingness to prey on their consumers dealing with a lack of viable Alternatives in a low population area has led them to these deceitful and underhanded business practices. With the influx of data centers in the area they are willing to price gouge with the technology clientele as a target market at the expense of those who were here before the Boom and the hard-working laborers and residents of Quincy. Went in to get a tuna sub and although it is not required yet I was bothered that the workers are not wearing any masks during this COVID-19 crisis. When I ordered my sandwich she opened the bread on the make-up table to prepare the sandwich and started asking me questions. I politely asked her to stop talking while over my meal. She apologized but continued to talk over my food. I would think that in this current situation we all face and the fact that these places we purchase meals from are the front lines they would take all appropriate actions to protect their customers and help prevent the possibility of spreading a virus that could kill an unsuspecting customer. It blows my mind that construction workers are required to wear masks but a person who is preparing food all day and has many more times the possibility of spreading this virus unwittingly is not.
