Not many sit down pizza huts anymore and sometimes you need the nostalgia... this one did not disappoint! We were driving through the area and need to grab something quick but wanted to get out of the car and saw the pizza hut. It was very clean inside and all the staff were very friendly. Service was super quick as well! We unfortunately came too early for the buffet, but as we left we saw it set up and it appears to be a really awesome deal so hopefully they keep that around. normally don't eat here because in comparison it's the worst pizza out there but they were having a special so I figured why not? Placed my order money was taken immediately. Cool. So I'm waiting and waiting.. nothing. Apparently they took my money but no order was happening. That's fine I'll just call and figure this out. I talked to SADIE A MANAGER. RUDE AS FUCKING SHIT! I just wanted to figure out why they took my money for no reason like any human would. Telling me I ordered at a different store and all these other excuses which were all bullsh#$.i know where and what I ordered. Telling me to call my credit company. So now I have no food.. money gone and a bad mood since she had to be such a b#$$$. I wasn't even being rude. Idk if they were busy and she was stressed but that's not how you treat customers. I work in food service and I have for over 10 years. This would be unacceptable and I would probably get demoted or fired. Maybe that's what should happen here. Me and some friends were home for Christmas break and trying to have a nice night out. When we first walked in the door the 2 women working were looking at us and whispering back and forth. The one women came and asked us for our IDs since we were at the bar, which is totally understandable. She came back and handed us our IDs and stated that 1 was fake. The 4 of us that happened to have out of state IDs and also are white were fine but the woman stated that our 1 friend with a Pennsylvania ID who was the only person of color with us had a Fake ID and wouldn't serve us. We all grew up here and are nearing our 30s so it makes absolutely no sense. Racist establishment. If I could rate lower than 0 I would. read more

The staff are racist. I arrived here with 3 friends. All between the ages of 28 and 33. The server said that one of our I.D's were fake. And that was the I.D of the only person with brown skin. We then went to the beer distributor next door and they verified with 2 different machines as well as a visual inspection and confirmed it was not fake. I am also a police officer visiting out of town and have seen plenty of fake ID'S. I also would not be drinking with someone under 21. Again, this occurred to the only member of our group with brown skin. read more

Went in to get drinks at the bar with friends. Took all our IDs to the back, brought them back, claimed mine was fake, then told us they refused to serve us. I am 28 years old. I have drank there multiple times over the years. I went to the beer distributor next door and recorded them scanning my ID. When I showed the manager she showed no interest in rectifying this error. I recieved the GM's hours and will be going back immediately to speak with them. There was no reason for them to deny my friends and I drinks. read more

This is a new Pizza Hut/Wingstreet. They moved from the old location down the block. The decor is all local memorabilia. Great service, great food, buffet on weekdays. It has a full bar which is rare for a Pizza Hut, but sadly, no delivery. read more

I have successfully avoided Pizza Hut chains for 12 years however being the only place in town during a vehicle breakdown near here it was the only option besides tree bark and gravel. Lesson learned. If I ever go to another Pizza Hut for the remainder of my life may I be struck down on the spot. Service sucked, food sucked and everything took forever. I got up to get my own drinks several times. Waitress couldn't care less. I think I'll take the tree bark and gravel next time. read more

I wanted to order one large pepperoni pizza. My wife is a vegetarian and does not eat any meat at all. I asked the manager of this location if she could take all of the pepperoni and just move it to one side of the pizza. So essentially half the pizza would be cheese and the other half would be double pepperoni. It's still one large pepperoni pizza I'm just moving all of the pepperoni that would be used on one large pepperoni pizza to one side of the pizza. The restaurant manager said that she was not able to do this, she would have to charge me for a double pepperoni. She allowed me to cancel my order and spend my money elsewhere versus making this simple accommodation. This is ridiculous. I asked her if she could simply ring me up for a large pepperoni and then go in the back and let the Cook know what I wanted to do. She said that she was unable to do this, that she would have to charge me for a double pepperoni. She couldn't even explain why. I will be spending my money elsewhere. read more

What has happened to this place! We were seated and ordered drinks, took forever for someone to come back. I actually think they forgot about us because they did the last time we were there. During our time there we didn't get straws or utensils, my husband had to chase someone down. I never got another drink and we had to wait for the bill. When we went to the front to pay, we noticed ALL the waitresses were sitting in a booth on their cell phones! That explained the crappy service. Also the pizza was terrible, dry and hardly any toppings. Sad because there isn't many places in town to eat and we have always loved their food but not sure I'll go back. read more
