Food hit the spot! Kept it real and had a hamburger happy meal with the extra fries option and a kids size soft drink...(free via the app) and topped it off with a Big Mac. Fries were ample and the Big Mac was outstanding! Among the top 10% I've had. Location has a self serve soda dispenser, which is becoming less common these days. It's why a kids size drink works when dining in, in the right locations. Ketchup was also grab and go. NJ and California seem to be phasing out the self serve soda dispensers and condiments. The interior was well kept and had plenty of comfortable seating options. The staff were friendly. Very good location right off of the freeway! Perfect if you want an easy in and out experience. 5 stars! I'll be sure to return as I do highway 80 with some regularity. read more

The food was made sloppily, ketchup everywhere, burgers smashed. They took forever to finish our order, forgot our drinks, and ignored us when asking for service and only after a worker was passing by did they go and get our missing drinks. Then, choosing to eat in the parking lot, 3-4 employees exited the restaurant and approached two customers and all passed around a joint while still on the clock with their uniforms on and going back inside when they were done. read more

The golden arches for this location are impossible to miss from the highway exit; they're almost a hazard to helicopters. We were in and out quickly, and the food order was correct, but the fries were limp and tired. On the plus side, this store is exceptionally clean, and my husband loved his shamrock shake. read more

We stopped here on a road trip. Lunch hour on a weekday, should have been a quick and simple drive thru stop for 2 kids meals and a cheeseburger. Wrong. The drive thru took literally 30 minutes to get to the window, and then when we got to the second window to pickup our food, they sent us to park. For 2 kids meals and a burger, we then waited an additional 10 minutes. The food was cold, the fries were literally tossed into their happy meals upside down, and one of the bags of Apple slices was open, with only 2 slices in it and the other bag had the stem and top of an Apple included. My brother ordered a dr. pepper. He knew i wanted a sprite. You might not know where this is going, but you will shortly understand. The service at this Mc Donald's has brightened my day, as bright as the sun shine. I was in the back of the car saying to order a sprite. I love sprite, it is crunchy and soothing. But as we know he decided to order a dr pepper. I was very upset, and I was saying to switch the dr. pepper to a sprite. He didn't say anything, but here's where it all goes greatly. The amazing worker must have heard me and switched my drink to a sprite instead of a dr. pepper. I love Mc Donald's with everything in my heart. Well I don't know why this Mickie D's has such a low star rating because I had one of the best drive thru experiences of my life here. I drove up around 10 am on my westward road trip and the guy working the window was an absolute trip. Literally, funniest teller I've ever dealt with. He got my order quickly, was joking and friendly, and processed my payment stat. I pulled up to the second window and he was there, this guy literally works and deserves a raise. I don't remember his name but I can describe him to management because he deserves a raise. My sugar cookie latte was delish, hash brown was perfectly crispy, and my BEC on a biscuit was heaven. The service here was unbelievably slow. To dine in, we were required to wait at a table for someone to bring our food out, and it took a very long time. Several "to go" orders behind us were served well before us. At the end of our meal, my husband decided to get a coffee to go, which took over 10 minutes after he ordered! The floor throughout the restaurant was wet and slippery. The bathroom floor was so slippery my son fell down trying to use the hand dryer. The sink counters were covered in water. Also, the automated sink faucet water was so hot it was steaming, and there was no way to adjust the temperature. It seems like this McDonald's was recently renovated and updated with new fixtures and ordering systems, but no one trained the staff. read more

Yesterday we ordered our food off the app and it said that the food will be out in 5 minutes but the joke was on me. After 40 minutes of sitting in the parking spot the food arrives only to find out that parts of the order is missing . So we had to wait more to get the rest of the order . Unless you have time to kill I would recommend to go across the street to Burger King read more

This McDonalds is one of the best ones that I have ever visited. The restaurant (dining area and restrooms) were very clean, which is very appreciated. The staff was very friendly and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. We travel from Ohio to NY very often and will now always make the Clearfield McDonald's a permanent stop. Unfortunately we had a less than stellar experience here today. It took 25 minutes for our order to be filled, 1 of 2 sandwiches was cold, chicken strips were seriously overcooked with 2 inedible. They forgot BBQ sauces & a bottled water - we filled our own fountain drinks to help them out. In addition to the food issues the restaurant was filthy dirty (especially bathrooms) and there were flies everywhere - it seemed very understaffed for a busy Friday afternoon. Others around us also had multiple issues with their orders. Not impressed and we will not return. read more

I would give this place zero stars if I could, because I'm thoroughly convinced they could screw up a one car parade! Stopped there this morning and went through the drive-through. I ordered three cheeseburgers, and that's it. No fries, no drink, just three cheeseburgers. When I pulled up to the window they told me to park by one of the reserve spots to wait for my food which was again three cheeseburgers. I parked and waited for my food and watched nine other vehicles get their food before I did. After 15 minutes since my order, I went inside to find out what the problem was. When I went inside and told them I have been waiting for so long and still have not had anyone bring my order out, they grabbed a bag put three cheeseburgers in it that were done and gave them to me. I then went out to my truck to get back on the road only to find out that all three cheeseburgers were cold! The ketchup station was a disaster, NONE of the trash cans had been emptied and were spilling onto the floor, the service was slow, and it wasn't even a peak hour. This mcdonalds is the worst I have ever been to. You literally wait in the drive thru for at least 20 mins. Why do they have the reserved drive thru parking spots if they dont ever move anyone out of the line! And then you get to the window, and they hand you out the wrong food. This is happened multiple times. This restaurant is the worst, they need some management or Something to fix all these problems. It's ridiculous. read more

This place is falling apart, I went here a while ago and got food for my S/O and I and the kids they call the staff making our order took forever for a "fast food" joint. A 20 minute wait for a few sandwiches and a basket of fries. When my girlfriend asked for sauce because they forgot it like usual, she was completely ignored by some Blonde kid with glasses. He then forgot my McCafe drink and then after an extra 5 minutes of waiting for him to get it together we got everything and sat down to eat. I then proceeded to hear a girl named Hannah complaining bc she had to delay her break for a minute to help a customer and was bellowing across the restaurant.
