    2 slices of pepperoni pizza.

I went to Bille Billy's for lunch and got the 2 slice special that come with a soda for 6 something. It was on the table within 5 minutes and it was hot. The crust was crispy to the point of almost being to crispy, but it was still good. The flavor was good but there could have been more pepperonis. The waitress was pleasant and efficient. Also the place seemed pretty clean. I think if there would have been a couple more pepperoni on each slice I would have given them a 5 star review.

Our hostess, who we later found out was the owner, explained to us that if we wanted food, we could order it from outside where there was a traveling chef with a pizza oven. This was a big change from the usual menu and what we had expected. We decided to go with the flow, take a seat at the Ouija board table, place our drink orders, and go outside to order food. This week the chef had a woodfired pizza oven. Keep in mind, cider is the focus here. So, my husband's old fashioned was made with cider. Hearing this, I asked for my cider on the side rather than in my cosmo. We learned that the owner's background is movie set design and that she worked on movies like Harry Potter, so the decor was a combination of old industrial plant and haunted house. The bar had "potions" with smoke oozing out. There were also skeletons and skulls throughout the restaurant along with spooky photos that changed from normal to scary. She even allowed us to explore the different back rooms one of which she called the "swamp room." The pizza was good, and we enjoyed listening to the live music which wasn't overwhelmingly loud. Overall, everyone was kind and made us feel welcome. We later ordered the blueberry cobbler for dessert which was warm and tasty.

For an area with slim vegan pickings, this felt like a gold mine. We ended up trying a few menu items and they were all delicious and tasted quite fresh. My biggest gripe was that the risotto was made with a medium grain rice rather than a traditional Arborio, and that the prices for food were on the higher end given the portion sizes. The cider flight was delicious. There is plenty of seating, include extensive outdoor seating that looks out to the forests surrounding. Indoors is filled with spooky, eclectic industrial decor. The staff were friendly and thoughtful. It's a gem of a spot!

Everyone says: go ahead Frank, just order, we trust you (i love these people). Minimal criteria: Convenient and delicious enough (given the expectations bar appropriately set for the region), and variety for people who each want something a little different. TY Yelp, Kokoro looks promising. placed a take-out order, and given Saturday night of Big Ten Wresting Championships, order was ready and delivered just fine. The food is good enough, hand rolls, egg rolls, ramen bowls, chic wings, and def don't pass up on the Avocado Kokoro, deff tasty (too much sauce, but just fine). Def worth an order, you won't be disappointed, if you accept the geographical frame (we're in a college town, not a major metro China-town).

The bbq pork tasted like it was microwaved from a cheap tub in the grocery store. The broth was bland. The egg was not marinated (like a real ramen egg). The noodles tasted old. The dumplings were chewy and had a weird after taste. The food was generally sketchy, and i stopped eating halfway through. The service was confusing, but nice at least. The inside was basically the bones of the previous restaurant, whatever that was (the hut pot- maybe? Judging from the old podium hidden in the back. The good reviews have to be fake. Nuff said. It's very family friendly so expect lots of kids and not a lot of supervision. The food I've had was fine- it's a brewery so I don't expect fine dining. The beer is mid from what I'm told. Due to this, they only had fans to keep cool while circulating the outdoor air. Since we had our pup with us, we were only able to sit in the patio area, but it's not like the "indoor" area was really indoors. Anyways, I wasn't in the mood for drinking, so just had some lunch here. There's two restaurants combined at the food counter (which used to be food trucks here). You can get pizza from pizza and subs from Flo Bros Pizza and wings, burgers and sandwiches from Marin Eats. I had the Crabcake Sandwich ($15) with Tots (+$2). The sandwich was solid and tots were crispy. It's a nice space to hang out with a group. There are pinball machines, cornhole, and games for entertainment. It's nicely situated next to a creek, so you get a bit of nature too.

We had arrange for a graduation dinner here at 8:30 pm for 8 people. Shortly before we headed to the restaurant they called to make sure we were still coming we I thought was odd. This is where they could have righted a wrong by telling us they were very low on entrees and give us the option to decide to go somewhere else. 4 of the 6 dinner entrees weren't available, mashed potatoes were out. Most of the appetizers were also out. We ended up getting the last 4 small empanadas, 2 pretzels and 2 salads then decided to leave it was 9:30 pm by this time. We ended up at McDonalds yay. They did tried to work with us but it wasn't going to work for us. The bartender was snooty I won't get into that. The food is pricey and what we ate wasn't spectacular. They may have been off that night but again they could have gave us a heads up when they check in with us a hour before we arrived. Graduations dinner ruined.

It was a boiled chicken leg and thigh with white rice, a few olives, and some water cress - flavorless and not very good at all. No potatoes, zero flavor, and definitely not worth the price. My wife got the catfish - she liked it. You want to support local establishments but this was a miss. If you're offering a limited menu then have what's on the menu. Three entrees, two appetizers, two beers, a glass of wine and a soda for $230. Disappointing!
