we had ordered our food at 8pm and it was 10:45pm still no pizza we called no answer. we called the customer service just to see if they know about our order and the guy who we talked to was so disrespectful and yelled at me just cause I was asking a question. he had told me that Pizza Hut was closed and no employees are at the store that closed at 10pm. very rude that they did not let us know that they are closed we had kids to feed and they still did not call us to let us know they are closed. we spent over $100 on pizza and with no refund IS RIDICULOUS!!!! Have had multiple issues with this establishment. My own fault for giving them chance after chance to redeem themselves. Never again! Prices are outrageous and the quality is subpar, didn't receive what was ordered (more than once). 6 months later we tried again, love paying for toppings that weren't on our pizzas. Too bad the cooks didn't see the tip before making our pizzas regretting the tip now. read more

Terrible service!. My order was just cancelled because no driver was available and instead of trying to see if I could just pick up my order they just cancel it after I've already waited 30 minutes. And the Customer service was very unhelpful and just kept transferring me and then hung up. Worst service of my life! DEC 07, 2019 Ordered Chicken Alfredo, Bread Sticks and Garlic Chicken Wings (bone-in). All of the food was great. It fed a 4-person family. The food was ready right on time and temperature was perfect. Also the server, Chadell, was gracious, polite, energetic, very good at public service. Terrible experience! Online order for a company party at 11:04. At noon called to see where our order was. Was told delivery was attempted but not successful. No phone call at all. We were offered for our now hour old pizzas to be re-delivered. No thanks! Canceled order and called Abbys. Corporate called for a refund and was denied. At 12:46 they showed up with the pizzas that had been canceled. NEVER AGAIN! read more
