Where did the PAN pizza go? We stopped to get our usual Tuesday night pizza-& they told us they removed it from the menu-Big Mistake. Instead we opt to try a stuffed pizza -on a scale of 1-10 I'd rate it a 4. please bring back the Pan pizza. If the menu board would promote it -it would sell. ordered my pizza an hour before I showed up. people in store ordered. and complained and got moved in front of me multiple people. I've been waiting for 30 minutes still haven't gotten a single thing started there is many receipts on the counter. what happen to filling an order as it is done. won't ever come back. Ok when I can see through the meat slices of Canadian bacon and pepperoni - its way too thin. Plus its shrunk to half the amount of meat I have to add meat now to actually taste meat on the pizza 1/2 Hawaiian and a 6 whopping feather sliced Canadian bacon slices. seriously. Might just wanna sell overpriced cheese pizza. And forget the rest. That's really expected in your 7.99 or 5.00 specials and that's fine. And I order those if I want less meat. But for $23.50??? I was traveling through town and called in an order that I could pick up on my way to my destination. The temperature was 93*. I tried to bring my two small dogs in quickly to pick up my order and was told by the manager that dogs weren't allowed. I said ok could you bring g my pizza to me and take my card to pay for it. He originally said yes that he would do that, and asked my name. I waited outside the door with my dogs waiting for over 6 minutes. There were 5 employees present including what appeared to be a manager, there was only one person sitting waiting for their order. I opened the door asked if they could bring my order to me like the manager said. THE manage and cashier walk to the door where I was outside. The manager said" Don't you think it's ridiculous for us to have to bring you your pizza and have to walk over and run your card!" He said that I should leave my dogs home next time!" I have never been treated so rudely in my life!! I have worked a career in customer service!! This was rude and beyond unbelievable. 5 employees and no other customers in the store, except the one waiting that had already paid. Where was any thoughtful consideration of the extreame heat, where leaving my dogs in the car would not be acceptable. The manager said " leave your dogs home next time!" Worst Papa Murphy's I've ever been to or even heard about. Horrible rude service! Poor quality and not fresh toppings. You could tell the employees have no motivation to provide good service, or even minimal service. I love Papa Murphy's other locations, just not the one in Prineville! This review is for those nice staffs because I don't have the chance to try the pizza itself. When I walked into Papa Murphy's, I had no idea they only provided raw pizza and I was staying in hotel that night so I had nowhere to bake the pizza. 2 stars, one because it was ready on time. Crust had apparently been sitting for a long time with sauce on it before we placed our order for 2 thin crust pizzas today. They fell apart into mushy crap -- worst pizza I've ever had the displeasure of eating. Staff was rude and seemed to be phoning it in. You'd think that on a Tuesday -- probably one of their busiest days given the discount -- they'd pay more attention to quality. A big thank you to Papa Murphys! Last week my husband thought he placed an online order, however when he got there they did not have it. He did not actually place the order but was 100% sure he did and he did not have any money on him. The night crew was so great taking care of him by making the order and giving it to him. Oct 31st 2014. The worst experience we have ever had with any Papa Murphy's. We ordered a Pizza for take out 45 min before we stopped to pick it up. The Clerk took first and last name and phone information. We popped in to pick our Pizza up and were told they just gave it to some guy. Ok, so even if last name might have been the same, I am pretty sure he did not have my first name or phone number. I was even ask'd if I was with the guy, Give me WHAT? I was "ok, well we will make you another family cowboy" with 20 people sitting around waiting, even with 6 - 8 people making them up, I don't think so. We had some place to be, the whole reason for the pick up at in that time frame. The worst part, the guy in front of me was not given his pizza either, they gave it to someone else, so he got someone else's pizza but he got two extra toppings he did not order. I don't understand what is so hard about verifying information before you just hand an order to someone. There has to be a reason they take all the info in the first place. Total screw up on the person behind the Cash Register and how they were checking orders. read more
