The pizza was okay - definitely not the best! The service wasn't awesome but they're also behind the counter. Ambiance is incredibly stale. Like being transported back in time but in a way that wasn't good. This place COULD be awesome. It has the potential! The music being played is like elevator music but Christmas ... it's only Nov. 16th. All of the games? They barely work and the prize locker? The little ramp in it is messed up so you couldn't get a prize even if you wanted to play. Whatever company they are using to do the games is pretty messed up it's not a good deal or fun by any means. I'm just all in all really, really disappointed. This place has potential and feels like the world just kind of passed this place by and no one is ever gave a damn to keep up with the times or make it a good time of a place. read more

We arrived at 11am as they opened. Every thing was ready for the day: very clean inside, staff ready & cheerful & the phone started ringing for to go orders! We found the staff helpful& ready ( we're old!) so, appreciated the extra effort ! My GF pizza was a 50:50, and my husband had a small pizza + salad. All good! Would like to see the 7"mini pizza in GF! read more

Hour and a half to get a pizza delivered, which would be ok if it wasn't overcooked and they hadn't completely ignored my request for extra sauce. read more

Good pizza nice people but wish prices weren't so high .. still better than the other ones read more

It was the most over sauced and under cheesed pizza we have ever had. The service was good, the restaurant was clean.

Got a BIG Hawaiian. If ordered on line 19.95 Ordered over the phone and my visa showed a charge of 27.80. . No pizza sauce, so dry, a crust that was so thin it was almost invisible. Won't be going back!!! Bummer did NOt satisfy my pizza craving!! Worst ever!! read more

Hello Abby's of Redmond. I'm so sorry I clicked on the wrong location when I thought I ordered my pizza in Bend... you canceled my order even though it was already made so thank you! I do travel through Redmond all the time and I've had your pizza too so the next time we're in town we'll skip the Mexican restaurant and dine with you! read more

Loved this place for 20 years. We had the family in on 3/13/26, received the worst Pizza of our lives. They forgot the sauce and the bottom was way undercooked. They gave us sauce in a cup and did offer to make another one for us. Just couldn't stomach any more that night. Bummer - this was always my go to. read more

My mom ordered pizza at 4:30 pm yesterday (8/21/25) for delivery and lives about 10 minutes from this location. She still had not received her order by 6 so she called to ask for an update. The first time she called, she was put on hold for 11 minutes so she hangs up and calls back and they tell her that her order is in the oven and will be out for delivery soon. She gets her one pizza, finally, at SEVEN O'CLOCK. Absolutely asinine. read more

We ordered the Meat Lovers. I was a little worried from the one star reviews. I understand, you can only hire from those who apply. We thought it was VERY good. If we have a chance while we're here, we'll be back. read more

Worst pizza we've had...stale tasting, tough awful crust. We ordered the meat lovers (not sure correct name) and received about 3 pieces of meat on every piece. We ordered a 16" and a 10 " and it cost us over $$60 . We ordered these pizzas to take out to some friends for lunch. We didn't look at them and when we opened them at our friends, we were so embarrased and upset that Abby's would produce such AWFUL looking food and the taste was worse. It was the beginning of the lunch hour and hardly anyone was at this restaurant...now we know why. We will never go back to this Abby's again. Joe read more

The pizza makers had tons of food spilled all over the floor when making pizzas which is a big turnoff for me.Their pizza is not so good there either.I would never go back. They charge too much for lousy pizza there. read more

Ordered pizza and breadsticks for dinner, and bit into my breadstick to find mold on it!! immediately ran to my kitchen to throw up, and then called my location to tell them. I was told it was just oregano and that cant be possible because the manager had made them fresh this morning. I told him i could bring it in and he could smell it for himself. he said okay so i went down there and he told me again to my face it was just oregano and he wasnt going to smell my "already chewed food"!!! absolutely outrageous. I would have dropped the issue if he had resolved it, but instead was a total jerk about it!! NEVER AGAIN will i eat here. That is clearly and obviously mold and not "oregano seasoning " read more

Terrible experience.... Ordered on line for pick up 1hr and 20mins later. Got there 10 mins later than my scheduled time and was told it was almost ready, just a few more minutes. Waited 10 mins. Looked around, saw no giant pizzas getting cut or coming out of the oven. So asked again and this time I said, are my pizzas even in there. And that' is when the same lady said no, they are just getting in now. So she lied, what terrible service. My time is valuable and should mean something to those in the service industry. I also noticed while waiting for no reason, 2 people not wearing gloves and handling the pizza into the boxes. Maybe it is better we did not get pizza here as their sanitation looked poor.... Wiping their hands on their clothes, touching their hats, never washing. So we requested a refund... no apology, no sorry for lying..... will not go to this Abby's again. read more

Disappointing. I haven't been to Abby's in a while because I cannot eat gluten and they removed their salad bar during the pandemic. Turns out, they are not bringing the salad bar back. So I decided to take a risk on their 'gluten free' pizza. I was looking at the lunch special which offers a small pizza and soda for $9 and figured it would be a few bucks extra for the gluten free crust. To my shock, it's $23!! The pizza didn't suck but it cost twice what a bigger pizza costs at MOD where you get whatever toppings you want. And MOD is worth the short drive. The pizza was hot and they got the order right. The dining room was clean and staff were pleasant too so it was not a total bust. Call me cheap but I am not willing to pay their prices for basic GF pizza again. Disappointed by the lack of salad bar and overpriced pizza... needless to say, I won't be back. read more

We paid extra for 3 additional toppings and the bill was 102 $ before tip, not a single extra topping was added and we picked it up.

If I go out to eat pizza, it's Abbey's for us. I have to admit, the last visit I was disappointed as one of our pizzas was not as it should have been. Not wanting to make a scene at the time, I later called and talked with Laura, the manager. I was genuinely surprised. She was so kind and understanding and went out of her way to correct the incident. Great customer service is really something special and all too lacking these days so I just felt compelled to point out my pleasure. read more

Had a good large pizza. Friendly staff. Ordered at counter, then picked up at counter. This is typical Abby's design and seating. We enjoyed our pizza and I would recommend. read more

just ordered a delivery pizza from here and garlic knots . both arrived not cooked through. I have ordered from here many many times , this was so undercooked it was uneatable. called the store and talked to the manager Clint , who was so rude and offensive toward women . He kept yelling and eventually hung up on me after I asked his managers name and he refused to give it: corporate was notified and will hopefully help Clint , with his "management" style . bottom line is for $60 for a giant pizza and garlic knots that had to be tossed in the trash from poor cooking time and quality control, you could go to one of the many small food truck pizza spots that have amazing pizza and the managers care about you and what they feed you. I was lazy and wanted it delivered..... never again Abby's . read more

Abbys is just excellent old skool pizza. It's not a bougie gourmet pizza place, just what you would expect from a hometown old world pizza joint. It feels like what I expect a pizza place to feel like from when I was a child, in the 80's. There was a little video game arcade off to the side and the kids enjoyed it thoroughly. Our pizzas were gluten free bbq chicken, and pepperoni with olives. The pizza was exactly what we were looking for. read more

We are on a search for the best pizza in the greater Redmond area. So far, Abby's Legendary Pizza was the the best pizza that we have tried. We ordered Abby's Special. It was very good; however, it was not up to our expectations. We agreed that there was something missing and rated it at 8 out of 10. On our way home we decided that we should try another item or two from the menu. I really liked that idea of wings and spuds. My wife wants to try a pepperoni pizza. Another option we might try is Create Your Own Pizza to see if we can build one that meets our expectations. We will go back to Abby's Legendary Pizza; but, there are a few other pizza place that we want to try before we go back. read more

Clint "the manager" was sooooo disrespectful and arrogan, it was beyond belief. our pizza was wrong order, cold and refused to refund or fix. can not say how EXTREMELY disappointed read more

I gotta say Abby's is the Best and customer service like no other. Tonight I used my Birthday (8/25 expired and they still honored it) 7" free personal pizza - I am part of their rewards. Soooo of course ordered my Fav Taco beef not chicken. Then we ordered Ken Grant's fav The Lonestar- not on menu (steak, bbq sauce, red onion, added mushrooms, added artichokes, pineapple, bacon crumbles- GOOD) on 1/2 Other 1/2 Roasted garlic chicken- THE BEST. What we didn't notice was they gave us chicken on the Lonestar instead of steak. So she came out told us she was making us a whole new 13" 1/2 & 1/2 but with steak & credited are whole order. Plus, we ordered their cheese sticks- MANNNNN these were one of the best I have ever had actual bread not pizza dough and cheesy w/ marinara & ranch. Telling ya ain't had it yet gooo getcha some pizza & these to die for bread sticks. ABBY'S Redmond thank you for your excellent customer service - fresh pizza and bread sticks. Cannot say enough good things of how impressive ya'll were tonight 10/6- % too knotty crew!!! Thank you read more

The MTN DEW taste so watered down! So expensive for what. I wish they would bring the pizza to our table instead of having us go and get it. 0/10! read more

Very happy we stopped here. Couldn't quite decide, so ordered a large half and half of the Abby's Special and Fajita Chicken pizza. Both halves were delicious, the only issue was getting the slices into your mouth without dropping a third of the toppings. Also had the Greek salad which was a nice break from the intense Pizza. Also clean bathrooms which is definitely a plus. read more

I accidentally ordered here thinking I was ordering Pappy's. Curiously enough they didn't question my order: combo, Hawaiian and an order of potatoes. I like the potatoes at Pappy's better but Abby's was good. I loved the crust and I had a good laugh when Abby's arrived!!! read more

They said they definitely would buy from this place again!!! We live here, so Philly Cheese Steak will be my next order read more

BEST PIZZA EVER!!! Great Pizza, Chicken and spuds, Sandwiches, salads, lunch specials

We really like Abby's pizza, we order weekly. We are quite frustrated with the inconsistent quality of the pizza. Some weeks the quantity of toppings is weak, where as the next week the toppings are plentiful. Very frustrating. read more

Pizza was plain, dry and over cooked. 13" medium (they call it large)... 20$. I ordered over the phone, wife goes in and picks up the pizza. The girl at the counter told her (wife) that she won't serve her because she is not wearing a mask. Wife politely explained her exemption because of her medical condition dealing with an auto-immune disease. Then my wife asked if she should wait outside until the pizza is done. The girl looked and saw the pizza was finished, took my wife's money then literally tossed the pizza (in its box) on the counter. We ordered and had it delivered. They charge a LOT for a medium size pizza and a salad. Salad looks big but when you finish picking out the brown lettuce it's half the size it was before. A very disappointing experience and not one we will repeat. It is experiences like this that keep people making their own meals at home instead of ordering out to get substandard food. read more
