Realized several bites in that she spaced adding the aioli. Fries were lukewarm and stale-again apparent they were not freshly made. Chef it pains me that this meal cost $20, but I get it..,everything is expensive these days! That's why it's really important that you do your part by delivering on a quality meal that is prepared accurately and with fresh ingredients. Hope you'll help your staff get this right for the next folks.

Usually a very good crowd most any time of the year. Food trucks are varied in menu offerings and the full service bar is an added drawing card for the location. This go-round we chose to dine at North Fresh Suahi. Food quality and presentation were top notch! Staff members working the food truck were helpful in assisting us choosing some tasty treats. You get your choice of meat ( I went with the shredded pork), lettuce, tomato, onions, guacamole, and sour cream. It was one of the largest Burritos I've ever eaten. It was very good. Slaw was pretty much cabbage tossed with apple cider vinegar. Brisket was falling apart but had a strange texture. It was like smoked corned beef or something, very odd, bit slimy almost. Everyone else was ordering onion rings and fries. Baskets and baskets of them. Frozen pre-made (I could see inside the truck when they got the baggies out), probably the way to go. ;) Really quite sad because the latest reviews sound amazing. But we'll never go back. Which is also sad because we LOVE Bridge 99. p.s. No one in the cart was wearing a mask. Aren't they required to do that these days?? I mean, they didn't before so I'm not overly concerned but every other eating establishment in town I've seen has masks.
