The combination of the white sauce, mushrooms, herbs, and lemon was perfection. I would gladly eat it again but I'd also want to try out some of their other flavor combinations! The pizzas here are a little pricier at around $20 per pizza (individual 10 inch size) but honestly, based on what I tasted, they are worth it. This is a food truck parked at The Barn in Sisters, which is a really cool place to have a drink and have food from several of the food trucks parked there. We got drinks from the Barn and then placed our order from the truck and found a seat outside in the beautifully appointed artful garden area. You can also sit inside the Barn area. We were given a pager. The pizza is pretty decent for a food truck and is wood fired. We ended up getting half pepperoni and half sausage. There are 6 slices in a 10 inch pie. The crust was good and chewy and the sausage seemed good quality. This is a really convenient site for drinks and food, and I would definitely return if in the area again. read more

Yet another review where I wish I could give half stars and would give this place a 4.5. The guy working the truck was great, answering all our questions and letting us heavily customize a pizza. The pizza came out pretty quickly, piping hot. The perimeter crust was cooked perfectly (as you can see in most of the pics) and the toppings were plentiful. As my wife and I bit into our first slice, we both agreed it was really good. My half was basically the sausage and pepper pizza with Calabrian chiles added. I also opted for sausage only. The flavors went so well together and the icing on top was the fresh oregano! I also really enjoyed the texture of the sausage. The only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars (but wish I could give it 4.5 stars) was that the majority of the bottom of the crust was coated in oil. I don't mind the flavor of the oil, it just made the pizza floppy, challenging to eat the 1st half of each slice, and a mess. I'm hoping a subsequent visit will yield different results. That being said, I'm looking forward to returning. We're kind of a one-trick pony when it comes to dining in Sisters, but this place is going in the mix! read more

I paid $21 for a 10" pizza, $12 for a not so great salad plus a 20% tip. The salad had a few radishes and some parm, nothing else other than the biggest lettuce leaves I have ever experienced. The leaves were so huge you couldn't eat them. Dressing was on the side, I asked for it to-go. The dressing container had no lid so the dressing was everwhere when I got home. I asked if the pizza was spicy, they said NO. Yep, it was spicy. I asked for a to-go box, that was another $1. SO, a single person paid over $40 for this. I saw that there was wood fired pizza close by, and we were staying up the road so I had to have. The Barn was packed last night, and Boone Dog seemed to be the busiest truck. The line wasn't too long, but there were clearly loads of pizzas being fired ahead of us so the wait was pretty long. We ordered 2 special pepperonis, mine without olives. The crust was FAB and the taste superb. Honestly one of the best tasting pizzas I've had in a long while. A tad bummed that the topping distribution wasn't the best: all my onions in the very center and one slice pretty much just sauce...and no parsley at all on our pies. For $16 I want my parsley. Overall we really enjoyed our pies. Even with the parsley omission the flavor and cook were great, I'm guessing they were just rushing a bit on a busy Saturday night. read more

Ordering was fast and easy, they text you when your order is ready and it's served either on a steel pizza tray or a box ($1 extra). We had the pepperoni (very good, a bit spicy) and the spicy red pizza (very good as well though I wished I could have had it with pepperoni). Crust was great. Every time I come here it's a bad experience. Not only do the prices keep going up, I feel like the pizzas have gotten smaller. The service here is also terrible as multiple times now they give me the wrong buzzer that doesn't go off when my pizza is done and I'm stuck waiting until I finally go up to the counter and get served a cold pizza that's been sitting out for 15 minutes. I keep trying to give this place a chance and every time I do I'm disappointed. Most locals know to avoid this place and the tourist trap that is "the barn" anyway. read more

Amazing pizza! A definite must try if you are in Sisters. I had the Brooklyn Cheese pizza. The crust was amazing. Nice cheese pulls. The sauce was simple but flavorful. My friend had the jalapeno and corn pizza with cilantro crema. The sweet pops of corn mixed with the spicy jalapeno slices and the cilantro crema create a delicious flavor bomb. I was very excited to try this place, since I live in Terrebonne there aren't a lot of options. My housemate ordered the vegan pizza for me, which is supposed to come with mushrooms and olives. There were no mushrooms and olives only sparse red onions and soggy greens. I even tried to call twice to chat with someone before posting to figure out if something could be done but there was no answer. I believe on the message it says something to the effect of "to come in person to order something and we'll be happy to help you." I'm just really disappointed to pay $16 for the saddest looking pizza I've ever seen. Boone Dog Pizza is outstanding. Today I tried the red pizza with calabrian peppers and tomato sauce. The pizza was supposed to be sprinkled with parmesan, but they forgot to include it. It didn't make a difference to me. I could have asked for parmesan when I noticed that they forgot it, but I've been trying to avoid cheese anyway. The sauce is very thin, but the flavors are unbelievable and quite hot and spicy. In my opinion, this pizza doesn't even need cheese. I'm truly sad to leave this review... I've been getting the sausage mushroom pizza here for a couple months. Unfortunately it has consistently gone down hill. My first one was amazing made by a sweet woman who I suspect is the owner or one of them. Then a man who has spent time in utah made my next pizza. Lately there is a kid doing it and he needs to be trained by the lady who is super sweet and capable. I hope it gets better. One more chance....
