We stopped this past Saturday for an early dinner. The service was friendly; we got an immediate welcome when we stepped inside. I also noticed the workers were enjoying themselves making for a positive culture. The pizza was good, especially the crust. I expected more cheese so the toppings seemed flat. We ordered a combo and a veggie. My husband felt the toppings were a bit skimpy. My rating is a 5 for the service and clean environment and a 3 for the pizza, thus an overall 4 rating. read more

We had a bit of a wait but it was so worth it. The pizza was hot out of the oven, delicious and well made and the place smelled really good. The guys working that night worked so hard to make sure everyone got their orders filled. I appreciated they had a gluten free crust also. We also saw the large and giant pizzas they made. We stopped by for an early dinner on our way back home from Bend. We did pass the Bend location while trying to get here but I think this location has better outdoor seating with picnic table benches. It also shares the parking lot with a Dutch Bros FYI. The inside had some table seating with iconic checkered plastic tablecloths and there were various black and white photos on the walls. Bathrooms were clean. We walked in and ordered at the counter for their special bundle including a XL Pepperoni pizza, Caesar salad, 2L Pepsi for a very reasonable price for the amount you get. Service was quick and friendly. They were not kidding about it being XL! Wowza, the box barely fit through the door on our way out haha. Aside from the size, the pizza was hot and fresh, sour the right amount of pepperoni, and the dough and crust were the perfect balance of chewy and crunchy. They also had your typical toppings: Parmesan, crushed red pepper, garlic salt (powder?), but I really liked the Italian seasoning Parmesan - it really added to the flavor. I was very impressed! For the first time we tried this pizza place for take-out. At first we were amazed at how giant their giant size really is, you could feed an army! The slices were so big they didn't fit on a plate. However, we found the crust was thin and floppy, and the consistency made it very hard to eat. The pieces were too large to hold, and even a fork or knife wouldn't cut it, due to the rubbery texture. More importantly we found their Hawaiian pizza to be flavorless. I'm sorry to say we won't be back. read more

Cibelli's of Bend just opened here in Sisters - their 6th store regionally. I hadn't been to the others so I had to check it out and glad I did. This is the genuine article. I watched it made from start to finish including the tossing. The crust was perfectly cooked, neither chewy from undercooking or too crispy. I liked the thickness, about 1/8th inch. I am not a fan of the puffy edges but in this case it worked. The tomato sauce was spread to the edge, something I demand in my pizzas. The toppings were generous and properly proportioned, not heaped together haphazardly so the presentation was nice. They were busy but could not have been more friendly. Only take out now due to Mr. Covid but I will no doubt be back for table service although there is nothing of ambience. Just good pizza. In fact we have a lot of good pizza in Sisters for a town our size. read more

Ordered a sausage and olive giant pizza and most bites were like eating a plain cheese pizza the toppings were so lacking and spread out. $75 for 2 giant pizzas with barely any toppings is kinda ridiculous. Great pizza! We got off the mountain pretty late, so there wasn't much open on a Monday night. Takeout pizza seemed like the best option, as we didn't want to sit down anywhere right before closing time. We got a medium combination pizza and a large Caesar salad. Large was an understatement. The crouton to lettuce ratio was perfect. Almost 50/50! He gave us extra dressing, which we needed. The pizza itself was delicious. You can tell the crust is hand rolled. Stumbled upon this place when we were getting coffee at Dutch brothers next door. We had The Caesar salad and the Greek salad. Both are fresh and wonderful. Then we ordered a 10 inch personal gluten-free pizza with just the white sauce on it. I would come back just for that. Great little find. Horrible place. Would not recommend. We called ahead of time to order the pizza and ask for when it would be ready. They told us 40 mins so we were like okay that's cool we will get there at that time. But when we got there to get our pizza it turns out they messed up our pizza. So we had to wait 20 more minutes for the pizza to be ready. It turns out they messed up our order of pizza with another customer which was very unprofessional. The least they could do was offer us some sides or something. But I think the workers were all new trainee so they didn't know what they were doing. Also they literally only give us the pizza that they fixed. There was no plates or napkins given as well. Definitely would not recommend if you are looking for a place to make you a fast pizza that you order ahead of time and even confirmed that the order was right. read more

I reviewed this restaurant a couple weeks ago and gladly gave it 5 stars. The combo pizza was delicious. But my assessment has changed. Last night, my wife and I ordered what we thought would be an identical pizza. It wasn't. The staff was still friendly and helpful, and the place was perfectly clean. However, the pizza was average, if that. Cibelli's was very sparing (as in "stingy") with its ingredients and the previously-fabulous taste just wasn't there. Disappointing, to say the least. I suppose we'll try it one more time based upon our first experience. But, as far as I'm concerned, they need to score big to keep our business. read more
