The flavor-lacking crust was not an issue in the Pine Marten Pizza, however, because the pizza itself was much more flavorful to make up for this. Sometimes in Bend I'm skeptical to try new food trucks because, to be honest, many times I'm left underwhelmed due to bland food or "more of the same".... That's not the case with Tekka Tiger. We got the Lemongrass Chicken and the pork rice dish (didn't want to butcher the name, sorry) and both were absolutely delicious. I also got a side of their homemade peanut sauce and it was unique and delicious as well. For someone looking for something different and flavorful in Bend check out Tekka Tiger.. you won't be disappointed.
