Usually have a good experience when ordering from Abby's. But for whatever reason when we tried a small pepperoni w/extra pepperoni it came in a bath of grease); (usual go to so we know it can be done without the extra grease) read more

If you're in Prineville and looking for a pizza, look no further than Abby's! Sure, they're a little pricier than the local competition, but the extra cost is definitely worth it! Wait. Stop. I'm getting ahead of myself. It seems like I'm intent on posting the end of the review first! My first night in town and I was feeling pizza, and wanted to feed myself and my parents, so my first trip to Abby's was a pleasant surprise. The place is located where The Apple Peddler used to be, and has since gone out of business. Shame, they had great breakfast, but I digress, this review is about Abby's. The layout of the place still looks the same, in fact while I was deciding what to order, I looked over and saw the exact booth I sat at four and a half years ago. I love this about small towns, that change comes very slowly, if at all. So I was greeted by this cheerful girl, whose name I am ashamed to say I can't remember, but I do remember the details. Through conversation, I told her I was visiting from Alabama, and she told me that she grew up in Mississippi, and then reminisced a bit about the southern things they don't have in Oregon. A very nice way to wait for my pizza to cook. So I went with a half vegetarian pizza (for my parents) and pepperoni and sausage for me. For me, there was a good amount of meats on my half, both of which tasted fresh, a great sauce with the perfect level of zing, (though my parents felt it was a bit strong for their taste) and plenty of hot, melty cheese on a crispy, yet tasty crust. I also enjoyed a nice beverage in which I mixed unsweetened iced tea with lemonade. (I'm not exactly sure what brands they use, but they blended beautifully!) it was a pleasant experience. A week or so later, I returned and got a pepperoni and pineapple, which was also very good. And even more recently, I returned and got some garlic Parmesan breadsticks, which also did not disappoint. I'm not gonna lie. I'm a fan of Abby's Pizza, and if you go back to the beginning of the review, well, you know the rest! read more

We ordered 3 small pizzas for a total of $70+ and they messed most of it up. We ordered extra sauce, they put none on, we ordered a taco pizza, got no toppings, we ordered foil top and bottom of the box so the pizza doesn't taste like a box when I get home and they didn't do that. The girl actually looked at me and said "I didn't really understand how to do that". I looked at her, opened the box and said "simply, you put a piece of foil on the bottom of the pizza and one on the top". She took the 3 pizzas back and was able to complete the task of 2 out of 3. So frustrating when you special order something, pay extra for it and have them upset because you changed their routine. Got home and the pizza was sub parr at best! read more

Go back to Salad Bar! Not a fan of your new salads and dressing in a packet. Covid is way past over and it's really the best part of your personal pizza and salad barbecue read more

Had lunch there on Tuesday and it was so amazing and delicious I wanted to go back today!!! I had the salad, personal pizza and soda combo. The salad was fresh and delicious. Just like any other Abby's, good to have in a small town. Would give a higher rating but not much to write home about. Gets the job done

Expensive. And NOT good at all. Buy frozen. You'll save money. It was dry and soggy at the same time. I'm so bummed about spending $55 dollars on a large pizza and wings. read more

Pizza is far too expensive. I can take my family to a fine steakhouse for what it costs to order two pizzas here. It's simply not worth it.

Pizza was good. Sandwich and chicken just ok. Take out time was extremely long. Customer service was beyond unprofessional and lackluster. ..as a guest I hate feeling like I'm a burden. Watched girl roll up all indoor and outdoor mats at 630 then cont to wk behind the counter wo washing hands. read more

There was white sauce on the toilet again! I don't know what it was but it was nasty. I asked people to clean it and they didn't. BAD SERVICE! The toilet was also full of skid marks. read more

We were on hold for 40 minutes. The online order system is down. And when we went there to order directly they said CASH ONLY...even though the website says they accept credit cards. We love their pizza but something in their service and biz has gone down hill read more

Great pizza! We really needed a better choice here in Prineville. Delivery is usually much quicker than it the estimated time, and my delivery people have always been really friendly. I enjoy the few minutes that we spend together every week. I have also picked up pizza to go a few times. Always greeted and helped quickly, and with very friendly demeanors. Ate there once with a group. None of us had anything negative to say. Again, so glad we have this option now! read more

First time pizza was perfect. Thin crust crunchy-no flop. Toppings awesome. Salads good. Second time, different kind pizza, crust barely cooked to doughy...Stick with pepperoni! read more

The service was good pizza crust to thin and overcooked the toppings are good they need to work on the pizza crust!!

Definitely better than the 2 national chains in town but you pay for it. The monthly special rotates and that's nice! Pizza is good and we love the garlic knots! The salad would be better with a different ranch vs the vinegar based ranch in a bag that is currently served. Prineville store is good but prefer the Redmond store. read more

Went back and food and service was wonderful. Employees were sure to help me with any problems and kept great small talk!

Pizza and salad was great. I am not a salad person but my wife our friends like the salad. Staff was friendly and helpful.

they do not give me white sauce and they take forever to serve me and the games are rigged, so I can't win them read more

After a few attempts, crust is overcooked. Toppings missing repeatedly. Call the store the staff is super nice, but no remedy to the issues. For $40 a pizza and spending over $100 every time. It just isn't worth it, plus delivery guy who smells like cigarettes isn't very professional or appealing read more
