Met my expectations for fast food. Polite staff and quick service. Food was nice and hot.

We ordered a $20.00 chicken bucket with four individual sides. I specifically ordered Extra Crispy. We received our order and didn't even look at it until 3 or 4 hours later when we weee ready to eat. I was disappointed to see regular chicken. I returned to the KFC and was told a manager would get I. touch with me to make it right. I am still waiting. This is the second time. If we return, I will ensure my order is correct before leaving. We spent almost $50 for the various items and hardly any of it was good .... they forgot the sauce for the chicken nuggets, the mashed potatoes had a yellow hue, and the mac-n-cheese tasted like flour. It's a KFC, so what can I say that you don't already know from your own experience growing up. The batter is saltier than what I remembered as a kid. Now as an adult, the chicken is sometimes too greasy -- but that belongs with fried chicken. Parking on the side of the building has evening shade: nice when the temps are as high as they can be in the summertime in a desert climate. The restaurant is almost too chilly. There is a cool juke box in the middle of the large seating area. And the seating is comfy--not like it has been used a ton way too much. Of course there is a drive-through. read more

I ordered 8 piece chicken with 2 large side and 4 biscuits With the 21.99 cupon when I got to the window, they gave me a bag and close the window in the bag was chicken and cheese curds I had them open the window and told him I needed the rest of my order and he asked did you order the 10 piece chicken and I said no I ordered the eight piece with the 2199 coupon so he talk to somebody and they gave me another bag with the sides and gravy as I was driving home I pulled the receipt out a notice I was charged 29.05. Call them and let them know they wanted me to go back I said no then when I got home. I realized I didn't get large sides. I got small sides . you may need to pay more attention to what you are doing we are paying for this and you mesomg up the orders! I went because of the cupón and it seamed to be a good price I got over charged and under fed! read more

I am usually very patient and accepting of fast food, but this was not acceptable. Kids were hungry as we passed through madras on our way home from Sunriver, class of 2019 senior trip. We arrived at the A&W/KFC with 10 students and 2 adults. One ticket to be simple and efficient for their staff. The temp in the dining room was hot and stuffy. We requested dine in... the staff packed it all by random in multiple bags and told us to figure it out. As it "figures" out, the order was shorted one combo.... mine. After a refusal to correct the mistake by cook, they begrudgingly made the entire combo (bacon burger with fries). When I touched the wrapper it was cold, this should have been an indicator. The burger was luke warm and lacked any flavor as it should... being as hungry as I was I ate it anyway. The fries were hot but unseasoned. As I waited, I was observing my students dismay at their orders as well... frowns and shaking heads. the chicken strip dinners were meager strips, over cooked, and barely edible... but being respectful students they ate them anyway and told me about it. The honey bbq strips were excessively salty and had very little sauce... but they ate them anyway. And.. apparently, the root beer flavor was off as well (likely not under the control of the local shop as they used to do... but info. We spent nearly 100 dollars on an unsatisfying experience at the end of what was a wonderful weekend of adventures and food experiences for these kids. The trip was not ruined, but when hungry teenagers complain about fast food, you KNOW there is a problem. I will never bring a group in to this location again and personally will not likely eat at this location with friends and family. Not the first poor meal I have had at this location. So NOT the food and service we desired as we tracked our way home. #stillHungry read more

Where do I start....how about waiting in the drive thru for 30 minutes for 2 chicken littles and an A&W burger combo, sodas were only 3/4 filled, no napkins, no ketchup. When we were handed our food the little gal said Here (hands us our soda) here (shoves straws into my hand) Here (hands us the bag of food) and let the window close and walks away! Seriously! Not even a sorry for the wait or any explanation! Doubt we'll be back! Noticed there were 7 cars behind us and 2 were backing out because they were tired of waiting. This experience for a new resident was not good! Neither my husband or myself received what we ordered. There seemed to be a very untrained person at the register. He seemed to be in a constant hurry and paid no attention to what we ordered...But all in all they did remake our order. Too bad they put this person up front to represent their establishment.
