I have had such poor luck with coffees' lately from Starbucks. The last 6 I have bought here in Central Oregon have been awful. First of all, it's a one-way, so you have to drive through the gas station/convenience store area to get there. Once we arrived, there was nobody at the window, and although the signs said it was open, we couldn't tell if anyone was working. We waited for 3-4 minutes before being greeted by a non mask wearing employee. Normally that wouldn't be a big deal, but seeing as how we're in a global pandemic, it's incredibly irresponsible and disrespectful to not wear one. I got an Italian soda which didn't taste very good (either not enough cream, not enough syrup, or both), and the whipped cream had a weird texture to it. My partner ordered a vanilla latte and it was so hot that he had to wait another 15 minutes before sipping it. For the reasons stated above, we don't plan on coming back.

Even ordering ahead, when app said order was ready, there was a long wait after arriving at the window and they got the order wrong. It was correctly entered in the app. I hope they're able to fix their problems or they'll lose my business. There are a lot of good coffee options in Madras and the surrounding area.
