Area has something to be desired, I'd recommend a grab and go instead of a parking lot camp like me. Just loud and bright at night with some housing near by and a major street across the front. Only issue was the amount of pepperoni. Wasn't a big deal, happy it tasted good still. Maybe sprinkle a couple more cups on though. However, I'll be damned, this pizza saved my drunken hunger in a super timely fashion. Employees are locals too, right? Everyone earns the right to some Yelp love! Pizza Hut was one of my childhood obsessions. I used to read books in elementary school just so I could receive a "free personal pan pizza" coupon. My grandma would take me on Friday's after school. These moments still hold a place in my heart. This was the only pizza place in close proximity open late Saturday night. I placed an order for a large pizza. They told me 15 minutes. We arrived in 10 minutes. I walked in exactly 15 minutes after I hung up the phone and lo and behold, the girl behind the counter exclaimed, "Matt?" Punctuality is important and they nailed it! I don't care what you say, this pizza did the trick! Lots of cheese, lots of sauce, and a doughy crust made for the ideal nightcap. I had leftovers the following morning (who doesn't love cold pizza), and they were scrumptious. The good / bad about the location is that it's pick up only. If you're looking to dine in, go somewhere else. It does have great visibility on San Marco Blvd. especially when not many other places are open late. I'm considering giving more stars, but when I think of my favorite pizza places, I simply can't due to the quality and freshness of the product. On sept 30 I ordered a pizza from Pizza hutt it was about 8-30 on a Sunday. I was text notified my pizza was gonna be delivered by doordash. Expecting it about 9:23 I had my phone ready. Nobody knocked or called me. I checked the order status to find out Latasha C snapped a pic of the street around 935, it was 945 I saw this. No attempt to contact me, as I didn't order threw door dash I called the store. I was told to contact door dash. I didn't pay doordash 30$. I paid pizza hutt. The manager said she's call and find out. Called back about 1015. What's going on ? Manager promised me a new pizza and a pizza hutt driver would deliver it. 11:45 called again. Was put on hold until the store closed ! Left a feedback with corporate. Never contacted by anyone. Called the store later in the week to get my Money refunds. It's October 18th. Never Got a refund either. Never Got any satisfactory customer service. I would Never order from this place if I was you. It's just a total mess. The one who calls himself the owner of the restaurant yelled at me because we couldn't smoke inside, but you know what? At first I felt guilty but it wasn't even marijuana or drugs it was a health vape, and he did have his reasons but not to yell at us like he did, it was horrible, nobody deserves to be mistreated like that, he could have told us that if we wanted we could smoke outside, he even threatened to call the police twice because we went out and came back in without the cigarette to pick up our orders, he just went crazy and yelled at us when we didn't even mistreat him, he's a racist because I'm sure he wouldn't do that to anyone else, he even made fun of the fact that my husband didn't speak Spanish, he behaved like a lunatic, so what? This review is on the efficiency of the business, not on the food. I placed an online order for a pizza and the estimated time was 30 to 40 minutes. After an hour I called Pizza Hut and was told that it was next to go as soon as a driver returned. I called again 20 minutes later and was told that it "Fell out of the system." After a short pause the employee, or another employee, told me that it will be 56 minutes before I received my order. I cancelled the order. This is the 2nd time that this happened within 2 months. At least, the 1st time I was notified within 5 minutes that they did not have any drivers. I know that there is a problem for businesses to get help, but they should suspend delivery or at least informed customers of delays. I see a lot of mixed reviews about this place, I just want to say I live right around the corner and if I want to pick something up, it's always ready when they promise me, and if I want to have something delivered, I've never had an issue with it coming to me at the exact time they quoted me, I've never had an issue with the employees at this place, my food has never been wrong, I have nothing but positive to say about this place. When I ordered online Pizza Hut said 30-40 minutes. The pizza took an hour and a half to be delivered. The driver arrived and said she was the only driver working. If you have one driver you should know that nothing is getting delivered in 30-40. Super annoying. Pizza was fine. read more

I called the manager to make sure I was in the wrong and he was so friendly and verified that I did in fact order it incorrectly, but that he would provide a remake for me due to an honest error. I brought up my concern for the tip and he essentially gave money out of his own pocket since I can't charge a tip alone to my card and I don't carry cash. Since this location is convenient, I usually spring for the $9 pizza and pick it up on the way home. Pizza Hut always has coupons. I'm not a fan of pizza but it's a kid favorite. I find Pizza Hut to be reliable and good in a pinch when I know I'm not gonna be home in the evening long enough to cook dinner. I order online and specify when I'm going to pick it up. We splurged today and the hubs bought them that new bacon explosion pizza with bacon and cheese in the crust etc etc etc. I could hear arteries hardening as my dear children tore into it. Ordered online at 10:52. I get a phone call at 11:02 telling me they are closed and the driver has made their last delivery. I understand people want to go home. But, if delivery is not offered until closing time that should be specified on the website. Spoke with a young man, who then passed the phone to a young lady, giving me the excuse of how the driver has to go so far away to make this delivery so there was no way to do this one. Offered to have me pick it up. I told them that I could just complain to the owner in the morning, then she got a bit rude, said you can pick it up or I can deliver it within an hour and a half. Being a business owner myself, I don't believe that this person should be fired, as employees are only as good as the management and the training received.
