Oh man oh man where to start....its been a min since we have been to a sit down Pizza Hut. Had some family in town so we all decided to hit up the Pizza Hut by Walmart. We found a table and sat down, about 5 mins goes by and no one even acknowledged that we were even there. I got up and went up front and found some menus and brought them back to the table. After another 10 mins went by I figured they were coming and went up to the counter to order. There was one employee in back who looked right at me then went back to doing whatever they were doing. They didn't bother to tell me it's gonna be a min or even acknowledge I was even there. Finally someone showed up and took my order. We had to go remind them we had drinks so they gave us cups, there was no ice so I had to go get a cup of ice and bring it back to table and give each of us a tiny amount of ice cause the girl seems super annoyed that I had asked for ice. The food came out and it wasn't good, the pizza was bland and had very sparse toppings, they didn't bring silverware so we had to go hunt down our own. Cancelled mu order after ordering 2 hours before close. Bullshit customer service. Don't recommend.

I ordered a big dinner box at 10pm on Saturday, then I ordered a large pizza for my neighbors... I was notified that it was out for delivery at 11:17p. The tracker said it was delivered at 11:04pm I never received my order, then at 1am my neighbors finally received BOTH ORDERS!!! I am honestly never going to order delivery from Pizza Hut again! The addresses were clearly stated and correct. And I am very disappointed that I never received my order, and for how long everything took. Considering it takes maybe 10 minutes to get to my house from Pizza Hut!!! read more

My family and I just rolled into town, I thought Pizza Hut would be a nice little dinner spot. I was wrong, and I'm not sure how they stay in business with such terrible service. The young lady that was upfront was extremely rude to my wife while we were selecting our order, and after a few of her rude interactions I decided to go somewhere else. I really wanted to give this Pizza Hut location a redeeming review or a least one that is better than just "Average" but despite a new manager being posted on the entrance of the restaurant/store, it really hasn't changed much. Cleanliness is only so-so today. Food on the buffet looked as though it had been set out since early this morning(. The new Detroit style deep dish pizza was just okay, if I had to choose again I would go with a deep dish pepperoni pizza instead. Where the hell were all the toppings the food stylists carefully placed in their adds? There might have been two ounces of toppings total at most, what a disappointment with that lukewarm marinara. Ordered online and arrived a bit early. Pizza was ready to go on time, but counter clerk let it sit while taking two other orders. Pizza was still hot when I got home. Sausage, onion and green pepper pizza was very good. Certainly as good as anything similar in Helena. Definitely will order again. read more

Just moving here about a month ago, I have ordered pizza from this location twice. Both times the food took FOREVER to arrive. The second time I ordered here, they forgot items, other items were cold and soggy, (probably from taking over an hour to get here). The wings literally looked like they grabbed some chicken poppers and threw them on top of cold barbecue sauce. The salad both times was wilty and almost inedible. The cheese sticks were cold and hard, the marinara was leaking all over the place like the containers were dropped or something. I will NEVER eat at this pizza hut again, and judging from the reviews on their other location here, I probably won't eat there either. Over all I am thoroughly disappointed. read more

Never eat at the store location its filthy and gross the 500 pound guy at the cash register you can tell he just hates his job and is just rude seems like him and his crew would rather be outside smoking cigs then making your pizza. The couple times I ordered delivery from them the pizza was super skimpy and the dough was so thin it had holes in the bottom of it with so much grease the pizza was soggy. read more

DONT ORDER FROM THIS ONE IN HELENA! On multiple occasions, I have had to wait over an hour and a half to receive my food. Also, on multiple occasions they get my order wrong. I have given this Pizza Hut too many chances to get it right. No more. We walked in last nite 9/22/15 and the dinning room had a couple of customers but they were NOT slammed. We stood at the front counter for almost 10 minutes. While waiting a-- guy walked over to the cash register right in front of us and got something , looked at us and walked away... the female waitress grabbed things and just looked at us and walked away NO ONE SAID A WORD TO US... HOW RUDE.. YOU DO NOT RUN A GOOD BUSINESS LIKE THIS.. SO we left. Never again!!!!!
