It's 2025 they cannot figure out how to make the app work for their store (which is the way you get points and discounts) and anytime you call in they tell you "do it on the app" I've never had this issue at any other dominos ever!! Ridiculous!! read more

I am staying in a motel. Instead of the delivery guy bringing my order 2 my door, he handed it over 2 a stranger off the streets!!! I called the store, as it had been at least 25 min since the driver left. The manager said the driver verified it was me when he handed it out. The driver said this happens in motel lobbies all the time. If someone claims it's their food, then they give em YOUR food! wtf?! He never went into the lobby, according 2 mgmt. He handed this crackhead my food at the top of the stairs. I not only have witnesses that r staying here as well, bit the coveted plastic fork is also sitting on the top stair, where he handed her the pasta & she grabbed it so quick, she dropped the fork! I called Josh, the manager. Again, he says his driver said he verified. "How did he do that? What did he do EXACTLY 2 verify, since I paid with a debit card?!" Again he said, "He verified". Just like that!!! He wouldn't get up off his ASS at the FRONT COUNTER 2 go ask his driver & didn't give TWO shots about my food. I can't believe how lazy, rude, AND out-of-control the management is, let alone the rest of the crew!! read more

Domino's Pizza - This schmuck doesn't care at all about customers!!! Fire this douchebag!! - Pizza Near Me - Helena, Montana

Order 2 Canadian bacon with pineapple. They were ready when we arrived. Good pizzas but could have used more of the toppings.

Ordered a 14" large carry out pizza with sausage and onions. Received an overcooked pizza, like cardboard, with very little marinara sauce and a light scattering of tasteless cheese and 11 pieces of sausage. Quite a disappointing surprise when we got home with it and opened the box. I'm sorry I didn't take a picture to prove what a horrible pizza we received. We couldn't eat it and dumped it outside where we feed the magpies, crows and ravens. We've ordered many pizzas here in the past, but this was the poorest excuse of a pizza we have ever received. It was horrible and inedible. You can do better anywhere else! read more

Excellent Pizza Excellent Service! I don't care what anybody says, this Dominos makes it happen! I will go back and I do recommend! 5 stars! A++ read more

These guys can't seem to get it right in Helena sadly. According to the pizza tracker. It took 14 minutes for them to inspect my pizza after it came out of the oven, before it left the store. Then it took 33-34 minutes to arrive at my driveway. Cold of course. Problem with that is. It takes 7 minutes to drive from my house to dominos. I have to drive one block away from it 3 times a week in peak traffic hours. Takes me 7 minutes. Takes their delivery driver 34 minutes in the evening on a sunday. Spoke to the manager, what a delightful person. The kind of guy that can make you want to kill people with a brick. He must have a lot of experience with this sort of thing. He just repeatedly said "ok", and then hung up the phone. When I tried to call back, I couldn't get an answer. I would just like to get my money back. I kind of feel like if a guy is going to pay to be screwed. The transaction should include something that's at least warm. read more

Tried to order a pizza at 11:30, they close at 12:00 on Thursday. The worker refused to make a pizza. I was willing to pick up, but he refused. So I went to the hotel and ordered once again, this time the sad worker cancelled the online order. It is hard to find people who want to work these days. read more

First the driver said he couldn't deliver our pizza because of construction, then when it came it was cold and did not have extra cheese like I paid for. When I called the store, the person who answered the phone said it wasn't the drivers fault there was construction but didn't offer to replace the cold pizza. Not ordering from dominos again. read more

Only thing worse than ordering bad pizza is not getting it at all ... got contactless delivery and gave good instructions but I guess someone stole it ...? Called the store and got the 'nuh uh we did it' ... so I say bring another. 'Ovens are off sorry pal I guess we can refund it ...'. Whatever read more

I made a on-line order for a pick-up for 3:30, unfortunately my Daughter was in a car accident on her way. I called the store around 4 to let them know what happened and to hold our pizza's we will be coming but not sure when. Not only did they hold our pizza's but they remade them for us (FRESH) after that stressful ordeal it put a smile on everyone's face Thank You Dominos Dudes You Rock!! read more

Well let's put it this way got a large 5 cheese added pepperoni to it and got a pizza with no cheese. Called to complain and they said the best they can do is a free medium pizza, well that would be great and all if first pizza was remotely edible, and 2 straight up theivery to not just replace what was paid for, crooks will never order from these guys again not only does it take forever if they mess up they treat you like a criminal trying to get free shit. If you didn't mess up to begin with there would be no issue. Go anywhere but here read more

I requested extra sauce because I don't like pizza that's like eating cardboard. Well, they went ahead and gave me some really, really dry pizza. It's like I asked for light sauce. So, if dry cardboard pizza is what you like then this is the place for you. I guess making pizza is really complicated and confusing for the people that they hire here. read more

I learned tonight that cold pizza isn't as good as I remember from my college years..... I ordered pizza for a family bday party and sent my high schooler to pick it up. Of the 7 pizzas ordered, they gave him 3. When my son got home, I called the store and asked and they said, "oh yeah, they are sitting right here". I asked politely if they could deliver them since it was clearly their mistake, and the response was "no, we are too slammed". Well... if you keep up with this poor customer service, you won't have to worry about that very long. Absolutely horrible service and not my first issue with this location. Thinking about contacting corporate to make a complaint too read more

Unevenly baked medium, traditional crust pepperoni pizza. Surly delivery person. No napkins. They were within the time they said they'd deliver. When I ordered my pizza, the initial answer-message said "this location is hiring for all positions and all hours." Perhaps I'll apply. read more

Bad service, period. I was watching my order on the online order tracker, and it sat in the restaurant for nearly half and hour before getting out for delivery. Predictably, it was cold. I think it probably would have been really good if it was hot. So much more the pity. I'm not going to nuke a place based on one bad delivery experience. I understand that things sometimes happen that leave you shorthanded. When this happens a couple of times in a row, though, it's indicative of poor staffing and management. Papa John's and Godfather's are both better pizza with much better service. Sometimes my wife wants something other than pizza, though, when we order out. Too bad that I've got to scratch Domino's off my list. Other locations have been much better than this one. read more

Just popped in to grab a large 3 topping pizza to go. The pizza was made quickly and was a great deal at 7.99! It was great pizza however the reason for the review is because all of the staff we encountered were so friendly and helpful!! So nice to find a place with such great staff..Well done!!! read more

Pizza is decent, but the four-star review is partly to thank them for taking COVID seriously. They are really busy these days and they have a good setup to limit contact between people. We appreciate that. Went there recently to pick up a big order. They messed up one of the pizzas and had to remake it. No big deal, but they offered me a free soda because of the wait. Very nice of them. read more

Chicken wings were fatty and soggy and over all nasty! And they didn't even bring the correct dipping sauce. 30$ disgusting dinner.

While it is fun to watch their timer tell you how your pizza is coming along, I miss the days where a pizza was delivered in 30 minutes or so. They estimated a 82 minute wait at 7:30pm on a Wednesday night. However they did manage to get it to me in just shy of an hour. The driver was friendly but obviously rushed. And the food was good, exactly what you would expect from a major pizza chain. read more

Domino's Pizza - Meat and bacon pizza! - Pizza Near Me - Helena, Montana

They won't deliver to my place cause it's too far. Won't deliver to their parking lot at 11pm, cause for some reason their takeout is closed, yet they are still open. Next time I'll just make up an address on the far end of town and sit in my car until delivery driver arrives with my already paid order read more

Customer Service at its worst. People yelling on the phone to long time customers. Meat in vegetarian pizza and pasta. Endless list of shocking moments. Avoid at all costs read more

The delivery guy was a dick! Other than that not bad.the pizza was hot and the delivery was fast. But he was still a cock sucker.

Fast online service. Food delivered hot! Kind of fun to "watch" the progress of the food. Can monitor being prepared to delivered!

Am a regular consumer of Domino's Pizza, Helena and typically book online. Today, as usual I booked online and noticed that the tracker provided the status as 'Delivered' after 30 minutes even though it was not delivered to me yet. I called up the store just to double check that I did not miss the delivery. Before I could even explain, the person Jason started accusing ( in a extremely irritable voice) me of talking over him--- then he yelled at me and cut the phone. Finally he showed up for delivery with the pizza and yelled at me again and suggested that he does not need to explain anything as to why this happened and he will cancel the pizza. If this is the service being meted out to patrons who order every week (like I do) - I shudder to think what happens to casual customers. Also, it has taken me this extremely unsavory incident to talk about other issues of this particular dominoes outlet. If you are vegetarian - expect to see some chunks of meat in at least 3 of the 10 vegetarian orders that you make. Not going back read more

HORRIBLE experience!! Here is report sent to Helena domino's: DRIVER handed me something and said I had to fill it out --I complained about time- was over 1 1/2 hours driver said "fuck you if you're gonna have that attitude" then took pizzas and left- I called to complain and person said it left 40 minutes after I ordered- was not almost 2 hours!! I said I had better not get charged for them- he said well at least you got your order- I said NO I DID NOT-HE TOOK PIZZAS & LEFT ALSO I called after over an hour and was told had not left yet- will be another 25 minutes before it leaves (or maybe before I get it?)!! I should have canceled at that point & called Pizza Hut SO TO YOU I QUOTE YOUR DRIVER- FUCK YOU IF YOU ARE GOING TO HAVE THAT ATTITUDE read more

I ordered pizza to be delivered to feed students. I made arrangements to pay by credit card and requested an itemized receipt. I was told my order would arrive in 45 minutes, which was about right on. However, there was no itemized receipt and we received the wrong pizza. I called the driver who told me to call the store to report the problem. Before I could do that, he called me back to say he had my pizza and would deliver it soon. Soon was another 45 minutes when he delivered our now cold pizza. So an hour and a half after ordering we were finally able to eat. The obvious solution would have been to just eat the mistake pizza, but it contained toppings that some of my students couldn't eat due to dietary restrictions. About the only redeeming factor was that they finally delivered the itemized receipt, but never an apology. The employee I reported the problem to just said, "I don't like to work with him. He never does anything." The food was OK, nothing spectacular, and cold. Surely there is better pizza delivery in Helena. read more

Dominos has made a remarkable improvement in food quality over the past year and the store in Helena consistently delivers a good product. Their online ordering system is easy and efficient. First off I Officially hate Dominos Pizza I just moved to Montana and was in the hospital for over a week and when I was in the hospital I decided to order food from this place I ordered the chicken nuggets thins and I only ate three when I could tell they where frozen I called three times and spoke to a guy name Richard and he refunded my money then Friday April 27, 2018 I was in the hospital again and decided to order again I ordered a pizza and cinnamon twist so my food was delivered around 10:15pm and when I opened the box my pizza looked like someone dumped a bag of chips in the box and to make things worse my cinnamon twist where cold and hard I called them three times and they kept hanging up on me so then I decided to call on Saturday and I spoke to Richard and he said he would give me store credit as we where talking he was rude kept rushing the conversation and he ask if I was the one who complained last month about the chicken I was yes then he's attitude did a 360 he started to disrespect me and then he yelled at me and said I got to go and he hung up,, I was so upset I actually cried because I've never had anyone be so rude and disrespectful to me after I calmed down thirty minutes later I called back and some girl answers the phone and she told Richard it was me as she was cussing at me and being disrespectful I hear Richard in the back round telling the girl to ( hang up on that b**ch) so I've decided to take them to court the slander and verbally abuse,,, read more
