Everything could be improved. I've been waiting for over 2 hours for my carry out order. No sense of urgency or competency.

I'm super picky about wings. I travel all over the states for work. And I have to say these are…read moresome of the best wings I've ever had. The perfect crispiness, not drenched in sauce. I also like the fact that you can order the sauce on the side. Speaking of sauces...They have a very large selection to choose from. The staff were very welcoming and the food came out quick, hot and fresh. I'm craving them while writing this review lol so I'll be stopping by there this evening. Don't hesitate about this place. It's great!

I'll be honest....I only went here twice. Both times the wings were very tiny and the sauces had…read moreno flavor. The fries were nothing special. I am thinking that this place is more famous for their adult chicken nuggets aka boneless wings, than traditional or "real" wings. But I don't eat those and I kind of expected a place with "wing" in its name would have really good wings. I'm a huge wing guy. I make them. I eat a lot of them. In town Aviator with their smoked wings are the best. Wingin' It is pretty good if you ask for them extra crispy. Their sauces are hit or miss. Apex wings has some of the best anywhere. Sadly the wings here wouldn't appear on a list of wing places to try. I would go to a big franchise like WingStop before going here and I try to avoid most franchises. That being said...I know this is a franchise but I believe it is locally owned. The staff here was very nice and professional. I don't think they did anything wrong. I just think that the wings here are not notable. I wouldn't eat at another one of their franchises after this one. They have an app with some deals if you're a fan.

They have expanded over the years and always seem to have a place to sit. There is a bar which is always pretty full. Plenty of monitors around to catch your game, even in dining area. We had a group of 6 and was seated immediately and took care of by Sarrah. We ordered sodas and waters except me, PBR. Elected to start with Nachos as an app. It was ok but seem to be missing a little more cheese. The food order was Fish & Chips, Beef Sliders, Reuben Sandwich, Pimento Bacon Burger and basket of Sweet Potato Fries. Everything came out at once and was medium hot. Sarrah stayed ontop of drink refills and checked in regularly. I do say wish there was a little more pimento cheese on burger, hardly tasted it. Sorry for no pics, too much talking with family. Will be back in future.

I'm going to jump right in on why I gave two stars in 2017 and 2026. Order accuracy. I frequent…read moreTCB next door and I have ordered from Wingin' It dozens of times. I have a list of all of their wing sauce flavors with how I rated them to encourage myself to try them all. Almost every single time I place an order, it's wrong. If you order from here you need to do what I do....open up the bag, open up the boxes, then show them what they forgot or did wrong. It never fails that every single time I've not checked...I get home or back to TCB and then I see they left out half of the order, gave us regular fries instead of sweet potato. NEVER FAILS. Check your orders! One other tip, order the wings well done or crispy. They come out way better. They are stingy on the sauces so if you like them extra wet order them that way but usually the regular way is good. Dining in is a completely different experience. I would give them 3 stars for dining in, 3.5 if I'm being honest. Service is usually a bit lousy. It's loud. Bathroom is typically dirty with trashcans overflowing on busy weekends. It's practically a dive bar in disguise. I enjoy their tots. The onion straws come with a "spicy ranch" that isn't spicy at all. As far as wings go in town. Apex wings has some of the best as does Aviator who smokes their wings which in my opinion should be required of all wings. Wing It On is not good at all. Everywhere else is un-notable. Here are my thoughts on some of the wing sauces: * Spicy Honey Mustard - not that spicy and tasted more like Buffalo than honey mustard * Tequila Sunrise - very sweet. Lots of orange flavor. No real hint of tequila. * Gold rush - meh. * Pina Colada - weak flavor. Tastes like coconut chicken * Bang bang - no flavor * Mango habanero - pretty good but not hot * Hot honey - not hot. Sweet * Sesame teriyaki- ok. Not bad. * Awesome Sauce - awful. Almost couldn't eat them. * Hot Raspberry- good. Nice heat and sweet * Chili Lime - really good. * Jamaican Jerk - also really good

I did not know this gem was in Fuquay. One of my coworkers told me about this place. She's a foodie…read morelike me so I know she has good recommendations. They greeted me as soon at I walked in the door, so nice! I placed a pick up order for a flounder platter. It comes with 2 sides and either a roll or hush puppies. I chose the Mac n cheese, candied yams, and hush puppies. They have lots of sides to choose from. I will say the food was amazing! The hush puppies however tasted like fish so I wasn't a fan of that. I wanted to order one of their many desserts but on the online ordering they only had 2 pound cake options and I really wanted to try their banana pudding. I will definitely be back for more!! It was affordable and they have an easy parking lot to get in and out of. Which is important to me when I get only 30 mins for lunch.

I love supporting local businesses and the people here are always super friendly. This is a buffet, but they weigh the food and you pay by the pound. I thought it was all you can eat but found out differently today. I had my plate loaded with mostly veggies and one piece of chicken. It was more money than I expected and would normally spend for lunch, but I was really full when I was done. Got a piece of yellow cake with chocolate icing that was really good too. Not a fancy place but great food!

Taking a break from the workday, we decided to have lunch at the bar at The Mason Jar Tavern. It…read moreturned out to be a great choice. We struck up conversations with several locals, including a few fellow educators--and even our bartender. There's a genuine sense of community here, and the atmosphere is friendly, relaxed, and welcoming. I went with the Fried Green Tomato BLT, a creative take on the classic sandwich. Instead of the usual tomato, it features two crisp fried green tomatoes paired with candied bacon, lettuce, fresh tomato, and roasted garlic aioli. The combination works particularly well--the tangy, slightly tart fried green tomatoes provide a great contrast to the sweet, smoky bacon, while the roasted garlic aioli brings everything together. At $12, it's a very satisfying lunch. I paired it with a pilsner. The beer selection is particularly noteworthy, given the restaurant's connection to Mason Jar Lager Co., the local Fuquay-Varina brewery. It's a nice touch that reinforces the tavern's connection to the local community. Overall, The Mason Jar Tavern is an exceptionally good casual restaurant--comfortable, welcoming, and the kind of place where you can come in for lunch and easily find yourself lingering a little longer than planned.

The goat cheese is a nice touch. But today is my birthday, so I ordered the ribeye sandwich. It's the best. It's like a Philly Cheesesteak, but instead they use red peppers and American cheese. I am from Wisconsin and though it is sacrilegious to boast about American cheese, I'm telling you it's the best switch up steak sandwich I've ever eaten. I'm never eating another Philly cheesesteak AGAIN. And if I ever cook a steak sandwich at home, I'll try and copy the recipe from the Mason Jar. Many thanks for a delicious #41. And if you're someone leaving bad reviews, I suggest going to church or ashram or temple or something, because we should all be GRATEFUL to be able to eat anything at all! Haven't you ever been through a health crisis where you were unable to eat normally for a prolonged period of time? Czech yourself! Do you know how lucky you are to be ALIVE? Fantastic bar service as well! Peace and Love!

While there ended up being a technical issue at the location. Things happen. Systems glitch. Busy nights get chaotic. What truly matters is how a business handles it and this team handled it with integrity and professionalism. The staff were clearly under a lot of pressure from frustrated customers, yet they remained respectful. I especially want to acknowledge General Manager Holly. She personally spoke with me, sincerely apologized, refunded my order, and offered a complimentary meal for me and my husband. Her empathy and accountability really stood out. Having worked in customer service myself, I know how tough those moments can be especially when you care about your team and your customers. I could tell she genuinely felt bad about what happened, and that means a lot. This Wingstop has always had great service, timely deliveries, and friendly drivers, and one rough night doesn't change that. I appreciate how they handled the situation and I will absolutely continue supporting this location. Please remember: the people behind the counter are human too. A little grace goes a long way.

I am really disappointed with what happened to me today with this Wingstop. I did an online…read moredelivery order. I received a text message update saying that the food was picked up and on its way for delivery. A few minutes later, I received another text message and an online notification that the order was canceled, and I needed to submit a new order. I tried calling the store four times with no answer. This time, I placed an online carryout order instead and went to pick it up myself. When I got there, I told the rep at the cash register my name and that I was here to pick up my order. She handed me two bags. I was only expecting one bag so I questioned the second bag only to find out that one was the delivery order and the second was the carryout order. I was quite surprised that my delivery order was sitting there waiting for me to pick it up although I received notification from several sources that it was canceled. I asked to speak to a manager because it made no sense that my delivery order said it was canceled, and I needed to submit a new order only to then be presented with that same delivery order when I arrived to pick up my carryout order. It was an online order so I had already paid. When they told me the delivery order was canceled, I was expecting a refund of that order, but apparently it did not issue a refund. It just charged me for the second order that I placed, which was the carryout order. I told the manager that I will not be paying for that delivery order because I was told it was canceled and that I needed to do a second order. The manager said that she was unable to issue a refund at that time, and she took my name, phone number, and order number and said her manager will investigate and get back to me. In the meantime, she also gave me the delivery order to take home as a result of this issue and said that I would get a refund. There is no way that I am paying for a delivery order that wasn't delivered due to them canceling it, resulting in me having to do a replacement order. Then they had the nerve to charge me for both orders! The cancelation of my delivery order which sat on a shelf waiting to be picked up alongside my carryout order seems like fraudulent behavior and is reminiscent of a scam! I don't like this one bit, and I expect a full refund of my delivery order! The only highlight to this fiasco is that the wings were good, and my mother enjoyed the corn.
