Here is a recap of our food choices: -Wings: predominant smokey flavor, fried and dipped in one of 8 sauces. The wing was nicely cooked - no pink insides. The skin of the wing was a bit cripsier than i would prefer. The Alabama White sauce is mayo based, slightly sweet with not much seasoning or spice. It made the wings nicely moist.
