Great experience i got evryting correct the pizza was fresh and tasty . You can tell they care !

Pizza sucked workers were nice but doing the bare minimum . They need some motivation up in there .

Loved it food was fresh and full flavor thank you everything was how I order and on time

Look at these beauties! Pizza Hut has really stepped up their game! These were piping hot and taste as good as they look! The girl at the Castaic store ( Reagan) was a total sweetheart! She is so nice , friendly and professional. I really appreciated the clean store, great service and amazing pizzas! read more

the team here, especially Kayle and Scott the managers are exceptional workers in not only their work ethic but also their customer service. Even when they're there alone and running behind i have always been impressed with them and their attention to detail and kindness. Highly recommended on that basis alone. read more

WORST PIZZA! MINIMAL SAUCE, CHEESE AND TOPPINGS! The quality is about the same as Little Caesars, but at 3 TIMES the price. Do yourself a favor... Either spend a couple more dollars and get a good pizza or save yourself a lot of money and go to Little Caesars for the same crap. read more

Pizza Hut - Pepperoni, Sausage and Pineapple. VERY LOW QUALITY WITH MINIMAL TOPPINGS! - Pizza Near Me - Castaic, California

This food was dry I got the wings and it lacked buffalo sauce. My sons got personal pizzas each and they weren't hot or warm

So I ordered my pizza 1 hour ago and it's still sitting at the location according to Chris the manager said I can't get my pizza because there's no driver he called out so if I wouldn't have called I would still be waiting for it and he's answer was we're busy so yeah your gonna wait until we find someone to deliver it for you ( I'm still stunned) that's his answer he said sit and wait for your food to get delivered horrible customer service and now I have to find out how to get food NEVER AGAIN!!!! 0 stars I'm so upset my son has school and now I have to go out and get food what's the point on having this stupid app that they can't even call and let me know they weren't delivering it!!!!! SO NOT ORDER FROM THEM read more

The rating would be higher if this location consistently picked up the phone! I love the Detroit style and the pepperoni pizza. If your short staffed you need to pay more. read more

Worst pizza I have ever had!! Burnd, dry, almost no cheese even I paid for extra cheese and it's overpriced. Don't go there people.

This has got to be one of the worst Pizza Huts in the country. Quoted half an hour for my order, got here an hour and fifteen minutes later. Driver didn't even attempt to enter my unlocked and wide open apartment building to deliver to my unit. Wanted me to come down to him instead. Lazy, but whatever. I get there, he shoves the receipt and pen at me and tells me to sign. On what? My other hand? I'm handed my already cold boxes of food and he immediately gets back into his car while I stand there checking what's in the boxes because they're not the right size. He drives off, I'm left wondering why I'm holding a medium cheese pizza when I ordered a personal pan pizza. So I call. I'm on hold for 5 minutes before anyone actually picks up and the person on the other end looks up my order and tells me they were out of personal pan pizza crust so that's why they sent me a medium regular crust cheese. I told them they should check with the person who orders before making substitutions. They offered a discount on my next order or to send out a medium pan pizza. I declined both, as I don't plan on waiting another hour for a cold pizza. I'll file a chargeback with my card tomorrow. There's no wonder why this place has one star, the only question is how they're still open. read more

STAY AWAY! Tried this store out and it was horrible. Long black hair in my pizza sauce. Not greeted when I walked in. I was ignored for several minutes before I was helped. Place was dirty. Food tasted weird. This place seriously needs new management. Pizza Hut needs to do an overhaul on management starting from the top. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE. read more

Ordered for delivery through GrubHub. They forgot an item from the order and made an entirely different pizza from the one I ordered.

Where do we start? I ordered online and was notified my pizza would be ready in 15-20 minutes. When I got there the employee told me that a driver inadvertently took my order on his run, so they would have to start my order all over again. No big deal. Then the employee started making pizzas, with his bare hands, after handling cash and coins at the register, and not washing his hands in between. Overall, the location seems mismanaged and doesn't present itself as the cleanest food handling establishment. It's just not worth it, no matter what discounts or specials they present. There are so many better option in the area. Bye Felicia! read more

I ordered a Spicy Double Pepperoni pizza last night. Delivery was fine, not much else was. First of all, the pizza was not hot, in fact it was barely warm. What was worse was there was hardly any pepperoni on it! There was not double pepperoni, in fact there wasn't even enough pepperoni to qualify as a regular pepperoni pizza. When you advertise double pepperoni, please put a lot of pepperoni on it! I wanted to submit a review and comments on the Pizza Hut feedback site. Unfortunately, the survey code was ripped off the bottom of the receipt, and you can't submit anything without the survey code. On purpose? I wouldn't be surprised. Very disappointing. read more

Actually called the store reminding them about the ranch dressing and then asked the driver if there was ranch when she arrived. "It should be in the box." It wasn't. They offered me $3 store credit when I called and told them. I refused as I didn't see myself ever ordering pizza hut in Stevenson Ranch again. Do they not understand that being able to dip the crust in ranch is like 80% of what makes ordering pizza great? :'( read more

I am so irritated right now that I really wish I could put zero starts on this review! Anytime I purchase something my biggest thing is having great customer service. I placed an order online and it said it would arrive by 6:35pm it was taking longer and I kept refreshing the "order tracker" just to see that it kept saying it was being made. I wanted to give them time since I assumed they might be backed up. At 7:05pm (over an hour from when I placed my order) I had my husband call. He spoke with Anthony the "manager" who proceeded to tell him that they were short staffed and the pizza is just sitting there already made and it would take another 45 minutes to get to us. Let me also state that he was extremely rude from the moment he picked up the phone. Meaning, it would take 2 hours from when we ordered for us to receive cold pizza, wings and pasta. As my husband is speaking with him trying to figure out a solution, Anthony proceeds to tell him that he's not going to apologize for being short staffed and he's no going to be "empathetic" we're his exact words. He could either pick it up or just cancel the order in a very condescending and rude tone. Listen, there is no way you should be called the manager when you can not have a decent interaction with a customer, there is definitely no excuse for that. I will not be ordering from this place again! read more

This place is the worst for pizza and service. We ordered 2 pizzas and it took almost 2 hours to get them after calling them and asking where they were. When we finally received them the driver tossed them on the bench at the front door They were both cold, when i called they made nothing but excuses. I asked for a refund and they told me it would take 5 to 6 days read more

Do not go here!! There is absolutely no customer service at this location. After waiting an hour for my online order I finally received it even though the board said it should have been completed 35 minutes before. There was ONE person working and one delivery guy who I saw come and go twice in the time I was there. Not once did either of them approach the counter to offer any type of customer service. No one answered the phone which happened to be ringing off the hook at dinner time. This place is a joke. When one of the customers waiting two orders behind me asked where his order was the delivery guy just shrugged his shoulders and said IDK. read more

Copy and paste of the email I sent to Pizza Hut. 0/5 stars review, but Yelp doesn't allow that. We placed the order at 6:23 PM with a 45-50 minute delivery window. At 7:40 we called, as it had been way past the delivery window and the food had not arrived. The store had no clue about our order and said they would look for our food and if they couldn't find it, they would re-make it, with 25-35 minutes for a new delivery. At this point it had been way over an hour and with the new delivery window we would be closing in on 2 hours. The kicker is they only offered us $20 store credit which HAD to be used within 30 days. So not only did you not deliver the order as promised, now I would have to wait 2 hours and get only $20 which I had to use in 30 days. What a joke. There was no apology from the manager just this insufficient offer. Needless to say we cancelled the order and went to Dominos who delivered the food faster than quoted. Plus it was $15 cheaper. This customer service was terrible. read more

I am from Detroit, I ordered a Detroit style medium. The sauce was in a little trail down the middle of the pieces, not spread across the whole pizza. The crust was not cooked completely in the middle. It needed another 5 min in the oven. There was only 1 or two pepperoni on each piece. There needs to be better cooking and more pepperoni. I will not order this again. Look at Buddy's pizza in Detroit and learn what a good Detroit style pizza is all about. read more

Garbage. Service like they don't want you to ever try again. Pizza that tastes like they used gasoline in the sauce. What the hell. Go away. read more

Horrible customer service. Ok making someone wait over ten minutes just to take my order. Ended up leaving before anyone came to help.

I'll make it short. 20 min. turned into 45, no one wearing masks, wrong size pizzas than what I ordered, rude people, pizza terrible. Never again. read more

NEVER ORDER ANYTHING AT THIS LOCATION!! Bad service and NOT TRAINED AND SKILLED MANAGER AND MANAGEMENT!! I am sooo mad and will report to headquarter for their bad management. Maybe they gave me wrong managers name, but I have receipts so headquarter could find out who worked at that time. read more

Really terrible. Ordered over Uber eats and it was made indirectly. I asked for no cheese and got it anyway. The crust is dry and gross, the pizza just isn't worth it. read more

I'm writing this review because of one reason and one reason only... Pizza Hut now has a gluten free pizza offering. Three stars for the taste. 1/2 star for the fact they are making an effort to be GF. 1/2 a star for the way the delivery guy followed directions. Domino's has had a GF pizza for some time now and has always been my go-to for late night munchies. But to find out that another widespread chain pizza place (i.e. a place that is open better hours than local pizza joints) is starting to do GF pizza, well, I just had to try it out. Domino's makes their own crusts. They do not guarantee that there will be no cross-contamination (I've only gotten sick once out of the dozens upon dozens of times I've ordered their pizza). Their crusts feel "made in store" when in the mouth getting chewed up. Pizza Hut uses "Certified Gluten Free crusts made by Udi's". This is a good concept. Using a certified gluten free crust makes it seem like the pizza will have no chance of cross-contamination BUT are they really cleaning the area well before putting the pizza together? Are they sure flour dust isn't settling on the crust? Who knows? I would assume it isn't 100000% safe every time. The Udi's brand is decent. Some of their products are really good. Some of them are just okay. Their pizza crusts have always been one of the products that I deem "just okay". Since it is pre-formed and then packaged it always has a very dry/chewy feel to it. This pizza from Pizza Hut was no different. The pizza slices were stiff but because I spent $22 on a 10" pizza by adding 5 toppings and extra cheese... it still tasted really good. I will probably switch back and forth between Pizza Hut and Domino's now just for a change of pace. But if it isn't too late at night I will get pizza elsewhere like at my favorite GF pizza provider... Big Mama's and Papa's Pizzeria (see other review for them). The extra 1/2 star for the delivery driver is because I put a request for him to knock extra loud because there is a habit among delivery peeps around here to not knock loud enough. When he arrived he banged so loud on the door that my roommate jumped. Now that is how you follow directions! read more

Wish I could give this place zero stars!! Worst customer service. This place only gets worse.

They delivered the wrong pizza and when we called them to complain about it I was put on hold for 15mins and then they hung up on me!! Not the first time they messed up either but never gonna order from them again!! read more

Great place to pickup your pizza's with on the go lifestyles. I always place my order online and pickup my pizza's withih 15 minutes. They're always ready and waiting for us. Compete HACK of a pizza hutt. Kennedy, the (general manager) so she claims, states that since it's so close to closing they're only accepting carry out, when I said that was against company policy, she claimed they were short staffed. Had nothing but attitude the entire time. If I could give a zero star I would. If you hate what you do then just quit, or at least try anything to improve your skills in whatever it is you enjoy doing so that you don't have to do something you hate. Called order in at 5:31. "Hello this is Castaic Pizza Hut". Placed order Arrived 25minutes later to pick up. No order!! There were not even any orders waiting and no one on production line. Placed new order. Asked for a deal since we now have to wait and are meeting friends for dinner. "This is the deal" she says. I can't offer you any better. Ok. Outside waiting and typing this. Last time Pizza Hut. I worked in the food biz for 15 years and even for Pizza Hut for one of them ( in management). I would have offered extra toppings at the least. One free dessert. A drink while you now have to sit and wait. Nothing. Goodbye Pizza Hut Castaic. read more
