They have strong ethic and great customer service. The only thing to be warned of is that it's very busy here and the food is prepared from scratch, so you will wait for your FRESHLY COOKED DELICIOUSNESS. I recommend the $12 sandwiches in the original or "secret sauce" if you're on a budget, but the rice bowl and wings are great for a higher price point. I tried the Caribbean flavored rice bowl today, to try a new flavor(they have like 14). I was spicy, savory, and was enough for two to three people. I also enjoyed their staple fried wings with "secret sauce," which also has a kick. It is made from a sort of hoison/soy sauce with a little spiciness. Very flavorful with every bite, and a few wings is filling. The onion rings and sweet potatoes were both fresh and supplemented the meal just right. They are busy here from open to close, due to their consistent quality, so hurry and get your order in before they sell out! Thanks BB.Q!

There's a huge probability your order will be wrong and they will not give a DAMN. I've been coming here from time to time over the last several years but normally ordering for pick up since BWW notoriously has slow service and I think my order accuracy has a rate of like 20% or something. After a long ass day at work, I had ordered delivery ahead of time to enjoy dinner with my wife and relax when we both got home. A fatal mistake. My order consisted of 20 boneless wings + fries, 20 traditional wings + fries, and mozzarella sticks. When the food was delivered, I had received 40 boneless + fries and the mozzarella sticks. I live about 25 minutes away due to evening city traffic. I had called the location to report on the error to get either a refund or a charge adjustment due to the price difference of the wings. Instead, they made me BRING MY ENTIRE ORDER back to the restaurant. ????. I was like okay sure, maybe they'll comp me for making me drive all the way back. Nope. I get there and they make me prove that my order was wrong so I showed them the contents of all of my boxes plus order receipt. Someone came out and apologized and said they would remake my traditional wing order. That's when I realized, they were ONLY going to remake the incorrect part of the order. Then I said, "hol' up, wait a minute, you made me bring back my ENTIRE order. It's been another 25 minutes totaling 50 minutes since this ordered was initially ready for delivery. It's going to be cold by the time I get back home." Then they said "sure we'll remake the ENTIRE order." So then I inquired about getting a refund or compensated for all the charges I incurred through delivery since I'm technically now doing a pick up and that's when another employee who I was not speaking with rudely interjected with the most "Ackchyually" tone saying that refunds and issues are not handled by them when I used apps like DoorDash or Uber eats. Then I showed that I had, in fact, ordered through their app. DoorDash literally says to contact BWW since I ordered through their system which ultimately partnered with DoorDash. MISS ME WITH THAT. Honestly, I would've been more understanding if it was super busy... but it was kinda slow for a Friday night. There were more empty tables than parties on the floor. The entire 20 minutes I waited awkwardly at the pick up counter, only two groups came in. A pair to dine in and another to do a pick up. After bringing up the fact that I'm now an hour and a half into this, the lady I was speaking with took down my information to resolve the delivery charge issues (which I knew was totally bogus because this all happened two weeks ago and I haven't been contacted) to try to soothe my HULK RAGE. Just kidding, I did mention how irritated and hangry I was though. Finally after just over two hours, I finally arrived back home thinking I had the most perfect BWW order ever. How NIAVE of me because they forgot to add the GAHTDANG marinara sauce in the box of mozzarella sticks. I didn't even get to keep the incorrect order that they made me bring back. :(

He was working hard and doing his best to keep everything running. We ordered medium chicken tikka masala and butter chicken pizzas, along with a salad and garlic cheese breadsticks. The pizza crust was perfectly chewy and crisp, and the combinations of toppings worked well together. However, the flavors were lighter than I expected. A more flavorful sauce or stronger spices would help bring everything together and allow the flavors to stand out more. Overall, the food was good, but it was simply good. Instead, she waited another 30 minutes without a single update, explanation, or apology. We understand restaurants get busy and delays happen. What bothered us was the complete lack of communication or acknowledgment of the inconvenience. When I called to speak with the manager and request a refund, I was told we would have to physically return the pizza (and admitted he would throw it away). I explained that our complaint wasn't about the food itself, but the excessive wait and poor service. Rather than discussing the situation or offering an apology, the "manager" refused to discuss it further and hung up on me abruptly. Needless to say that was very insulting behavior for a manager, assuming he was who he claimed to be. I understand businesses have refund policies, but I would expect management to demonstrate some basic courtesy and professionalism when addressing a legitimate customer complaint. A simple apology and honest communication could have made a significant difference. Unfortunately, neither the original experience nor management's response reflected that. As longtime customers at this location, we are extremely disappointed because the quality of their food is wonderful, but this experience is completely unacceptable. I hope they do not treat any of their other customers in such a disgraceful way!

It would have been nice if she had let me know, so I could have chosen to wait. I could have waited and ordered our regular food first. This situation made a late lunch/early dinner less enjoyable (I felt frustrated). It might not seem like a big deal, but I've only been to Finney's a few times. Some restaurants have gotten pricey, the prices online at Ameci were reasonable, we were not sure what the pasta portions would be like at those prices but decided to give it a go. I tried ordering online but the order never processed the browse just sat. I didn't want to risk ordering again and having two orders so I called. Everyone on the phone was so nice. They checked, the order did not go through and I asked if I could order by phone which they happily did. We got an Italian salad, eggplant with spaghetti and lasagna. When I went to pick it up, the place smelled delicious walking in. You can see the kitchen and everything looked clean, my order was ready, I paid and was on my way quickly, The main bag I was handed was heavy. No worries about portion size! Everything came in metal circular containers which was great, no styrofoam! The plastic lids were a little flimsy, but I don't know what else you could use, you kind of need the extra domed space, I don't know that the flat paper lids would work but it might be worth a try. Part of the edge of my lid came apart and plastic fell into the eggplant, luckily I saw it while eating, because it kind of stood out n the light, so I picked it out. All portions were generous. The salad I expected mostly iceberg maybe some romaine, I was happily surprised with some mixed greens. The portion of salad dressing was tasty and generous as well. The lasagna didn't have a lot of meat but it was tasty. The eggplant was tasty as well, and had a very generous amount of spaghetti, way too much for me to eat as one meal, so I have another meal for tomorrow. In the future I would probably get the sub instead. The sauce for both dishes mostly tastes like tomatoes which is fine, but if you are looking for generous amounts of spice, this sauce is not it, think simple comfort food. Both dishes came with a good size piece of very tasty very garlicky garlic bread. Both dishes were also super hot in temperature, which was great, I dislike it when the food cools down too much on the way home. If you don't have a huge appetite two people could split the lasagna and salad and be fine, I want to try some of their other pasta dishes as well. I am glad we rediscovered this place, I had only previously had pizza from here

I ordered the Italian Sausage Hot Melt, added Curly Fries and soda for the husband. I just settled for a Pepperoni and Mushroom pizza. We then chose a table in the empty dining room. The Curly Fries came out first -- NOT GOOD at all. It was a pile of half cooked, soft, chewy bits and pieces. I brought them back and they re-made them. The second one was better but still not crispy. I don't think their frying oil was hot enough so we just left that issue alone. Although I didn't get the Pesto Pizza, my second choice was very good. The husband really liked his hot sub melt. I was surprised that no one checked on us, given the issue with the fries (and being the ONLY dine-in customers). Oh well.
