I ordered through the drive thru and when I got home two items from my meal were missing once I called to them them she did not believe me & stated she didn't have them there so I must have took them , I simply replied I can take back all the food if u like I would not call and complain if I had all my food ... How sad is this so I come to the Jack in the box at around 7 PM I ordered two large shakes a chocolate and a strawberry because my son had a baseball game.. they told me they didn't have the large size so they asked if the regular size was OK. I said sure once I get up to the drive-through window there are two shakes sitting there that look like they've sat there for about an hour they don't have any whip cream or cherry on top and like I said they look melted like they've been there for more than 15 minutes. There's no way those are my shakes because they look very janky.. The drive-through guy takes my card and charges me more than $10 for two nasty melted shakes after he charges me he tells me oh by the way I forgot to tell you that we don't have any whip cream's or cherries. I thought to myself did you also forget to tell me that those shakes have probably been sitting on the counter for an hour. I told him I didn't want them but he had already charged me so he went to go tell the shift manager she doesn't even want those shakes Only because they don't have whip cream. No I don't want them because they look like poop who knows how long they've been sitting there because I didn't even see him poor fresh shakes into the cops he just grabbed them from the counter and yes I'm not gonna pay more than $10 for two regular shakes that don't even have the whip cream and cherry on top top.. This is not the first time I go there and they run out of specific items it's like they only get one shipment a month from across the seas or some thing. Order a meal for my family tonight, and one of the orders was a #23, the grilled breakfast sandwich. During our order, Stephanie, the drive thru worker, rushed us through the order. When we checked our order upon receiving it, the breakfast sandwich was charged as a supreme croissant. When we said we wanted to exchange it, she didnt properly refund us and charge us for the right order, she just demanded the sandwich back. Then she demanded to know what the correct order was. We told her the grilled breakfast sandwich and she screamed at the workers to make it. Then she brought us our order and was very rude the entire time. When we got home, I open the sandwich to find a grilled ham and siracha sauce sandwich. Needless to say, I was infuriated. When we called the store to complain, Stephanie picked up the phone. Please place an employee that can properly speak and understand English in the drive-through. On May 31, 2018 I took my dad to Disneyland and we were hungry so I stopped by to grab a bite to eat. We both ordered the Chicken sandwich. Well later on that night we both go sick. Luckily I was able to pass the bad food, but my Dad whom is 91 yrs of age got it worst. He didn't want to go to hospital, but we had to leave Disneyland early, like the next day at 4 am. When I complain to their corporate office they gave me the run around and a Mr. Thompson Melvin called me back on June 19 2018, didn't care or wanted to reimburse me the money lost at Disneyland. Disneyland was nice and only reimburse me my tickets to enter the park, but I lost in the room. My Dad was able to pass the bad food, but this experience was the worse. The restaurant looked a mess & that should have been a sign not to eat there. read more

I will definitely have to give this establishment 4 stars. The employee's are nice. (They remember my face and name ^)^) The food is decently priced: (2 taco's for $1! Can't beat that!) and it's an all-out friendly area. Unfortunately I must say that the only downside is the face that EVERYONE that works in the industry center goes here for lunch so starting at 12 and ending at 2, expect to be in the drive-thru for about 15 minutes, (no joke) or standing inside for 10. This and two other places are the only restaurants open in this plaza due to having to close because of money. I hope this place never closes! read more

They got my order wrong twice so I had to drive back 3 times to help them get it right. They also charged me for a burger I never ordered and to top that off; the burger wasn't even in the bag. The burgers are made sloppy and the burger bun was soggy. Not even McDonalds serves out sloppy food like this. One of the most horrible and rude places I have been to. It was 10:45pm and they don't close until 11 and I came home from work starving. I was at the call box for 5 minutes and noone took my order. I screamed, hello is anyone there and when I drove around there was a punk kid helping the car in front of me and he told me at 10:50pm that they were closed and the car in front of me was his last car! The hours are not consistent. We have been here many times because it's close for a quick meal. Some of the employees are rude. My husband asked the drive thru person to add cream to his coffee. She said no. The dr pepper I ordered had no syrup in it. You need to check your order before you get home. There have been many missing items. read more

The manager there, GILMA. Is a stupid broad, excuse my language. She messed up my order and refused to change it or refund me or even give me any sort of discount. She and two other employees made a huge scene and started arguing with me in front of everyone. This lady seriously got straight up GHETTO with me. I go here for lunch almost everyday. They've messed up my order twice before this incident occurred but I brushed it off and didn't say anything. By the third time I politely let them know that they had messed up my order, I didn't ask for a refund or anything free, I just wanted them to know. After that, I was approached by Gilma who with a sassy attitude asked me "Did you receive your order?" I replied with a "no, i got a wrong order." She then proceeded to call me a LIAR!! Yes she called me a liar and said that I had gotten the right food. Then Gilma and two more employees all stuck their heads out of the drive thru window and started arguing with me! I asked why she was arguing with me and she said that it was because she was positive that i had received the right order. (As if that were a justifiable reason!) I was shocked to say the least at how rudely I was being treated. Ultimately I just drove away not wanting to be part of the circus that they were creating. Customer service is reprehensible, from the employees that ignore you, to the cleaning guy that gets mad at customers for being there, to the people that poorly assemble the food while trying their best to give you as little as possible. Half full containers of fries, tacos made with shattered tortillas that just make a disgusting melange of hot sauce and unidentifiable fats, "burgers" assembled in an attempt to dirty the customer as much as possible while inexplicably ripping the patties to further point out the poor quality of the meat. I order two jr bacon cheese burgers and this idiot, the manager, is the one who is making them forgets the cheese on BOTH.... Yes i said BOTH Of my cheeseburgers.... so after I have to drive all the way back there his idiot ass tells the cashier to refund me 60 cents for the 2 slices of cheese that were missing..... Which means that In the end I would have to pay for my 2 cheeseburgers that I originally ordered that the stupid manager screwed up making AND I would end up also LOSING MY MONEY for the burgers that were messed up BECAUSE I DIDN'T GET A FULL REFUND.... what the hell is wrong with this idiot manager??? Seriously the constant worst fast food place around. We keep attempting to give them a second chance, third chance, fourth chance because they are so close and they continually let us down. We simply can't go there without something going wrong. They either take our order wrong, don't give us the right change back (kept $10) make our order wrong, drop all our change out the drive thru window, or take 15 minutes at the drive thru with only one car a head of us (messed up that guys order too!) I finally had enough today and finally continued driving right through and yelled in the window that they took way too long and I had to go. I am a planner and I leave extra early to get things done. This is simply a poorly run location and there is absolutely nothing fast or convenient about this place. Sadly, a good part of the time it is a female manager!
