when i came here they gave me a single chicken nugget. i ordered a jumbo jack. and they gave me a SINGULAR CHICKEN NUGGET.

We ordered two grilled chicken sandwiches and got home to find they were fried! Not breaded fried chicken just a plain chicken breast that was deep fried maybe to save time? Very tough and hard to eat! Waste of $20. So again fried skinless chicken on grilled chicken sandwich. read more

I ordered through the drive thru and when I got home two items from my meal were missing once I called to them them she did not believe me & stated she didn't have them there so I must have took them , I simply replied I can take back all the food if u like I would not call and complain if I had all my food ... Once I arrived the eggroll and spicy nuggets were burnt I also work in fast food and I know it was done intentionally because this location is also empty so they had plants of time to focus on the order .... Not going back here July 23 ,2022 Around 8 pm read more

I guess it depends on who's cooking or managing but the quality of the food reflects that. I noticed that higher quality of management and cooks = high quality food. Next time I don't wanna eat brittle burritos falling apart and tacos with enough oil to operate my vehicle. read more

First order a few weeks ago was 4 tocos with no lettuce. Got the food and the tacos were cold and no cheese. I did get my money back. Tonight I ordered tacos again with no lettuce. They were fine except for no taco sauce. With the workers getting $20 an hour you would think they could make the food right. read more

How sad is this so I come to the Jack in the box at around 7 PM I ordered two large shakes a chocolate and a strawberry because my son had a baseball game.. they told me they didn't have the large size so they asked if the regular size was OK. I said sure once I get up to the drive-through window there are two shakes sitting there that look like they've sat there for about an hour they don't have any whip cream or cherry on top and like I said they look melted like they've been there for more than 15 minutes. There's no way those are my shakes because they look very janky.. The drive-through guy takes my card and charges me more than $10 for two nasty melted shakes after he charges me he tells me oh by the way I forgot to tell you that we don't have any whip cream's or cherries. I thought to myself did you also forget to tell me that those shakes have probably been sitting on the counter for an hour. I told him I didn't want them but he had already charged me so he went to go tell the shift manager she doesn't even want those shakes Only because they don't have whip cream. No I don't want them because they look like poop who knows how long they've been sitting there because I didn't even see him poor fresh shakes into the cops he just grabbed them from the counter and yes I'm not gonna pay more than $10 for two regular shakes that don't even have the whip cream and cherry on top top.. This is not the first time I go there and they run out of specific items it's like they only get one shipment a month from across the seas or some thing. I gave it one star because they decided they were just gonna give me my money back that's the only reason why they got one star read more

Order a meal for my family tonight, and one of the orders was a #23, the grilled breakfast sandwich. During our order, Stephanie, the drive thru worker, rushed us through the order. When we checked our order upon receiving it, the breakfast sandwich was charged as a supreme croissant. When we said we wanted to exchange it, she didnt properly refund us and charge us for the right order, she just demanded the sandwich back. Then she demanded to know what the correct order was. We told her the grilled breakfast sandwich and she screamed at the workers to make it. Then she brought us our order and was very rude the entire time. When we got home, I open the sandwich to find a grilled ham and siracha sauce sandwich. Needless to say, I was infuriated. When we called the store to complain, Stephanie picked up the phone. I asked to speak to the manager, and she hung up on me. I am disgusted and appealed with the store, and will never be spending my money on this corporation ever again. read more

Drive through lady can't understand simple English and is very slow to respond. Such an awkward experience. Drive through also takes a long time because of this - it's worth driving elsewhere. read more

Went thru drive thru on 12-31-00, got a Jumbo Jack combo and ate it in the parking lot, got sick 4 hours later.

Please place an employee that can properly speak and understand English in the drive-through. Nothing is more frustrating than asking for number 14 with no onions in getting a 15 Full of onions I'm not saying don't hire Spanish speakers. But don't put them at the drive when then don't understand the language there just going to fuck up orders all day read more

This place is good. The new steak and fries hit the nail on the head. Steak on fries. Also the chicken fajita is good just ask for lots of sause. Yum yum yum. Thanks jack read more

Always a great experience at this location. Food is always made to order. Take a little bit longer , but well worth it. Everyone working is always so nice and welcoming. Recommend the country breakfast plate or the sausage burrito for breakfast read more

My go to drunk food. Never had a problem with any workers. Nice and close to the house and the tacos always crunchy. I cant complain.

My very first time ever to Jack in the Box, I ordered an egg and cheese breakfast sandwich on a burger bun. The cheese was old and the egg was flatter than a pancake and the entire sandwich was very dry and absolutely flavorless. I won't be trying a meal there again. read more

I don't know what all the other reviews are about, this place is very clean. Maybe everyone here isn't use to bad jack I'm the box. This place is very clean and the neighborhood is nice. On May 31, 2018 I took my dad to Disneyland and we were hungry so I stopped by to grab a bite to eat. We both ordered the Chicken sandwich. Well later on that night we both go sick. Luckily I was able to pass the bad food, but my Dad whom is 91 yrs of age got it worst. He didn't want to go to hospital, but we had to leave Disneyland early, like the next day at 4 am. When I complain to their corporate office they gave me the run around and a Mr. Thompson Melvin called me back on June 19 2018, didn't care or wanted to reimburse me the money lost at Disneyland. Disneyland was nice and only reimburse me my tickets to enter the park, but I lost in the room. My Dad was able to pass the bad food, but this experience was the worse. The restaurant looked a mess & that should have been a sign not to eat there. read more

I will definitely have to give this establishment 4 stars. The employee's are nice. (They remember my face and name ^)^) The food is decently priced: (2 taco's for $1! Can't beat that!) and it's an all-out friendly area. Unfortunately I must say that the only downside is the face that EVERYONE that works in the industry center goes here for lunch so starting at 12 and ending at 2, expect to be in the drive-thru for about 15 minutes, (no joke) or standing inside for 10. This and two other places are the only restaurants open in this plaza due to having to close because of money. I hope this place never closes! read more

Great service and nice people, that is what you expect from a fast food restaurant and that is what you get from this Jack In The Box. Of course there is a CON in this happy story and it is finding a way to speed up service when they are flooded with students from the school across the parking lot.... But, other then that they were able to get a 3 rating out of me. read more

They got my order wrong twice so I had to drive back 3 times to help them get it right. They also charged me for a burger I never ordered and to top that off; the burger wasn't even in the bag. Then again, this is fast food and Jack in a Box knows how to make it look bad. read more

I would give no stars if possible... 1. ALWAYS screw up your order no matter what I can bet on it each time I go through the drive thru 2.Horrible Customer service an employee actually told me I should be lucky I got my food 3.Stingy they give as little as they can 4. Why do they bother asking you 3 times what kind of sauce you want if they don't even put any in your bag ever!! I've complained to corporate about this location before and got a refund, this location is seriously run by complete morons!!!! SAVE YOURSELF THE HASSLE AND HEADACHE AND GO TO THE Jack n the box on Old Road! It's a little bit further but they are way more consistent and nicer! read more

One of the most horrible and rude places I have been to. It was 10:45pm and they don't close until 11 and I came home from work starving. I was at the call box for 5 minutes and noone took my order. I screamed, hello is anyone there and when I drove around there was a punk kid helping the car in front of me and he told me at 10:50pm that they were closed and the car in front of me was his last car! SERIOUSLY??? It was 10:50. You don't close until 11pm!!! It is 11 mam. NO IT IS 10:50!!! Guess you idiots didn't learn time in school (if you finished school for that matter) read more

Very poor customer service. Starting with the managers they are rude. They set a poor example for their fellow employees.

The hours are not consistent. We have been here many times because it's close for a quick meal. Some of the employees are rude. My husband asked the drive thru person to add cream to his coffee. She said no. The dr pepper I ordered had no syrup in it. You need to check your order before you get home. There have been many missing items. read more

Food is hot and ready all the time!Quick service in the drive through in the morning but it can packed around lunch. I don't have any problem of missing utensils or orders gone wrong --everytime. The manager there, GILMA. Is a stupid broad, excuse my language. She messed up my order and refused to change it or refund me or even give me any sort of discount. She and two other employees made a huge scene and started arguing with me in front of everyone. This lady seriously got straight up GHETTO with me. I go here for lunch almost everyday. They've messed up my order twice before this incident occurred but I brushed it off and didn't say anything. By the third time I politely let them know that they had messed up my order, I didn't ask for a refund or anything free, I just wanted them to know. After that, I was approached by Gilma who with a sassy attitude asked me "Did you receive your order?" I replied with a "no, i got a wrong order." She then proceeded to call me a LIAR!! Yes she called me a liar and said that I had gotten the right food. Then Gilma and two more employees all stuck their heads out of the drive thru window and started arguing with me! I asked why she was arguing with me and she said that it was because she was positive that i had received the right order. (As if that were a justifiable reason!) I was shocked to say the least at how rudely I was being treated. Ultimately I just drove away not wanting to be part of the circus that they were creating. I definitely made sure to call the headquarters and I'm still awaiting a return phone call from the district manager. read more

It's the closest fast food to my house so if I'm craving junk that's where it go. But they always mess up my order.

Worst Jack in the Box ever. Customer service is reprehensible, from the employees that ignore you, to the cleaning guy that gets mad at customers for being there, to the people that poorly assemble the food while trying their best to give you as little as possible. Half full containers of fries, tacos made with shattered tortillas that just make a disgusting melange of hot sauce and unidentifiable fats, "burgers" assembled in an attempt to dirty the customer as much as possible while inexplicably ripping the patties to further point out the poor quality of the meat. Even if you were starving, you should strongly consider consuming your own excrement before going to this specific Jack. Which is sad because I like the franchise. Horrible place read more

Love to come to this Jack. The employees have all been kind and their service inside is quick. However, even with the kind employees the drive thru is usually very slow and I don't visit at peak hours. Pretty bad though that I'm complaining that the fast food is not fast enough! read more

This place never seems to fail me when I want to go somewhere that takes forever to get me my food and when I want to go somewhere that says they serve something and half of the time they don't. This jack in the box has the stupidest most incompetent old guy manager ever.... I order two jr bacon cheese burgers and this idiot, the manager, is the one who is making them forgets the cheese on BOTH.... Yes i said BOTH Of my cheeseburgers.... so after I have to drive all the way back there his idiot ass tells the cashier to refund me 60 cents for the 2 slices of cheese that were missing..... YES REFUNDED ONLY FOR THE SLICES OF CHEESE INSTEAD OF REFUNDING MY ACTUAL BURGER COSTS!!!! which I then look at the change in my hands and say I don't want 60 cents I want 2 cheese burgers.... The manager then told him that he has to RE-charge me for cheeseburgers again if i want them because he refunded me for the missing cheese already, as if I should have to pay for burgers that weren't made correctly in the first place.... Which means that In the end I would have to pay for my 2 cheeseburgers that I originally ordered that the stupid manager screwed up making AND I would end up also LOSING MY MONEY for the burgers that were messed up BECAUSE I DIDN'T GET A FULL REFUND.... what the hell is wrong with this idiot manager??? IF YOU SCREW UP ON AN ORDER YOU EITHER REFUND THE WHOLE PRICE OF WHATEVER YOU SCREW UP ON, OR YOU REPLACE IT FOR FREE AND YOU THROW IN SOMETHING EXTRA FOR THE TROUBLE... talk about waste of time and gas!! Hate the screw ups here!! Screwed up 3 times and counting!!! Only keep going back because it's the ONE AND ONLY fast food within 2 miles of Val Verde.
