They do not honor the "Deals" in the app here. Also the tattooed clerk was rather of rude when I asked "since you don't honor the app - can I get you to make some fresh Curly Fries?' The clerk said yes and then proceeded to scoop them out of the bin. He argued incessantly that "these are fresh". I asked him to refund my money and only then did he drop some fresh Curly Fries into the fryer. The manager when I mentioned this to her got very defensive and also argued with me. I have eaten here at least two or three times a month for years and the food is always just the best. The sandwiches are always fresh and the New Philly cheese steak is so yummy and delicious. Was expecting something along the lines of a cheap cut of steak or what McDonald's passes off as steak. Gave off serious brisket burnt end vibes but not being able to get rid of the "smoke" taste out of your mouth for a while. Ordered a 9 piece to split with roommate- 4 pieces were about the size of a crouton. 3 pieces were about chicken nugget sized and 2 pieces were somewhere in between. I seemed to arrive at a slow period (between standard meal times) which was nice, and the dining room was pretty spotless and clean, not much ambience to speak of, but I'm not there to socialize. The cashier was just the most pleasant person; I even heard another customer telling her husband, how wonderful the cashier was. Just polite and professional and with a genuine smile. What's up Arby's! Haven't been here in ages. Hubby & daughter was raving about the Sweet Quarter Pound Brisket Sandwich one weekend and we happened to be in the area and they had me try one. I wasn't sure if I was going to like it and didn't order one but I had a bite from my daughter and OHHHWEEE... it's legit! Love the BBQ sauce and the brisket is super tender. I'd go back to have another but this time all for myself. Be warned... it is pricey but so YUMMY and so is the Classic Roast Beef. Brought back good memories of childhood. I have always had the idea in my head that Arby's is bad. I am not sure where it came from. Perhaps television shows mocking it? (Family Guy?) I had seen a review on YouTube mentioning the gyro from here. I hadn't eaten after work and decided to DoorDash the gyro combo with potato cakes. I was taken aback by how delicious the food was. The potato cakes were sort of like hash browns yet also had a unique taste to them, which was amazing. I would take these over fries any day of the week, even over McDonald's fries! The gyro wrap rivals (and beats) even actual Greek places I have been to. Even though this is not a Greek restaurant and this item is not the main focus of the brand, it was still amazing. A very generous amount of meat, and it had a great flavor. The vegetables tasted fresh, and the sauce as well. The pricing is also very cheap and beats most other fast food spots, bar In-N-Out. While I do not eat fast food very often, I will definitely be returning for this delicious experience. read more

Crispy on the outside and soft in the middle. Similar to McDonald's hash browns. You can buy 2,3, or 4. 4 is the best value... 2 for you and 2 for your partner!
