Came here for wings. My friend & I split a 20 piece order consisting of Hawaiian & Honey BBQ. The Honey BBQ were very good. The Hawaiian wings were tough & tasted like hard rubber. Very disappointing! No trash can inside the store, only outside. Service was good & quick! read more

5 stars today for the customer service and the food quality. 30 wings for $30 special! The wings and fries were excellent. They came out piping hot and fresh! It was time to get messy!! Outstanding customer service today from a young gentleman named Chris. He was friendly and efficient. He took the order, he professionally repeated the order back to us with finesse and gave us a time estimate. Kids these days huh?!!...not this young gentleman, he was on point and is going places with that great attitude. Wonderful meal today at the Wingstop, I'll definitely stop by again sometime. read more

I don't get some of that hate for that place. Everything was in check I'd say. -Pretty fire tasty wings -Very good service taking our orders (made lots of adjustments to my order with no complaints) -the wings were perfectly cooked! & good balanced sauces. -place was very clean and I saw them making sure to clean up regularly. Clean bathroom too! I got the ultimate meal deal. Which is a very good deal for 2-3 people tbh. Subbed boneless for bone in all day. #teambonein I hate to do that and take off one star for this but it honestly pisses me off every single time I go and see one of those soda machine ughhhhhhhhh no matter what you get or do. Everything just tastes bad. Even when you try to let some out at first to get rid of the old flavor. Still same thing. Taste horrible!!!!!! But hey the food was great and I honestly like this branch out of all the other ones this one has got to be my favorite. read more

Update 3:45pm 1/9/25 Everyone deserves another chance, I've been there and decided to give this establishment the same grace I've been given in life. Today was: 5 for service and speed 4 for food which was finally good and if no issues by tomorrow nor next time I order then I'll keep this rating as consistency is key and this should override my past comments, because this means they've fixed their operational challenges. So far my stomach has zero issues but the food feels different this time eg fresh etc so hoping it'll stay this way! The owner and managers were there. They served me and everyone that came thru the door or on the phone like a very special client which was so nice. I mean I am no one, just a random person who walked thru the door and realized I was ordering on Super Bowl Sunday literally at the start of the game and almost left as I felt bad adding to the long list of orders. But they treated us all equally and with great service which tells me they care about people AND their business succeeding. Dope. Also the app said it was a two hour wait but I went in person to order and it was only 15 mins. So if you can either call or go in person on a busy day it may make a difference. I saw the recent reviews re service so I thought I'd give it another try. And they were right. These folks care now and were on it with their orders! Shout out to them for pumping thru orders at such a busy time! Operations machine in action. It is clear that they've made some very thoughtful changes. Could be as simple as the fact that leadership was present. I'll revisit during off hours and see how things go, but this time felt different. Hopefully everyone had the same experience as this is THE Wingstop for this area and we need them to succeed! Thanks for listening. Doing my effort now paying it back with a stronger review. Not an easy busy I get it, and consistency is key. read more

Wingstop - Super Bowl Sunday 10 piece lemon pepper and garlic parm ordered at 3:30 ready by 3:45 and no issues! - Chicken Wings Near Me - Santa Clarita, California

This location is horrible and so is the female manager. My orders are constantly wrong. Chicken undercooked and rubbery. I even called immediately after I ordered to give instructions to make sure the chicken was cooked well done. The manager was rude and not interested in a real solution and only gave excuses which was a flat out lie. I will be calling corporate to report her hanging up on me because I didn't fall for her lies. Chicken horrible and I'm out of another $35 worth of chicken I can't eat. I'm done with Wingstop after I report her to corporate. This is just ridiculous how often this has happened. Stay away from this location unless you like undercooked chicken. Staff needs training and the manager needed proper management and communication skills. This location is in NewHall California, on Newhall Avenue. read more

I placed my order online and my order was ready on time. The girl who helped us was very sweet. When I got home to eat my chicken tenders were nice & hot, and flavorful. I tried the Lakers garlic flavor. I ordered the tenders combo and paired it with fries, ranch, and one of their Coca Cola freestyle drinks. The restaurant was clean and had a few tables inside, but majority of people took their food to go. read more

The wings honestly have no flavor. It is not seasoned. It is all just in the sauce. So it is okay but I would prefer the wings from Popeyes since they season their chicken before you choose the sauce flavor that oh want which gives them all a little kick. The Popeyes on Lyons, same street just tastes better. read more

My husband tried to surprise me with my favorite wings. He put the order in online and picked them up. I was so excited he wanted to treat me!! I was very happy until I bit into the wings. They are so dry (3 different flavors) I chewed and chewed but could not swallow any of it. Just in case I got 1 bad wing I tried 1 from each of the sauces. All of them are OVERCOOKED DRY WINGS that I had to spit out. I'm sad that wingstop tried to pass these off on a go to order and even sadder that it was a treat from my husband and he knows I was unable to enjoy let alone eat any of them. read more

Came in here for lunch and service was good. Wings and fries came out quickly and tables were available around 3:00pm on a Saturday. There are only about 3 tables that seat 4 but most people take the food to go. One plus about this location is the parking lot is big and easy to get a spot. One odd thing I noticed was no trash cans inside or near the doors. Only one outside, but down the walkway a little bit. Wings were on par for Wingstop. read more

I was greeted immediately as I walked in, Cashier quickly took my order. I had my order brought to my table in 15 mins. I love their Cajun Fries and Louisiana rub & lemon pepper on wings. They had a stand alone fan/cooler on full blast on entrance which made sitting inside a much better choice in this heat wave. Staff came over to ask if everything tasted as expected and even picked up after I was done eating. I had a good experience at this establishment. Keep up the great work guys! read more

Wifey wanted wings for Mother's Day. I spent $60 and asked for a side of extra pickles with my chicken sandwich. I think this older lady might be an owner. She said they don't do that. I said okay, extra pickles on the sandwich, she said okay. She didn't do it. I've worked at restaurants for over 10 years, why not just charge me for extra pickles??? Idk, wings were okay. Fries were over seasoned (too salty). I even paid for honey mustard and didn't get it anyways, if I go back, will definitely check the bag before leaving. read more

The last time I visited (a couple weeks ago from the time of this review), I believe the owner/manager was on the clock. He greeted my wife and I, was very attentive, took our order, and cleaned our table. I wasn't expecting such high quality level customer service, especially at a wing stop. I never got the manager/owner's name, but he is a true gentleman, and I hope he gets paid for what he's worth. I will definitely come by again the next time I'm craving some wings. read more

My girl friend picked up Wing Stop last night. I had 10 piece boneless wings with lemon pepper. Opened to eat they was close to no seasoning on boneless wings, tasted ehh. That evening I had terrible heart burn and acid reflux, couldn't sleep bad stomach ache. Gave me diarrhea. Never again will I eat at another Wing Stop location. Sorry to say but the quality of wings went down like a stone in the water. Just ordered $50 worth of wings, fries, and a chicken sandwich. Here's my review - HORRIBLE and UNACCEPTABLE! Wings are small and way overcooked. It's like eating potato chips with Wingstop flavor. Same for fries - I would be ashamed to sell these! Chicken sandwich was more or less OK. I have been a Wingstop customer for many years, but at this point - enough is enough. Every year quality is going down while the price is going up. I am out! read more

They get a 4 cause the customer service is always great there. Iv never not been welcomed right when I walked in. But I'm annoyed they brought in a chicken sandwich half ass. Wingstop is located at the south east corner of Wiley Canyon on Lyons. The main entrance faces east and is at the north west corner of this large strip mall complex close to the intersection. While I wasn't the one who placed the order on a Friday I was the one who was picking it up and paying for it. My cousin's husband placed the order around 6 for a pickup around 7 which was for 50 wings split into 4 flavors. My wife and I arrived shortly around 7:10pm on 9/6/2019 hoping the order would be ready considering it was ordered about an hour prior and unfortunately we had to wait. I admit the place was busy inside and there were other orders for take out for others but it's not like we went off menu with some super large order. 50 wings for take out is a thing. I was in line and paid and also added some blue cheese and veggie sticks but that's not what held up the order. We ended up waiting another 20 minutes or more because by the time we arrived where we were bringing the food (my other aunt's place) near the Valencia Town Center it was well after 7:40. I guess it wouldn't have been so bad if there weren't others waiting for us and we were late. Besides the wait the food was good. We ordered lemon pepper, Louisiana rub, garlic Parmesan, and sweet BBQ. Wingstop while it's a nationwide chain for the most part has good food and wings are sort of a staple as far as party food so you can never really go wrong with bringing them to a party but hopefully orders aren't well late after they're ordered. Basically from the time we ordered until the time it actually received them it was an hour and a half give or take. It makes me wonder when they actually were able to start the order. read more
