Would leave no stars if I could. I am writing this in hopes that someone from upper management will be able to contact me in regards to my refund. I placed an order last week for delivery. Received a confirmation email that my order was being prepared and would be out for delivery within the hour. Come time for delivery, I receive a call from Door Dash stating that the store is closed. I contact Door Dash customer support and am told I have to receive the refund through Wingstop directly which is fair. They notated on their end that the delivery was cancelled due to the store being closed. I received an email the next day from Wingstop confirming the delivery was cancelled. Next day, I call the store and am told by an employee that I need to speak to the manager for the refund. I call back the next day to do so and am told by the manager that the owner is the one that needs to refund me. He takes down my number and says he'll call me within the next few days. It's been a week. I ended up coming into the store to be told the manager isn't there and that the owner comes in randomly and she can't provide a number for him. Okay so let me make sure I'm understanding this correctly - Wingstop doesn't have a customer service number, chat, or email. Your manager cannot process refunds... only your owner, who comes in sometimes, maybe, but not really. Also, why does your app allow one to place orders when the store is closed? Order was placed around 8:45pm and the company itself acknowledged that my order had to be cancelled yet didn't process a refund for food that was never received. And literally no one once apologized for the convenience; just responded like they had something better to do. Never returning to this location and most likely the company as a whole.
