Wow. This wingstop is consistently disappointing. My daughter was celebrating her birthday and all she wanted for her special birthday dinner was wingstop. We ordered online and picked it up, and just wow. The fries were soggy and cold and didn't look like complete orders. No problem though, because no one wanted to eat old fries anyway. The flavor of the boneless wings was completely different from the one we ordered. It was the end of a long day and everything in that order was incorrect and gross. We tried to just eat the wings anyway to salvage the day, but the boneless wings were old, hard and cold. The roof of my mouth is torn up from trying to down two of them. Wingstop is a two minute drive from my house. There's no reason it should be old and cold when I get it home. I tried calling them on the phone to get a new fresh order, and no one picked up because they've blocked callers who don't allow caller id. Unbelievable! I drove down there with the old, cold, inedible and incorrect order and at that point, it was late and I wasn't going to wait for a new order. I wanted a refund, which is going to take weeks to show on my credit card. What a horrible experience, start to finish. We ended up having some ramen. So disappointing. Wingstop used to be fresh, hot, generous portions but now--I don't know what is going on over there. We're done with this location. This is not the fault of the staff but of the idiots who think they know business. I have no idea how this model has survived! I was told it would take 18 minutes for boneless chicken. Would leave no stars if I could. I am writing this in hopes that someone from upper management will be able to contact me in regards to my refund. I placed an order last week for delivery. Received a confirmation email that my order was being prepared and would be out for delivery within the hour. Come time for delivery, I receive a call from Door Dash stating that the store is closed. I contact Door Dash customer support and am told I have to receive the refund through Wingstop directly which is fair. They notated on their end that the delivery was cancelled due to the store being closed. I received an email the next day from Wingstop confirming the delivery was cancelled. Next day, I call the store and am told by an employee that I need to speak to the manager for the refund. I call back the next day to do so and am told by the manager that the owner is the one that needs to refund me. He takes down my number and says he'll call me within the next few days. It's been a week. I ended up coming into the store to be told the manager isn't there and that the owner comes in randomly and she can't provide a number for him. Okay so let me make sure I'm understanding this correctly - Wingstop doesn't have a customer service number, chat, or email. Your manager cannot process refunds... only your owner, who comes in sometimes, maybe, but not really. Also, why does your app allow one to place orders when the store is closed? Order was placed around 8:45pm and the company itself acknowledged that my order had to be cancelled yet didn't process a refund for food that was never received. And literally no one once apologized for the convenience; just responded like they had something better to do. Never returning to this location and most likely the company as a whole. We have eaten here a few times and it's always hit or miss but one thing that is always consistent is a few under cooked pieces in the bunch which is the reason for my review. My stomach has been upset since dinner and the undercooked chicken is probably the reason why.
